Worst service ever .. 2 days trying to know where is my order (was ordered 12 days ago) .. poor after sales service don't recommend .. better to go directly to the shops instead

the pick up option is just soo bad the worst I have see in so many other brands it take atleast 21 days for pick up option it's the slowest service very unhappy and if want delivery they charge a lot and then also deliver between 3 to 4 days very unhappy

before was great but now some online staffs became careless.. I orderd jaket they send huge pijama!! and said they send jaket!! my advice is take video of your order during opening to have proof what you recive.. I orderd chocolate it was damage and melted ... shoes .they send different model etc

Horrible app and horrible customer service. Everytime I click pay, the app crashes. When reach out to customer service, they don't respond till I follow up. Then they tell me to try another card. Its not just the app, the website payment doesn't work as well. How do you run a business when your customer can't pay via app or website and your customer service team denies that there is a problem

It's one of the best shopping apps I ever used, well done team 👏🏻 Before Uninstalling the app, I want to say something to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. Learn how to communicate properly. Imagine my first order (Impression) was "your order got stuck at the shipping partner." My order was supposed to come 3 days ago btw lol. That's not the customer's problem, it's your business problem. I'm giving 1 star 🙏🏻 I don't want the same experience to happen to the likes of me. All the best 👍

ordered from them recently, both orders were delayed by 1 week each and had to chase them for updates.... got 2 text with promo code as compensation only to find out after using the first code, that it was 1 compensation for both order not 1 per code .... this information was not conveyed in their text at all... in fact their text actually mentioned as per order .... super disappointing customer service...

Good app and shopping experience. But payment feels a bit inconvenient. Only Visa is accepted and entering card details manually takes time. Please consider adding more payment options or partnering with Atome.

The latest update broke the "View Similar" and also made quite a number of items i had in my cart as "Not Available in Your Country" which is really bad because if it is not available, I wouldn't be able to add to my cart in the first place.

I bought 3 items online. Unfortunately, I had to return one item because the size was not correct. There is no tracking for returned items so you won't be able to know what happened to your return order. If the item gets lost so does your money.

Horrable experience! Get the damaged item. More heartbreaking is that it was my dream to have that watch. As soon as I open the box in a minute I request for return. 1st and last shopping experience from Brand for Less.
