Absolute pain in the butt to use for virtually no return to the school. Constantly unable to locate qualifying items from reciept even if the box itself references to use the app for credit (eg.. "No more clipping"). Also can be a pristine scan and it claims unable to find the date, or a total, etc. COMPLETELY USELESS!! I would rather cut boxtops to turn in than waste time on this stupid app.

Ok concept, glitchy experience makes it frustrating. If you're going to take away clipping actual box tops, make sure app works. If I take full receipt it says date is missing. If I try to stich pieces together it freezes. The one time I was successful in uploading, it said there weren't eligible products. Emailing got credit, but just get it right the first time. Allow uploading of files instead of taking in app only.

It keeps missing multiple items! It also won't add the "bonuses" for the items i do qualify for. I would much rather just clip the box tops myself, as i don't keep track of my grocery reciepts. It could also be that this is set up for standard stores and not for our military commissary... Update- it still is missing items on my reciepts, and it is a pain to have to email it in EVERY TIME! And then to get a reply back of: we cannot help you !? Just bring back the clippings!!!

This app is ok. It hasn't recognized box top purchases twice, but after review, they did credit my account. I also feel that the 14 day limit to scan receipts is too short. I have friends and relatives who will save receipts and give them to me to scan, but most of the time, the 2 weeks are past. I would rather go back to cutting box tops.

Camera during scanning looks one way but then cuts off information and doesn't line up the same. Have to try several times to get this to work. Would be much faster for me to clip! Also I do not like that you have to capture the whole receipt so now box tops has all my information on what I buy. Great concept but there's got to be a better way!

When I first started using this app it NEVER captured a single "box top". After multiple complaintsand emails to/from customer service I was told the app worked exactly as expected (😳). Then one day I received an email explaining that there was an issue with the app capturing purchases. In other words, it wasn't working as expected. It now seems to be working fine. I took 2 stars off for attitude from customer service.

It's very hard to scan your reciepts & very discouraging & times taking. It was way easier to just cut out the box tops for my daughters school. We did it for years now turning in anywhere between $15. & $30. a year. But not the case with this annoying app. Technology is not always better ! Go back to the cut out box tops or give the option to do both. Let us make the decision to do it the way we chose. Not everyone has access to a smartphone or knows how to use one either.

So terrible... At first, I thought this would be so easy to help the school since I don't have anyone going there currently. The first time I tried to scan a long receipt, which is what all of mine are, it was impossible to add to the initial picture. By the time I lined up for the second picture, the camera had froze. Every single time! I agree with so many others that schools are definitely going to loose with this move to all digital recording. Awarding zero stars would be more appropriate.

I actually hate this app. I'd rather still be cutting the boxtops off. Most of the time it won't take my receipt. It always says it can't find the date, and if I click submit anyway, it just keeps loading and loading. When it does take it, it tends to miss things. Then I have to check what it missed and go find the item and scan it's barcode etc. It's so frustrating I don't even want to do it anymore, but I'd like to continue to support my preferred school. Really wish the app would get better!

It was easier and less time consuming cutting them off the box. And less stressful in the fact that I have a time limit before receipts expire. The app misses some which I have to take extra steps in emailing and sending in the information again which is more time consuming. Also, sometimes I have to scan multiple times before the app recognizes the earnings. I greatly appreciate what BT does for our schools but its easier and less stress to clip. Thank you

I love the concept. But it's really annoying that every one of my receipts is too long to capture close up enough to qualify and get $$. Is there any way to capture a whole receipt in segments?? My school has lost a lot due to this design flaw. Then I never know which ones were accepted (nor have the time!) To make the effort of cutting them all out AND use the app.

App is great, but poor support makes it unusable. The actual app and the general concept is great! I love not having to clip and send it all to my kids school. First 2 months was great! But then 3 or 4 weeks ago, they must have changed their system because although I bought at least 6 items with boxtops, I was now only getting 0¢ - 10¢ for the entire receipt! Tried using customer support 2x but they are completely useless. I will not waste my time with this app anymore until this get resolved.

This app is awful. I missed out on some boxtop credit when I saw an item didn't have clips anymore, so downloaded the app to find I needed the original receipt... that's a great way to keep folks from earning credits, and oh yeah.. my kids can no longer be involved in the process. Would be easier to scan a barcode on item packaging, or idk..maybe just leave well enough alone and keep clipping cause it's fun for my kids to cut them out and fill the sheets.

Clipping Box Tops was MUCH better than using the app!!! Remembering to scan receipts is a PAIN IN THE BUTT, & scan feature is horribly flawed. doesn't scan easily, makes me scan images of the charge info, doesn't give me credit for all Box Top items (reporting feature not user friendly), and gives credit for things I didn't get. The app is a huge detourant for most families, clipping and sending was easier and more fun. This will greatly affect how much money schools receive.

I'm getting used to using the app (I preferred to snip and hand in). I do wish you could redo a receipt when you did it wrong. Last time I hit complete instead of (+ section) and then the app doesn't let you scan the receipt again. I lost 2 box tops that trip, the items were Chex and they don't include snip ones on the box anymore. No big deal, just would have been nice to Rescan the receipt.

We still have to take a picture to submit a paperless receipt. There is technology that will scan your last x amount of purchases from a site and give credit. You need to catch up to the times. I don't get receipts from Kings or Walmart when I shop online through their pickup, this makes more steps. This app is ok but could greatly be improved.

App worked well until now. About 2 weeks ago I was getting a network error. This is the only app having that error. So today I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I tried to connect through Facebook (because that was how I signed in before) it gives me an error that an account was already being used but won't give me the option to sign in instead of create an account.
