Deleting as fast as I opened it. It wants your facebook or Gmail or email address. It wants your name. It wants the name of friends and family. Everything seems to be preset and I didn't see a way to add what I want which wasn't on their list. I don't want a hassle, I just want to quickly open an app and jot down an item before I forget. Oh well. It does have a nice little recipe feature and the UI is a attractive. Wants too much personal info for my comfort.

For a list, you can't make a list view? Also it's too easy to click on a thing on accident and it disappears. Lastly, why does something indicate "new" if someone else added it, even though I've seen it? Terrible feature. they need better UX. For an app that's supposed to help organize, the app is completely disorganized. Took 20 min to be completely frustrated, couldn't find tips section after the first time. Stay away, find something better. 1yr Update: I've been using Whisk, highly recommend

Cannot add categories, which seems crazy to me. This app is oddly limited and not user friendly. I like the idea of the list format with pictures, but it's a deal breaker if I can't add categories to match the layout of my grocery store. Plus, even though I'm using the USA version, it lists cornstarch using the British name "corn flour" and that name is not editable. This app needs to be much more customizable on a basic level.

List works fine but the picture feature has not been working consistently for a while which gets frustrating. Wife uses Apple, I use Android, so maybe something happens when she views the picture and then I can't see the picture anymore (even though the list view is telling me there is a picture attached). Updated: Deleted the app then reinstalled. Seems to have fixed the issue of the pictures not showing up!

Convenient but I would like to view my list as an actual list instead of icons. The icons are also too easy to delete. Would be better if you had to swipe instead of just tap. It would be better too if I could add my own categories and average prices of items that will total up so I can get an idea of how much I'm about to spend before I go to the store. This way I can make adjustments if needed in order to help stay on budget.

A great app! My only complaint is that I can't get the photo feature to work. It lets me tale a photo, crop it, then after hitting Ok the screen doesn't show anything except a button that says "Done". When pressed it takes me back to the shopping list and the photo isn't anywhere on the list. I tried again and the same problem occurred.

Today was the first day that I used the app and it is absolutely mother effing genius...!!!! It really takes the stress and dread out of the "making" of the grocery list. It also sends you a streamlined ( it has the option to share which I did to myself) very organized in alphabetical order according to groups... absolute turn on to satisfy your inner. "Monk". Very pleased with this app and I've recommended 2 at least 12 of my friends. Thank you for developing such a helpful and useful app.

Very close to being a great app. Two things that would greatly improve the UX: (1) ability to rename the categories and create new custom ones to accommodate the way stores are organized, and (2) allowing more customization within each product. I think having a quantity form input would be helpful, for example, if I enter "2", I can choose the unit to be "items, liters, kg" etc. Then, a place to add a text description as well on top of that for notes.

I haven't used it much, but I generally like the interface and the recommendations section is neat. The reason I'm giving it four stars, however, is the same reason I will continue to use Out of Milk: there's no place to put prices for anything. In a perfect world, I'd like if I could put multiple prices for one item so I can keep track across stores, but there isn't even room for one with Bring. If they included that feature, I would switch.

It's alright. It could be easier/faster to organize, but it finds it more important to perfectly categorize what you're looking for in a way that probably helps their data collection, but not you when you're shopping. It's very easy to accidentally archive/delete something you're just trying to check off. It has Google Assistant integration but I ended up moving to any.do.

In a word, worthless. It's not a grocery list but instead it's huge icons. Icons that can not be sorted by aisle so before you leave the fruits & veggie section you better make sure that you look at each and every single item you need to get or you're going back there again to get hints you missed the first go round. Also the number of characters that show on each huge icon is relatively small. So if you want to have one that says Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup and Progresso Chicken and Rice all you see is Progresso Chicke. In order to see the full name you have to go to edit the individual item. This is where having a list instead of huge icons would be helpful. How is this an editor's favorite?

Hello, Sorry I haven't really read your FAQs, but I have a quick suggestion. I tried to email you but it didn't send. Sometimes I accidently click and item in the shopping list and I can't trace what it was. I know it's the first checked item but I don't always notice that I did this. Maybe you could keep the last moved items lit up for a bit, or maybe a back option, any UI alert to let me know I did an action to the list. Thanks :)

The ability to update a list while those connected are out shopping is a great feature. Biggest problem I have is it's too easy to accidentally touch items on the far left or right of the list screen that I have yet to get while not looking at it results items being removed. Requiring items on the list screen to be double-tapped (or make it an option) to remove them would fix it. Also, I find ingredients for suggested recipes incomplete. Examle, Freshly gound....1 Tsp. Tsp of what?

After using this for a couple years.... I constantly get aggravated that I can't rename items. Pretty decent otherwise, including that i can tell the Google assistant to add things to the grocery list and it puts them on the same named Bring list. That being said though, I'm about to drop the app entirely because I cannot rename things. It is so so frustrating.

We use it frequently and it helps us reduce shopping trips by combining into ine list. Why 4 stars instaad of 5?: Bring looks for something in its database that it thinks you mean, assumes what you need, and it is difficult or impossible to decline what it selects, and you don't know it does this until the icon pops up. Annoying. We still use it all the time, but fixing this would give it a solid 5 for us.

If you have android wear, it relentlessly shows the Bring! notification every few minutes. Edit: During the winter holiday season, it gives a large, annoying and seemingly pointless advertisement in the notifications for itself about Christmas every single day. I don't celebrate the Christan holiday, so this is especially annoying. Maybe it's time to start shopping for a new grocery list manager.

Love the app. I like how it gives you the option to specify quantity and specific types of food items, and how it allows you to share the list with family members or other trusted people so they can add to the list too. If I could offer any suggestions for improvement, I would recommend giving us the ability to export your shopping list to whatever grocery store app you happen to use. Like many, we just continued to use the curbside pick up option at our grocery store after the pandemic ended.

I love the app! We are a family of 5. Me and my husband and 3 adult children. Only problem is when I have an existing list going and I send an invite if they already have the app it will not allow them to be added to the new app I created. It just opens up the app on their phone. Is there something that were missing here. Perhaps it is user error.

Best grocery list app I've ever experienced. This app is universal towards personal preference on creating your own grocery list. I absolutely love the layout, the cute icons, and organization this app brings. If it doesnt have an icon, you can change it by holding down on said item. This app can auto categorize (if not at first, see settings.) There's also an option to make multi lists for # of stores. Smart watch (android) approved ✅️ Minor dev flaws, but that does not ruin the experience.

The team listened to my feedback & changes were made!! I still love this app! I also still think making the sections customizable so we can make them the same as our store would be helpful. We moved internationally & I thought of another addition: having the ability to assign an item to a task/day/meal, then being able to sort by those would be GREAT for prioritizing what needs to be bought when for planning further out and not miss bulk item options! I'd pay for those features!!
