very disappointing, in the application there is an alert "bad signal please try again" even though the signal is normal (data and wifi), I tried to re-transfer 5 times, apparently all transactions are still running, and processed a few minutes later lucky, I transferred to my own brother, otherwise I would have lost 4 times the transfer amount I wanted, very disappointed.

I think, overall, it's (still) an excellent app. Most of the time, I have no issue with this app functionality. Well, once or twice maybe, but I think it's understandable The UI change is good. Some menus are changed or moved and need a few adjustments in using them but I still like it. Moreover, they can be rearranged. Nice. As long as it's functioning I'm satisfied. If I could make a "wish" then saving the transactions history to pdf file will be it. Keep up the good work, devs

very usefull and simple.. help me a lot with my fast transaction.. very good... but some time it get maintenance but without notification.. so please inform when it get maintenance..

Great app, but it would be greater if you switch back to the beginning version of the app when it was launched. I think the UI is better on the oldest version because it looks simple. You only need to add the newest features, such as PIN and fingerprint login method for the old application core. In the backend, just improves the security and performance.

The latest update for me have some major bugs, especially for bug connection. I can't login to my account even though my internet connection works properly. Sometimes, when I logged in to my account, it had taken to long to load my account information. Then, when I request OTP, It hadn't send me any OTP SMS. Please fix it. The UI/UX for me it's literally good. Easy to use.

The APP is good. But having an issue with "Mutasi" when trying to use "Rentang Waktu" the sorting change to oldest to newest transaction time and it's quite confusing. Specially for online sellers who have a lots of transactions, this is not good

i like this app so much, cuz I don't need to bring my card. So, I can go anywhere without forgetting my things. ( I always forget my wallet)

non existent customer service, not for the simplest problem as i concerned. bad sign up experience and the error itself not verbose enough for me to understand what's wrong with my data. CS from whatsapp doesn't help either with its "template" answer. definitely better not to develop the app if everything must be done in nearest bank office.

I've been using my Brimo app nicely on my old phone to send money internationally, now on my current phone I can't send money, it automatically switches to Money Gram but I am trying to send money through Swift.. I don't know what the problem is. 😕

I am so sorry, but it is so bad. This application have a bad connection. I can't log in even my account information has already proper, my connection internet especially. There always says "You username or password is wrong," what the hell you are.

I always use this app to send money to my friend in another country. But today, I can't. The app doesn't respond. It is responded, but only until the page that I need to enter the amount of money I need to send. After that, it doesn't respond. I can't hardly say it is lagging since it is still respond when I put the account number, but the rest? No. It completely doesn't. So, im dissapointed

I don't know why it charged sms notification although the app was installed. Please let user turn off this config, no sms notification when the app is installed. So many extra fee, sms charge, atm fee (I don't even use the atm anymore)
