The concept is great but the short cashout Windows and minor issues such as debit cards awaiting review and verification on my end and not customer service's always make cashout an anxiety producing task. Today I try to login and get promoted for an app update which I do and then instead of login it keeps bringing me back to perform the update again. Even if I back out of the update the app still brings me back to update. Of course I was planning on trying to cash out to fix debit cards issue.

It's legit. I've cashed out maybe 40-50 bucks so far. They also have a premium plan I'm on the wait-list for that lets you earn more. If you just watch ads you can make an easy 25 cents a day. 1 penny per ad for free users. I would like the option to watch more ads as a free user, but I appreciate that this exists at all. Definitely worth getting, and I love the new feature that gives incentive for logging in daily. 🙏❤️ Now 5 stars, became a member, am treated well by support when issues occur

Absolutely love how I email yall twice to get help logging in since the application won't allow me it takes me to create an account when I click login. Then I email yall twice you tell me you didn't get the first email when I have literal proof that I emailed yall with a problem second time works like a charm gets a response asking for help then get ignored after doing what they want. Try to login again and nothing has changed.

I don't usually have a lot of good to say when I write reviews 😄 but of the dozen or so "Get Paid To' apps I've used- Bridge really probably is the most reliable & supportive of them all. They also offer several unique and worthwhile methods of getting rewards that I've not seen anywhere else, like a free $10/mo just for paying your own rent. Get on it!

It's amazing when it works. The problem is that withdrawals have so many issues. As of recent they made it so you can only withdraw at certain times on certain days only once a day. It's ridiculous. Im working at that time! LET US WITHDRAW 24/7! Update: They've now made it so you can only be logged in on one device, so I can't even use it at work anymore to earn side cash, and unless I'm on or near my phone, I cant use it on separate devices. This is a bad update, I liked doing surveys at work!!

Both my wife and I have wanted to use the Bridge card for months since we first heard that it's the ONLY prepaid card compatible with Zelle. So weve been on the waiting list for at least 3 months when finally we both get an email explaining that we can now use the app only to go through the steps of signing up and VERY shortly being told (separately) they can't verify our identities and won't be able to open accounts and that the decision is final! Unbelievable!

This was great first great app. Coins were adding up pretty fast I hit $10 and cashed out for the first time in the 4th and then got an email on the 5th saying they had closed my account for good with no reasoning and says I can no longer use the app kinda ridiculous they say I apparently had multiple accounts which is false I have 1 device 1 email and 1 number may seem legit at first but definitely some kind of scam here I prefer pogo takes a little longer to add up but has never doneThis.

App seems like it works for some people and for others it cancels them out. I was one of the ones canceled and it's weird as well. I wonder what service they could possibly use based on name alone. I gave two stars because it works for some but there's no way to contact them either and no states criteria from them. Makes me wonder if it's based on limiting certain demographies.

I really don't think hosting Mistplay ads on your ad player is a good idea. I have a screen cap of only one occurrence, and the ads from them were fine at first, but every single ad I get from them now flashes the Mistplay logo as the ad plays- and I mean FLASHES. Seems like a health hazard/danger to me for obvious reasons. Please address this. Edit: Thank you. Your handling of this was very professional, I very much appreciate this!

I just downloaded the app and literally after it was done installing, I went to check out the app and it says that the app is out of date and to click on this "update" button. When I do, it takes me to the apps page on the Play store and it only has the option to open or uninstall, it doesn't say update (naturally of course since I just installed it). Sounds like a great app and I have no problem changing my rating if this gets resolved and if I don't run into any other issues like others have

This app is legit. I had trouble cashing out and reached out to customer service. After many emails back and forth with Mya, we found out there was an issue with my bank. Once I added a new bank, I could cash out. She even reached out to me to make sure the issue was fixed during this whole process. And, as a gift to me, she added more coins to my account because of the issue I had with the app. You don't find good customer service nowadays and they were exceptional! Highly recommend this app!

**update** up until the last month or so i have absolutely LOVED this app!!! It has given me nothing but problems since the beginning of March... the pro essing of my purchases has gotten slower and slower with each app update, and i have been unable to cashout for over a week, and when i send an email for support i just get an email back stating that cashouts are back up and to please try again (which its not)... considering not renewing my earn+ subscription....

App has got worse! Yes it does pay out as advertised. But when you pay for the Earn+ membership, which advertises, "Cash Out Anytime" the cash out status has been unavailable several times while I have tried to cash out. Even with the daily spins, the algorithm is set to only award 1 coin. I have never got a spin of any more than 1 coin. I used to love this app, now I have cancelled my Earn+ membership because why pay to cash out anytime, when cash outs are unavailable 2 - 3 days at a time.

While there sre minor issues(such as no longer having play-n-earn arcade games, some monor cashout bugs, etc.,), Infind it to be a decent way to make a few extra bucks every month. If I could make a suggestion, I would love to be able to setup "automatic cashouts", where the user can just set an amount, and when the acct reaches it, it automatically cashes out to a default acct.

The idea of the app is pretty great, and I have successfully cashed out over $50 just from using my card and a few offers. Love the surveys. However they make changes to cash outs without announcements and rarely update the FAQ about them. Customer service is mid, nice but only read from an unhelpful script. Oh, and only email - no phone #.

They took away the ability to cashout to Chime or any debit card. This app used to be amazing and now it's not. I don't like that they only have gift card options now and no option to cashout to PayPal. I think it's ridiculous that Earn + members have to pay $2 a week. That's excessive. I joined the Earn + wait list and still haven't gotten mine. Kinda a letdown now. Bring back the option to cashout to any debit card, get more gift card options and add PayPal. The cashout windows ain't it either

You know, the membership is affordable truly and it's easy to make the monthly subscription fee back plus more than double. Bridge is, hands down, the most user friendly cash out earn coins app I ever used. It has it's issues but nothing really terrible. They only allow Cash outs between certain time-frames so it's easy to either build their coins at 1¢ easily procurable for something worth it or just have a bit of time to think about a mayve unfavorable transaction. It suits me perfectly.

I love that they offer so many ways to earn money (rent rewards, cashback on purchases, paid games and surveys, etc). My only issue, and it's a big one that almost made me drop a star, is their cashout process. In general, you can cash out once a day (if you have enough) at exactly 4:00, not 1 minute before or after. But then, some days it randomly doesn't allow cashouts at all or only offers a small choice of gift cards but no ACH, PayPal, or other ways to get cash.Wish I had more room to write

Being able to cash out on a regular basis is convenient. Let's see how long this lasts, hopefully it's back to being normal. This app has tons of potential. You can't find a better cash back app anywhere. But, there are time frames in which there's no communication and they change things so drastically that you're cut off from what they promised you in the beginning. So far I've consistently had more inconsistencies than consistencies. Have a backup.

Update: response from Bridge for my review below. "We love to hear you're enjoying bridge! Thank you for the positive feedback" 7\25 Signed up for the earn+ sub so I could use a feature that's pretty important to why I signed up and keep getting an error message that the feature is paused. Why? I thought I would be able to do this once per day as advertised but since signing up it's like this feature always has some things preventing it from happening which seems very convenient and frustrating!
