Would be a great app if it actually worked. I have done countless surveys, spending upwards.for 20-30 minutes sometimes just to have it freeze or stop functioning properly and leave me with no choice but to back out of the survey. My phone is not old, this app is not good. I would say at this point I have been unable to complete the large majority of the surveys I've attempted. Waste of time for the pennies I've accrued so far.

Love the Surveys, however, the app needs some additional functions. I ran into some issues where I accidently click an external link (which takes me to the link location) mid survey and there is no way going back to the survey. Only way is to go back is through the homepage, which then forfeits the survey. Also, ran into an issue where the survey does not load and gived an error. When errors like the happen, i wish there could be a refresh command or a return to survey button.

Pixel 6: Service is great, and pays well. The app is terrible. It will exit to the homepage cancelling all of your work on a survey randomly. This happens when you click on an empty field to type an answer. It will also do this when attempting to validate a transfer to PayPal. Also you can get through 2 screeners before it tells you the survey is full and kicks you out. Just use the browser instead.

First of all. Branded Surveys is awesome. I have been using their website for less than a year and have made some real money. (About $100 a month) don't listen to anyone that says it's a scam. BUT this is a review of the app. It is TERRIBLE. I have probably 2-3 surveys that I finish and instead of crediting me I get an error page and it doesn't let me copy the link to submit a complaint for the "technical error" it is extremely disappointing.

WASTE OF TIME. I just uninstalled and felt I should save others from the head ache that is this app. On day one, the app ran smoothly and I cashed out $5. Then, the bugs started. I'd attempt 10 or more surveys, only for them to randomly close out after 10-20 minutes. Surveys freeze, won't load correctly, or, I'll actually finish, but I won't get my points. Avoid this app. Try something else. Like SB.

The app has issues with dropped surveys while taking one and you don't get any points even though you give them the number of the survey,wasted time. But when you do the points are pretty good compared to others and the payouts are quick to Paypal (my choice). I've earned about $130 in about 4 months. That's my issue is dropped surveys and wasting my time on them.

It's a scam. It says "choose payout option" but they don't work. You can't connect any account, it just runs you in circles. It wouldn't even let me have a damn gift card. I found this out in all of 2 days and 10 dollars worth of surveys. I dont recommend but, hey, maybe they'll like someone else better. Good luck. Deleting account and uninstalling

What an awful, terrible, buggy app. It's not even funny. Regularly finish entire surveys and then at the very end it tells me I'm not a match or that it's full. Yeah that's supposed to happen BEFORE I do the entire survey and waste my time. App is a blank gray screen every single time I open it until I swipe it out of recent apps and try again. App also regularly stops loading survey screens suddenly and you get completely stuck mid-survey without any choice but to close it out. AWFUL APP

I've used this app for about six hours, and done two or three surveys. I've also started several surveys where it asks a number of preliminary questions, taking several minutes, and then goes to a idling screen (spinning color wheels), and the only way to get out of that screen is to close the app, thereby wating all the time answering the first few queries. I'll stick to the PC, thanks, this app is hot garbage right now.

This app has potential, surveys and payouts are great. However, some surveys freeze and there's late rejections. I noticed that the app does not have a "back" or "last page" button because sometimes we do press the wrong selection. With that being said a lot of surveys have that "trick question" towards the end to reject you as opposed to the beginning like decent surveys. INSTALL A BACK BUTTON ON YOUR APP! I've lost out on like 600pts

This app is awful now but has potential. The site itself is not a scam, but the app is glitchy and often gets stuck on blank/loading screens in the middle of a survey until you are forced to close it out and lose the progress. The app leads to a lot of wasted time. It also would not allow me to set up my payout option and instead kept crashing repeatedly; I had to use the website and log in there to actually go through the process to be paid. Uninstalling ASAP once the $ transfer goes through.

Tried to do 5 different surveys today. The first 3 timed out midway through. One made me go to the Bon Appetite site and then never brought me back to finish. The last one had me drag icon cards to squares, but the UI wasn't set up to allow for it. All told I spent about 45 minutes trying to do surveys and couldn't finish even 1. Will not be using this anymore.

Good luck with this app working. At first it worked great, got some money on there and got a higher level. Now I'm lucky to get in there. Everytime I open it, it just buffers and never connects. But you better believe I'm getting my 15 emails a day from them asking me to take surveys. Uninstall this app and go to Survey Junkie. Never had issues with that app

Sub par app The process is not streamlined at all If a survey is already full or you don't qualify for a survey why does it even show up on the dashboard it just wastes my time Secondly it takes forever to skip surveys you have to click on it then skip there should be an option on the dashboard to skip or even to skip all three at once i feel like you should get more than 3 at a time too. It would also be nice if you could just set the minimum points you want for a survey and the time.

*Edit 2/2/24* It IS a good survey platform and DOES payout quick even within minutes after when you get to Silver or Gold status/level which isnt hard. What I do find hard is being able to MAINTAIN those levels because it seems thAT you don't get as many Surveys later Somedays I find maybe 3 presented, some days its 10. There's steps to help, but I don't find them working well. Overall though its the best at UI, navigation and speed of payouts. No games or tasks, no hoops to jump through.

I'd give more stars but I've spent 20 minutes or more on a survey answering all of their questions and all of a sudden you supposedly don't qualify. So basically you've completed 90% of their questions and they don't have to reward you. It's a cheat. Other than that, if you can handle tedious you might do OK. I've made just shy of $10 in 2 days but that's with putting a lot of time in and dealing with a LOT of frustration and BS along with the good. I'm going to keep at it. Hoping it improves

Extremely glitchy app. A few times I've gotten over 80% completion according to the inboard survey completion bar and then it says "the survey is full". Some of these take 15-20 minutes to complete so it's extremely frustrating that you're almost complete to get the full points and then it kicks you out and only gives you 2 points after you've invested like 15 minutes!
