The app is ok, but there is a lot more potential for it. Printing address labels is one frustration. Great it connects to my contacts, but it doesn't allow me the option to select which of their addresses I want to use (default first one only) and then takes the whole address as a single string rather than separate lines. There's no way to import labels created on desktop app or export to desktop app. All in, quick to use but poor in functionality.

Works well. Font selection interface feels a little clunky, and print preferences are not where you'd think.

Works great. Except now since the HS5.8 was replaced with 5.2mm. Can't print with the app. Please add the support for 5.2mm in the app. Work fine with PC. But is terrible when going working in the field. Both on E550W and P950NW

working on mobile is much easier via Bluetooth. Wish that they could add a slash zero font in the future.

It's convenient to print from your phone. But the app constantly closes, and you have to wait for it to relaunch. And then redo labels if you haven't saved.

Great Printer and Great software for the printer. Very well designed! User intuitive, easy to import logos, pics, copy, paste. Wish they would make other printable items.

EDIT: 1 star, with android 12, all text is perminantly italicized. Needs a bug fix. Works on previous Android versions. Love the mobile computer style editing. But I have run into a few pain points. - it is hard to finely position text without arrow keys to move boxes pixel by pixel. A mode with on screen arrows to fine tune positions wod be nice. - after chain printing, there is no "feed and cut" option to get the last label out. You have to make a blank label and print that.

Almost there. Only issues I'm having are a couple crashes [seldom] and inserting borders is a little difficult/unpredictable it is hard to control and auto resizes things sometimes that i dont want. Edit: I discovered you can share labels by long pressing on them in my labels which is not entirely apparent. So app is pretty good just need some minor interface tweaks and a bit better stability

Seems to work okay although I'm disappointed that there's no option to print custom logos and images in Black and Red or just Red. The Red option can only be used for pre-existing generic signage logos built onto the app and abstract shapes and text. Any custom images you load onto the app are stuck in black/greyscale only.

Very solid software. I have two label printers: QL-1100WNB and QL-820WNB. Both are on Wifi and this app connects to both printers and correctly identifies the labels in each printer. The interface for designing labels is simple but effective. I took off a star because it doesn't recognize all the labels supported by the printer and desktop app (1-inch round labels DK-1218 don't work). Also, you cannot design labels on the desktop and send them to phone. Tested on Galaxy Note 8, 10-May-2021

Getting worse over time. First, the first few characters are always faded. I have to start my text with something I don't need so I can cut it off. Second, it doesn't line up with the cutter. it never prints all the way to the end such that I can cut it off properly. I have to add extra characters to the end so that it might possibly print what I want. It's a great idea and I love how it works but it just doesn't work well.

Label maker is great, connect extremely fast via Bluetooth, Works flawlessly. Would absolutely be a 5-star if there wasn't the wasted tape at the beginning of your first print as others have mentioned. Really not a big deal to tape isn't expensive it's just wasteful. Also if it was a little smaller it would be nice but it does work well on the batteries I've had it for about two months now on the same original six rechargeable batteries. I would definitely recommend and buy again!

I purchased a tablet specifically to use with this app, because I've been using it daily on my phone and it's just too difficult editing with a smaller screen. Well the dang app won't even load on my tablet, regardless of the app stating that it is indeed compatible with my tablet and software. When I click install, it displays "Can't install Brother iPrint&Label. Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem". And I tried every single way to fix but nothing works!

Mixed Experience Causes my phone to direct connect, loses all existing connections. Can't exit "Printing..." process if it gets stuck. All around not very reliable. I thought things would get better with software patches, that's not the case. When it works, it works great. When something loses a connection, everything freezes or crashes.

App has all of the features I need, with three obvious issues that make it a pain to use. 1.) You cannot share templates with other devices. 2.) When adjusting the size of text boxes, it is almost impossible to grab the corner of the box to expand/shrink it without just moving it instead. 3.) It is impossible to make perfectly flat lines as you have to drag them similarly to the text box corners, and they do not "snap" into place when you approach level. Fix these, please!

D610bt. You can't manually select font size with the label maker, only between 6,9,12,18 etc but I'm the app you can. I got it to work, I had to change the size of the label in the app to match the tape. But it tells you that you didn't select the right label for the tape installed. So I tried every single label in the app and none would print. But now that it's working it's great. I just wish the app wasn't needed. It's nice walking back to it and the labels have printed out already

I keep my printer in my kitchen and use it to label canisters (flour, bread flour, cake flour, etc) I also use it to label things like jam that I make and otherwise-mysterious things I put into the refrigerator. It's really great to create the labels from my phone! For things like jam, it's really convenient to easily print and cut a dozen or however many labels I need. I'd like better automatic control of capitalization in simple labels.

I love the printer but the app is such a pain. You can save the labels you make but if you have to uninstall and reinstall it, all the information is lost and this is my third time reinstalling the app because it refuses to print. When you first install it, the communication is very fast but after a day or two it takes forever for something to print.

The app is great but I think it's missing an important feature. Whenever you do a print run the P-Touch Cube rolls a little thermal tape and then cuts it before printing, I guess as a sanity check. You can mitigate this if you print multiple copies as only the first label will do this check. What I desperately wish this app allowed though was queuing multiple different labels so I could print and autocut them in one print run with minimal wasted tape.
