Bradesco do not integrate it's applications, one app to look your balance, one app to manage 3rd party credit card, 1 app to manage point (livelo) system, etc. I now are different segments of the operation but it's not a good user experience.

Scanner does not focus and does not read bar codes. Do not blame it on my camera cause it is working fine, all pictures come out very well, clear and focused.

It's not an app. I think it was developed by left hand of my dog. It's not useful. I at least can't see my debit card at this app. How it possible? Just Many helpless buttons. Guys look at the market. it's shame for bank to develop an app like this.

Scanner rarely works, app keeps crashing, sometimes I can't log in for hours at a time... I am from Sweden and have a bank from London as well and they are both much easier and more stable. In Brasil i reccomend Banco Inter

The app itself is complicated enough that it takes days to understand how it's operated, on top of that suddenly my pix options are coming as blank and not able to send money (mind you, I am using the latest version of the app available in the playstore)

Heavy and slow app, it breaks in every session, inconsistent UXI, I have to come to the app because web is not linux friendly (shame on you!) and it's so invasive and persistent on its cookies that my data package restarts and all this slow motion trial to get in starts again from scratch! Awful.

Unfortunately, the app does not work well. Panels don't open, scanner is not working properly, loading time is terrible or times out (but app is necessary for even simple things like withdrawing money at the bank, leading to delays and frustration).

I'm having serious problems with my account and despite many attempts to contact the bank, nobody seems to care. I can't put the security key number because it requires a number that does not exist on my card, due to this inconsistency I'm unable to access my account. the app gives you options to solve the problem, but not of them has worked so far. I'm extremely disappointed!

Nothing works. Also: English is an official language of Brazil. Why is English not an option? edit: i went to the bank to see why it wouldnt accept my pin number. The lady at the bank reset it at least 11 times and the app wouldnt work. it kept saying i was typing it in wrong. the last 3 times she typed it in for me and it still didnt work. app still not working.

I'm originally from Toronto Canada, and still use 2 banks there regularly via their apps. I find the Brazilian banking system superior overall - albeit rarely being expat-friendly. I adore how vey secure this app is, including how it can only operate primarily on one device at a time. Like licensing of expensive PC software. It's feature-rich, and doesn't behave like a feature-limited app such as the early days of mobile phone apps! (I'm Android)

The app doesn't work correctly. Sometimes when I sign in, it's doesn't connect 'cause it said that I am logged in another place. And I tried to unlock my card 10 times, and at the first moment I could open the window to unlock my card, but now, when I try to click , the app just open another widow and I can't unlock the f*uckin' card. Fix this.

The worst bank app ever!!! Keep away from this bank and this app!!! I tried to transfer my token from an old device to a new one, the process did not work as expected, and I ended up without any token (and with my access blocked). But besides of that, I tried to solve the issue via call center, and something even worst happened (which I will not describe here because there is not enough space for it)... Ah, and another point that is worth to be mentioned, this 4.2 rate is obviously fake... So, believe me, keep away for Bradesco!

Great app! There is many options tuchoose from on this app. You can draw for friends, you can ask your friends would you rather questions, and many more! The only real complaint i have is that, im on chromebook, and it shrunk my app to a phone sized version, and its annoying! I cannot set it back to a normal sized version! Over all, very nice app! Totally not a waste of time! Oh, also the filters! The filters on this app are incredible! Me and my friend play the games on a video chat! 10/10!!!!

Mostly works as intended. It can sometimes be slow to load and it could use a more intuitive interface but if you take your time to look into things it works well. One example was transferring money from cheque to savings there is no useful explanation anywhere. But when I tried to transfer money to my own account it gave me an option to transfer to savings.

Terrible app! I'm trying to make some payments but after entering the bar codes it leads me to make some digital validation (Validação digital) and after I click in that icon it asks me to let my phone to give permission for data archivemnt but the app takes me for the app settings and I have no idea idea what to do and after that trying to go back to the page where I was, it takes me into a loop.

The entire app experience is horrible. The app doesn't work 80% of the time, either by not logging in (several different connection or internet error) or by giving you a complete white screen when it does log in. Features such as cards or "consórcio" only work half the time, the other half loading fails, leaving you on a white screen and forcing you the re-open the app. On top of that, there are several minors usability bugs that serve only to demonstrate the lack of care from development team.

Difficult to use and does not let chrime translate into english for me. Doesnt function well. I updated this spp and now i can not access my account. Great , i have ti go to the local branch and let them figure it out. Ir would be great if thwy coyld pur the tech. Part in English. But , what do you know .... Nothing . Thanks so much bradesco

Every time I open the app it just won't load. I have to try another 2-3 times, it then crashes, and only then will load up properly. I have no idea why. I thought it could be something about my phone, but I got a new one and the problem is still there. Other than that, very functional and well designed app.

I'm not allowed to backup. Everytime I flash a new ROM, or whenever I switch phones I have to reactivate my token. It would be so easier to just allow backups to be made. I had a lot of problems with this in the past. Had to reactivate the token more than one time in the same day. Could you just allow us to backup the app's data? - -Edit I've just realized that it is possible to transfer the Token. This is a great improvement from what I've seen in the past. Still, can't do in the same phone.
