The inability to cancel or change an order once it's submitted is ridiculous. I placed an order that kept defaulting to the incorrect address no matter how many times I tried changing my default address. It still ended up placing the order under the incorrect address and I am unable to do anything about it until the customer support line opens on monday.

I love boxlunch and anything I buy from them is anyways great quality. However this app is horrible! I have been trying to buy the items in my cart for over a month. 90% it will not load my cart saying "error loading bag". When I did get it to finally load my bag it spent 10+ minutes loading and never actually took my payment. Im so frustrated because the items I want are not in the store and I can't order them because this app won't work!!

The app used to be great. Not sure if this has been happening for anyone else, but when I place an order it doesn't completely go through. I end up getting a charge to my bank account and have to wait for it to fall off. Please fix this. I will no longer be using this app because of this consistent horrible error. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Painful experience to shop using this app. There are not enough filters and categories. And then sometimes when you want to buy something you get an error that the product is unavailable but I was able to buy it on its own order so I can be charged double shipping?? And if I leave the app for a bit everything leaves my cart and I have to re-add it.

I love BoxLunch, and got the app after seeing this adorable pack of tmnt earrings that went out of stock in my nearest store. I can't shop on this. I found the earrings and headed to checkout to find out I can't buy it. It won't ship, and the nearest store pickup is THREE HOURS AWAY. There's no point in me using this because it won't let me buy anything. I tried to look at other items and the same thing kept happening.

I tried to order some stuff through the app and I chose delivery over store pick up but every time I go to checkout it changes everything to store pick up. I'm 2.5 hours away from the closest store, there's a REASON why I chose delivery over store pick up but the app WILL NOT allow for anything other than store pick up. Must be a glitch and I'll miss out on the sale if this glitch ever gets fixed. The glitch STILL has not been fixed. The app is unusable because of this.

Don't pre-order anything from this shop! They have charged my card 3 times for an order than won't ship until MAY! 3 different times they've held up over $100 in my account, which throws off my entire budget because now I'm $100 short until the charge drops off! They got cute stuff, but unless they have it in stock, I'd totally skip buying it unless you want your card charge every week for a month until it ships.

very irritating! I tried to purchase through the app, but it kept buffering. I couldn't get past the card page. I would add my card, and it kept asking me to review the order, but there wasn't a submit button. I tried to purchase through desktop, and got through using PayPal, only for it to not even go through. It said sorry, your order cannot be displayed. I can't tell if it went through or not, bc no orders are in my account. Update: my card was charged 4x thanks to this buffering app 😒

Extremely difficult to use and won't let you sign in or create an account. Even if the password field is entered, it says, "minimum password 8 characters" or something very close to that. I don't recommend the website either. I ran into the same problem. Same thing for Hot Topic. When I tried to get help it redirected me on the app and website. I'd love to use the app if it gets fixed.

The app does not work. It offers navigation buttons and when you click them it says error cant find what you're looking for. I tried to use a coupon on my 1st order that was sent to me on the same day and when I did it glitched out the entire order, when I took off the coupon and finally got the right amount to pay for it would not let me place my order. I tried the app and the website. There are some issues with both, will not be using this again.

Ever since I upgraded my phone almost two months ago, the app has been a mess. I've had orders over the amount to qualify for free shipping and when I go to check out, it says 6.99. I have to log out and log back in to get it to work. Whenever I do that, it erases my wish list. I don't have the patience to keep fixing it and looking for the items. Hot Topic does the same.

I'm trying to check out and it keeps putting half my order as store pickup and I'm alil too far to be going there, and when I try to check out it says I don't have a balance and that I don't have to pay, but I'm literally looking at my balance and shipping, so it won't let me check out and says it's an error. The exact same thing is happening with Hottopic as well and it's very frustrating. Please fix immediately or my Christmas is ruined!!

There are SO many things I would love to buy with this app. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to want my money because I can never complete my order! There's always some kind of issue when trying to complete an order and it never goes through. It also will say it is saving things to my wishlist and then fail to load the list. Had similar problems with the Hot Topic app (and I know they're owned by the same company), so I think I will be uninstalling both until they fix both apps.

This is the worst app I have ever used to purchase anything. It has so many issues and glitches. I have not been able to purchase anything from this app for a WHOLE YEAR. When I go to checkout, I try to select the "continue to payment" button and it does NOT work. I have tried multiple times to get BoxLunch to fix this and they have done NOTHING. They have not been helpful at all. It should not take this long for any business to fix a few glitches on their app/site. Very unprofessional.

Annoying. Signed in, but my wishlist is empty. I know for a fact that I have 100 plus items in there. I decided to add through the app, but after I closed and reopened, my wishlist was empty again. So was my favorite store choice. Account information was fine, points, rewards, etc. Uninstalling immediately.

It shouldn't be this hard to spend my money here. It never lets me check out. And by the time it lets me which is usually several days later, the items I want are out of stock. It never lets me past the cart. I have to constantly back out and restart the app. Clear my cart and refill it. It's horrible. Oh and you can't email their support email cause it doesn't exist.

I had issues with my shopping cart. The place order button would not appear in my cart most likely due to the sitewide promotion possibly being in the way with no option to close the promotion and I had to go through hoops (by playing with the accessibility options) to even get to the payment screen. Then it would not let me add my debit card. The button was there and highlighted but nothing happened when I clicked! So I was forced to get PayPal just to place my order. The merch is great though!

This is the most frustrating garbage app I've ever used! Let me clarify. I love the store and would love it if the store did exceedingly well. But this app needs an overhaul because there is a mountain of issues for buyers looking to purchase on the app. It takes too long to load, has kicked items out of my shopping cart so I can only have three items at a time, during checkout it always nullifies the shipping option I select when I added to next row's info, said my boxlunch coupons are invalid when their website accepted to exact same code (copies and pasted), has upped the price of my order once payment info was accepted for no visible reason, and has refused to accept my Visa, to name a few of the issues I have had. Not to mention my most recent and current problem; I ordered two items Sept 15th and have yet to recieve one of the items! It's been almost a month! Their shipping times are agonizingly slow and they have lost a lot of profit simply because this app and their website have been so irratating that I end up deciding the things in my cart aren't worth the agitation. I love this store and that they are focused on giving back to the community - but if they want to make a significantly better profit things need to improve vastly!

overall it's a good app, but at the same time it doesn't feel like an app, it feels "Websitey" and slow at times even with good wifi connection. At times when you exit the app and enter the app it loads all over again which can be really time consuming. Last thing that bothers me is that there's no wish list, I preferably like to add stuff in my cart mainly because it's more of a "I'll purchase later" items, but you can't do that, you have to remove all of your items and hope you can remember.

Can't send email because captcha doesn't show up and it won't let me proceed without doing it. It's also not showing my correct status (platinum) in checkout but shows correctly in my account details. Because of that it won't show my rewards at checkout. I have called and was told they would look into it but nothing has changed. How can my account and loyalty details be correct, but checkout be wrong? The website works fine and everything is correct so this is an app issue!!!
