I love the app is super convenient, I used to go to places and send money to my love ones and pay a higher price for the service and the app cut the price by half of what I used to pay and the best part about it is the I got it on my finger tips I highly recommend this app, I forgot to mention I have been using it for years and it has not disappoint me yet

Recently, this app started flagging my transaction for review. The app requested that I identify my employer including the address. I was then asked for my driver's license and copy of bank statement. After submitting this information in the app , I received an email asking me to submit the same information. Don't ask me to submit information in the app if the app is not good enough to capture it. And why will do I have to provide you with my bank statement? Am I buying a house or car?

Don't ever use.. they took my money for a transfer and the money was never received to recipient.. they kept giving me the run around on way it was never deposited to a bank account and then they tell me I have to wait days to receive the money back.. worst money transfer ever.. one star is even to good of a rating for them

Was excellent before but recently one can hardly send money because of it's technical issues,,, when you want to send money, after inputting it then it gets stuck up in ,, select a delivery method which never bring out the option,,,, please let's know what is going on,,,, it's frustrating

I send $ to Kenya all the time and this app is the best. It's cheap to send, best rates and extremely reliable. Update: Recently, when I try to send $ thru' MPesa to ppl I've sent to before or new people, I get, "The information you entered does not match what your recipient has on their mobile account." And yet all the info is correct. These aren't strangers. I know them. I've sent them $ before. Please assist as CS told me there's no problem with my account.😢 This is my $ app for years.

Had the app for a couple months and to send top ups I've had no issues. But 1st time I tried sending money. Says it's pending for 2 days know I tried calling had me with hold music for 40 minutes and no one answered, once it seemed someone picked up the call drops. Selected for someone to call me back and yet I haven't heard from anyone.

They took my whole information and the information of the receiver. They took the money out of my card. What they didn't do was the deposit to my receiver in hours until I had to cancel, and they told me that now it's going to take 2 to 5 days without assurance of my money refunded not deposit to my receiver. Awful experience

I made a transfer, they asked me for a lot of account information, I sent everything in the end the transfer could not be made because I did not have the status of my account for the last six days, which did not appear on my account statement, what a disappointment I had to look for another apper app To make my transfer in another app they helped me much better.

Awful! Terrible This is supposed to be both a calling app with money transfer! However you cant make calls using this. To make matters worse, they took down the actual app for calling. Very frustrating. They only give you a recharge option to keep taking your money without you being able to actually make the call. If it's this bad for calling. I wouldnt trust them about sending money using this app.

After couple months of blocking it's working again, I was just trying yesterday it works, everything was fine except for fee, they say minimum should be $1.99 then I was only giving shot by sending $10 and it changed me $3.99 as fee, almost half of what I was sending. Anyway to pick up the money up I sent required another fee charge($1), which makes it in totally 50% fee. Come on Boss is this some kind of joke or what? Looking forward to hear from you. Hello Boss! it's been month no response,.

Boss Revolution came highly recommended. Attempted to use the service, but it never worked out. Constant calls to customer service. I was asked SO MANY invasive personal questions, they even called my bank on 3way. I asked and NOBODY else I know had to go through this. They were getting more personal information than any other money transferring service. Went through all that, to be blocked from using the service indefinitely, with no explanation. Even after verifying all TRUE information!

Easy to use and reliable. The exchange rates may be far lower than elsewhere, delivery times may be longer too but there is a generally satisfying results at the end. The multiple delivery options too is a plus. Boss Revolution should upgrade her service level agreements with her partners for a higher service availability as the app at times becomes too slow for my liking, thanks.

I have been using Boss Rev for years now.. it was very nice and efficient at the beginning but lately, they are becoming not very reliable. Transaction always has one issue or another. From network failure to needing additional verification, and they will never contact you about it. You will have to call multiple times for thing to get moving.. definitely a some improvement.

Update. I originally gave this app 1 star. I use the website all the time and decided to try the app. Its improved greatly. But it is still flawed. There is an issue with the app duplicating orders. The same order will show up twice in the cue, one completed and 5 more incomplete. Also the app is very slow and laggy. Needs work but has come lightyears ahead of where it once was.

The apps looks great but it doesn't do the job that I hired it to do. Mobile top-up! I entered all the info required and it returned a payment processing error. Then I noticed that my bank account was debited with the amount I selected for the top-up, and then I was credited back. I tried a different card and got the same outcome as previous transaction. So what's the point??? Do the job I hire you to do successfully! Otherwise, you are taking space on my phone.
