Saves me trips to bank especially during this COVID-19 period. It will be great though if the app offers language change especially English

Changing Language is missing? Smart Bper card app has english language in setting which is really helpful but not this one, please add English language, or if it already has it can you share a tutorial so i can change it to english? Thanks

- no English version - very complicated activation - impossible to use it when outside Europe (you need to receive an sms to log in) - first log in: 6 pages of unsolicited, impossible to delete and to opt out commercial messages

It does not work most of the time..I always face problem while opening the app. It hangs and doesn't open up mostly.

I go to log in but asks for a codice. Really. Where would i get that then a password useless I'm trying to use my payup card for transfering funds. Useless. I write the bank with total documents 13 times never an email response. Useless bank

How to change its language from Italian to English? Also the functionality of the app is quite limited. I can not transfer money to others by iban. For example to Revolut. I tried by iban and BIC with the country set to Lithuania but it shows error that something went wrong, try again!

It rarely works, every time there is a different kind of problem, last is that I can't log in neither with code or fingerprint, cause of "system error". Very low low quality

Honestly the app is somehow useful, once you are able to sign in you can do whatever you want to do base on what it offers! I have to give 3* because it takes a long time to open. Sometimes you can't open it. Something needs to be done ( improvement)

The minute I went abroad, it stopped working somehow and asks me to provide the security code, which I don't have on me (it is in Italy). I tried to solve the problem with online chat, they did not help, had to call local branch, the lady told me there is a general problem with the app, when I ask that when will it be solved? She says I don't know. Now I cannot access to my account because somehow it is blocked and I don't have my codice di sicurezza and nobody helps me to retrieve it.

App and Internet Banking services from Bper are utterly garbage... Infinite loading screens, payments not registered, OTP not generated properly or not generated at all... I'm speechless. It's four days that I'm trying to make a wire transfer and I'm stuck in loading screens that lasts for minutes and in the end "Ops there is a problem". Needless to say that I'm going to change bank in the next few weeks. Old Ubi worked as a charm for me, but with Bper the service is totally unacceptable. What a shame.

I had to reboot my phone and since then am unable to do anything with the app. I insert my alias and password but then all I get is a screen asking me if I want to link another device to my account. I have tried getting codes to scan or type in but no messages arrive. I spoke to a nice lady at customer services but she told me that my number is the one registered and that the messages should arrive. They don't. All I want is to check my account but there is nothing which allows me to do it.

This APP is garbage!. They should not have this app on this app store. Updates are worst!. 1. It doesn't produce receipt for the transfers. 2, It cannot communicate with smart web. When I make transfer from web-login for the hope of having transfer receipt, the code gets sent to this app, but app takes too long to respond or crashes whereby jeopardizing the transactions. The people responsible in developing this app should be ashamed of for having this. Even apps from other under developed countries are way more better. And what this heck about just Italian language? Do you really not know at least in English option? Either get it fixed soon or de-link from other activities. A really pissed customer, here! We are paying you! Dang!

I'm a former UBI client forced to become BPER client. I just downloaded the app and played a little bit and with surprise I'm a bit concerned about app security. The app allows to take screenshots. Also the app remains logged on once it is put in background rather than automatically logging off. Happy to change my rating if this will ever be rectified

Absolutely a fail! There's always something not working and it takes a lot of time to resolve it. This time I can't see my card and I can't access the transactions. It's been more than a week. Definitely changing bank this time.
