good app, and very straightforward on purchasing tickets and other purchases amenities to make sure there is no issue on getting to the train. and enjoy a long or short trip from Miami all the way too Orlando.

Love, love Brighline! But your app needs attention ASAP! Telling me please wait with the spinning wheel of death. Ehen i tried to book a trip. I have been waiting but my patiences is running out.... can do anything on it. 4/21/24 - Login issue. I am terribly at remembering passwords. This app will not keep you logged in...which means I have to reset everytime I need to use the app. Can we please have a app that is even halfway decent?

Ben was amazing as a customer service Rep on the phone. Had to call last min and he took care of what I needed promptly and educated me a Lil on Brightline fares and what they include! Appreciate ya Ben and Thx Again!

I always drove myself down south to Miami. But a friend of mine said, hey, try brightline, and I did.I've been on it three times now.And I love it, it saves me stress of driving lots of tolls, and also faster time getting there So will that I do it again? Of course. I will.

they took my money and they don't tell you the location (address) to these stations. I just paid $25 to take the train from west Palm Beach to Miami. after realizing I'm at the wrong west Palm Beach station, I'm searching this app to try and cancel but the cxl option is grayed out. the help section tells you to call an 800 number, by the time I got a human on the phone, she tells me you have to cxl 5 minutes before. they would not even give me travel credits. worst first experience ever.

The app is very glitchy and the tickets only scan successfully sometimes. Brightline is also being ridiculous for raising the "smart" ticket price from $15 to $22. And the 8:48 train I was hoping to catch does not even appear on the list of options. It skipped a whole route. Not a very dependable transportation service if you ask me.

Abysmal and unusable, when I try to book the ticket I spent 30 minutes of the app saying my order is in cart then it just dissapears so I realized it doesn't allow booking one way trips, only round trips. Then when trying to pay with credit there's no confirmation button so you can't pay. Then when I finally got it to work after 30 minutes when I go to be checked by the conductor he can't find my ticket because it dissapeared after I scanned it.

Train service is great. App is completely worthless. The app is okay for booking for travel, but tried to modify my return trip and kept getting "internal server error" with no additional information. Help is non-existent. (The Help ChatBot is the absolute worst you will ever encounter!) At the Orlando Brightline station, customer service took care of everything. World class train service, but an absolutely horrible app

This app has gone from bad to worst and now mediocre at its best. I am a Pass Holder, and after the recent update is charging every change i try to make, so now i have to contact their customer support everytime i need to have the charge refunded. The QR code reader at the station can't read the codes, it will take you a few attempts before it finally reads it. The trains are most of the times delayed, so you need to plan ahead very well to make sure you arrive on time.

Fall asleep and pass your stop? Pay to go back the other way. Was your train late? No credit for you. 'Late' for a train that hasn't arrived to the station? Too bad, boarding that hasn't started is closed. Want to set and forget your password? Better not cause you will be periodically logged out. Want to turn off the renewal of your passes? Better have access to a web browser cause the app doesn't allow that. Don't forget to read the 'fine print' on the commuter pass.
