It's good but long distance oders and less amount and fake oders more it will in this I went 22 km its was fake oder I try to contact to support team but no any response from them plz don't do work in this borzo

Don't use it.... They are promised weekly payout but you never know his weekly payout day.... My second week start and pass by 4 day but my earning still with the app. Also there is no customer support for this type issue... Use Porter and other delivery platform... Also always issue with travel distance... App show less than Google map about upto 8KM. worst platform

Avoid using this app!! 1 customer placed the order when I arrived at Pickup location he cancelled the order and borzo did not paid me a single money for cancellation as I travelled till there.

Scammers this app is totally scam i recommend nobody to work with this company they are full of scammers when you go to execute any order the distance shown in the app is different from the actual distance if the app shows 2km for pickup location the actual distance would be more than 6km same with the drop up location if the drop location shows 6km the actual distance would be more than 12km they don't provide proper fair to the riders but they will take there commission very well. Poor app

The app is of very third class the support team is never available, especially when needed Sometimes the address is wrong and sometimes when the pickup location comes up, it comes to know that someone has already taken the parcel , that fare is not even paid. And their commission asto high if 1got 100 rupes of order ,we get 50 to 60 only . Third class app. Don't download it Do with other one's but borzo totally useless waste of time....

Terrible. Service is unavailable all the time. I have topup money into my account just to find it hanging there unavailable for use. Its just simply useless. Please buck up or just refund the money. It has been months since I topup and still I cant use the app.. it prompts for update, I got it updated but still can't use it at all because service is unavailable all the time.

Worst app for delivery executives. Doesn't shows the proper distance( always shows less distance but when you open it on Google maps, there's 2 or 3 kilometres difference in distance).. No proper customer service nd even you get less paid for every delivery.. Personally, I don't recommend this app to any delivery executives

Waste of time Losses for rider because high commission and low rate payment for rider i don't want suggest to friends for this app 25% commission plus extra charges just like parcel sequrity charges etc.location incorrect distance are wrong measure just like one-way area not mentioned app showing right way and get fine by traffic police. Night time some orders are sending unauthorised content maybe narcotics from this app.

Worst app I have ever used. First there is wrong location always. 2nd is too lowest cost for 10 km delivery there is bike maintenance, fuel, timing, Product responsibility, Delivered on time, if you trouble by bike you don't have any option to claim the reason of late delivery.

They don't have good support team. We can't do anything when the order is already taken and the customer says it's already delivered by some other rider.. Too much issues with the app.

If you are borzo delivery partner. There is no way to contact customer care. You have to email them but they never reply on mail. Very bad experience as delivery partner. Worst app i ever used.

Worst delivery partner app. Showing me on app 11km distance but actual distance was 18 km and I received money 117 for 18km distance. I make on video on this issue.

Getting not regular pickup at within location waste of time not good costumer support I will be rating 1 star still and unless my problem is unsolved. Most irresponsible courier service till i ve faced. Not even a costumer support contact number.

Avoid using this app. The delivery partner can use an obvious flaw in the app to steal your item. Happened to me. Delivery partner marked the item picked up and came to pick it up later. So their app had pick up location few km away from actual pick up. Then he later denied that he picked up the item. Unless you have a call recording with the guy, it will be difficult to prove. They do not have something as basic as otp validation.

This very fraud app they only showing order are long pickup and commission is very high highest then other app and not showing near by order pickup also 12 km to 20 km so and then they only give one order of cash then they show only bank account order if you have to pay 2 RS commission they show only bank order so don't work with this company .

Good option for part time and full time job but pickup location is too long distance from your location. Before get order client contact number not displayed once you call and confirm order then start order but client reject this order on call then app withdrawal amount debited from our penalties charges this is bad. Ontime support facility is not available. I have started this job before a week 4 time my penalties deduction every time it's client side issue.

Very third class app don't provide any assistance when needed poor location always found wrong pick up drop up location with false km showing something and actually they are different they made good comission but don't think about their delivery drivers I hope it may close soon and rest in peace

The application should be update, one rider already picked up from customer but at the same time application showing same order to other rider, yesterday I received an order and call customer to confirm but customer says another rider already picked up documents. Then I cancelled the order because no other help was there for this type of issue. Need help line number immediately and help the rider facing issues.

Fraud company does not show pickup in the local zone and if you go outside the zone, it shows pickup in the zone. And pickup shows above 3-4 km. The extra weight and fragile money gets deposited in own account while we work hard. Fraud is also done in referral program. Even after the orders are completed in referral program it shows orders does not complete. Worst app.

One of the worst app. I have booked to deliver some life saving medicines and they asked to pay in advance which I have been paid. Since they didn't picked the items even after waiting for an hour, I have cancelled the order. Even after lapse of 12 days, they didn't refunded the amount. More interestingly, there is no customer care service available to approach them. For registration in the app, you have to upload your pic. Disgusting.
