I canceled after one day of the free trial and they're arguing they can't refund their fee. A very shady operation.

BrainBloom I would like to request a refund, as I am very unsatisfied with the service. I was charged $9.99 and then prompted for a second payment without receiving any fulfillment from the app. In under four minutes, I was asked to make two payments, and so far, I have not received any quizzes, games, or tests. And very disappointed that I even downloaded this appIt is frustrating to know that eager users like myself are receiving nothing in return. Can I just please have my money back!!! Ty

Don't download this app.. it's not free...you will hit a paywall at the end of the initial setup, costs a lot as well, don't always trust 5 star reviews, most get paid to do these reviews and then the developers respond to reviews like this and make it look like the problem is on my side, lots of better options then this app.

Are you kidding me? An Ad every 2 seconds, how annoying. You answer one question - Ad, next question Ad - and so on so forth, how are you even supposed to finish a questionnaire to find out where you're at. YOU'RE CRAZY! UNINSTALLING! On top of some intrusive arse questions that don't sound like psychological questions. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WATCH ONLY ADS WHEN I'M TRYING TO LEARN SOMETHING 😫 SMH SHAME ON YOU

There's not even a hint of what the app actually offers, there's a quiz which felt quite long just for the app to redirect me to the plan prices, this app only made me loose my time. I had an idea from the pictures above but I couldn't see nothing but a quiz and a price tag.

The app assessed me to create a personal profile. Thereafter, I received a what looked like a final page with a graph with my goals and improvement plan. Nothing after that. No button to click forward. If it were not google play, I would say it was a scam phishing for info

Dreadful brain app. Nearly impossible to do anything due to tiny pics even with reading glasses. Also, watch out for auto renewal. Leave well alone!

Brutal experience- can't access with two months, still charging me $49.99, raised with my bank to cancel - unable to cancel sub. have u installed and reinstalled app (x 2), continues to take me to initial questionnaire. emailed Brainbloom direct, no response. BE CAREFUL FOLKS

SCAM!!! I create an account via web paid for a trial subscription then got an email to download the app to begin to use. The app had no option for me to log in with the details I had already given on the web, just took me through the same process to pay again. Emailed customer support (twice!) no one got back to me. Charged me for a full subscription and I still can't use the app. No one is emailing me back.
