Please fix, it is good cozy game but the only problem I have is that friends won't work. Last time I played was awhile ago. When trying to travle to another village, even for El it stays at the screen. Issue happened multiple times. Not sure if it is a server issue or if my connection was bad.

I love this game so much. I've been re-installing it for countless time hoping that there would be a lot of changes. What I hate about this game is that it takes 2 or 3 times before you can finish building some of the buildings. It requires a lot of quest and yet the quests doesn't appear immediately for you to finish the building. And, axes are so limited that you can only get 3 or 4 axes whenever you log in to the game. Hope you would do something about it. It would make the game more fun.

I used to play this for a few years before but had to uninstall it because nothing was working. I've installed it again today and the same things are still not working. I've gone to the help forum and nothing happens there. The problem is the free a es / free coins and the free gold bars etc are not giving out the free items. So for the past 2 years still nothing has been done. ( Yes it was 2 years ago when I first started playing this game) sorry guys but not even worth the stars

I've played this game for several years on various tablets and phones and enjoyed building my community. Last week I couldn't access it on my phone and tablet, both of which are at level 130+ due to server problems. When I got it working again it asked me to update the game. When it updated I had to start both from the beginning again. I've invested a couple of years in these games and have no intention of starting again. It seems to have gone wrong with the new owners popreach.

When I first downloaded this game I loved it!!! Then I accumulated a lot of buildings that I can't complete!! The worst part is that when you get a new phone you catch hell trying to get your game transferred. I've restarted from the beginning 3 or 4 times!!!

I have been playing this game a few years now. There have been a few bugs/annoyances but nothing major until this last week. For 4 days I would open the game & it would load then a pop up saying Wally must be playing again with the servers. I sent an email. I did not receive a response. Today, I was able to play, I use 12 of my gold bars to restore 2 expired quests,then the Wally popup came again so I can't play. Not happy. Please fix & credit my bars.

i love this game and play it all the time but the past 2 days when i open it the game opens but it also comes up that wally must be playing with the servers and i can get it off the screen. I would have given this game a 5 if i could actually still play it. I even tried uninstalling and installing it again twice and that didn't even work. Now I can't play my game anymore and that sucks!

Played for a couple weeks and was beginning to like it besides it too hard to get swords and then it wouldn't load said I had no connection lol so I ended up deleting and reinstalled. One it was a different name when I looked for it and I have been trying to open it for 2 days now with no success. I'm not having any problem opening any other game I have so what's the issue

So many of the buildings just show up as a black square and in the store almost all of the items never appear just has the loading symbol. I loved this game a few years back but trying to play it now it's a bummer that only 1/4 of the items actually appear on screen. Some of the characters are just black shadows also. I've updated the game and nothing is fixed.

I used to play this game & have recently returned..I got so far into it before that I had all of the glam buildings (Vegas & others) I recently got a new phone & had to start all over, which is okay bcuz it's like a new challenge all over again. However, I was immediately irritated by the fact that the graphics are severely lacking! Most of the new items/buildings I uncover don't show up (including the cave!)-UPDATE-HAD 2 UNINSTALL-DOESNT WORK!

I'm on level 124 and for a couple of months I have had endless issues with Limited Edition Quests. Either it tries to proceed before I have completed a task making it impossible to finish the quest. Or I keep getting LEQ that I've already completed in the past. For example I will be asked to clean up the foundation of a building I've already built completely a long time ago. It is becoming rediculous and very expensive since I have used a ton of gold, axes, coins, and potion to complete.

I really like this game it can be a hard at time's but that's what i like about it. It is also much easier to get axes than most games i have played. You do not have to have money to play this game. Yes, it would go a lot faster if you do, though, but fun none the less. 2-8-18 I stopped playing for a while and decided to start playing again. I had to start all over, and that is okay. My issue is I can't get new neighbors or visit, so that is irritating, with the arrow telling me too,but I can't.

Rated and loved this game 4 star back in July of 2013. Downloaded this game yesterday. It barely works right. Most of the things aren't loading so you can't see anything there but a dark square, it isn't connecting to Facebook period, and I have a lot of old progress in the game but it has never saved, the auntie el board is loading at all so I can't get gifts. Tried loading it 8 times. Just keeps saying walley messing with the Internet. Last, this game still super sucks when it comes to axes.

I've been playing this game for a few years and I love it! I've upgraded phones a few times and had a little trouble transferring my game progress, but each time, I was able to email customer service and Pam has helped me get transferred right away each time. The most recent transfer, I had an issue with all of the items showing as like a shadow of the image. It took a few emails and steps to try, but with the last update, everything is back to normal, and I'm very satisfied! Thank you!

It seems like 5 minutes after a new game is installed a pop up asks us to rate it. Please tell me how after just a few minutes of play qualifies anyone to write a review? I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks. It is now time to rate it! The graphics are great. That is the only great thing! To many annoying pop ups, to many requirements to complete structures, building and growing time is to long.

I really loved this game when it first came out. Took a break from it and here I am again lol this time though I'm noticing that some of the houses and buildings that are needed in quests aren't ACTUALLY available in the stores to buy nor do I have to be a certain level before said home or construt is also available. They're just not there, anywhere. So for alot of quests I just can't do, point blank period, like the blossom home, not on there or the museum. If you can fix that'd be great

Incredibly short amount of time into the game before you start requiring items that can only be obtained with microtransactions or by completing shady 'offers'. I do appreciate your response, that means a lot! I completely understand the necessity of having microtransactions, especially in a free game. Having played a ton of town builder games, I don't mind watching ads, grinding, or buying microtransactions to make life easier/faster, but I didn't like that progress was completely halted, and so quickly into the game. In a world where everyone and their grandmother is hacking, spamming & stealing identities, I hope you understand my hesitance of having to enter personal info into a lot of these offers.
