Worst experience. The courier never arrived nor did they answer the phone. Worst they charge you 40 just for assigning a courier. On their tracking the person never moved. Won't recommend anyone to even try this app.

Third class.. this is the most pathetic app and system I have ever seen .. after placing an order they say they will allott the courier agent within ten mins .. but it does not get allotted .. when you are need of delivering it urgently.. and can't wait more .. you cancel it.. immediately the amount paid by you is reflected as zero in this app.. and there is no way where you can communicate with any CCE of Borzo.. in chat section they have given some stupid articles for reference.. beware!!

Worst experience ever! If you dont have enough delivery partners, why do you even take up the order and want people to pay even before delivery? I paid for the order and it was actually food. I waited half an hour for asigning the delivery partner and no one was assigned. I cancelled the order. I havent recieved my money back and the worst part is that you have a chat support but people should ask only predefined questions. There no place to type what I intended to say.

Totally Disappointed by borzo. Wasted my time to download. Yesterday i booked the porter for near by delivery but the amount is deducted in account and after that the pickup is cancelled. They didn't explain the reason. Also still have not recieved my deduction amount yet..........

This app has rating options per booking but they won't take any actions for the delayed in the delivery nor they are interested to look at the issue. Most of the times delivery person has a different id then mentioned on the delivery person details. Some of them are real idiots.

This is a looting app, charges exorbitantly high and service horrible and poor delivery partners ask to cancel so that they can take the money they travel by train inspite of saying bike and horrible pls see that you have some reasonable delivery partner they want to take your money only there is no way where we can call any seniors or any responsible person.we can only call.the riders who are wanting us to cancel the order and pay them directly

I initially placed an order with them. However, upon arrival, the assigned delivery driver informed me that he had mistakenly accepted the order as his motorbike was not functioning and he would be unable to complete the pickup. At his request, I proceeded to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a refund for this cancelled order. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and expedite the processing of my refund for order.And I also have problem with another order.

Worst experience. When u cancel the courier as no courier was assigned you don't know how to get refund. Their BOT can only answer queries regarding pick up. There is no contact number and the prices are as good as swiggy genie. Think twice before using borzo for local needs.

Fraud app, assigns courier and then he doesn't picks up call and later some other guy come at my door to ask for the pick. Even after cancelling the order under courier fraud category i didn't receive a refund instead additional 40 rupees are charged on my account. On top of that there is no way to escalate the issue as they dont even have a customer support where you can raise a complaint l. Worst app

This is a pathetic application! Bad user interface, no proper updates, the delivery person associated are all fraudsters, no customer care. I spent two times for a delivery and both the times it got cancelled and I got debited. Worse experience ever. Highly do not recommend.

App is good, however service is NOT customer friendly. Delivery boy who got assigned earlier kept calling without reason for address info, and then refuse to pick up. Have to cancel and book again with higher price. second delivery boy ablt to successfully deliver without any problem. I think they have purposely did this to increase price.

Worst Delivery Service. Had ordered a delivery but the parcel was never delivered nor refunded. It's a bunch of robbers operations don't trust them at all. No customer support very pathetic service ever experienced. I lost my product as well as delivery charges as well the product cost. Never trust them no matter whatever emergency they are not trustworthy.

Absurd, Fraud App. I have installed after believing on reviews. I have booked for next day delivery and unfortunately 2 times it got cancelled. Amazing thing is they haven't notified through message, or mail. I have cross checked so realised. Even help desk is scam and not responding. My automatic cancelled order without any notification is #88570 and #90341. Then you say that why people only believe on porter. Though they are expensive but atleast they don't betray.

Worst service, the payment was done but the order was not placed, I had ask someone from the delivery location to pay, still it was not confirmed, and while contacting the customer care they were not able to solve it, and was stating that there delivery partners are busy with other customers. So to reschedule it, but there was no option as order ID was also not assigned, no refund nothing happened. I had to deliver it to the meeting which was very urgent had to book from other app

HIGHLY INSECURE APP I have used this app once on my customers recommendation to send a package to them about a week ago. Now whenever my customer uses this app to book a delivery to any third party I get the notifications and I get 100% control on the delivery. First I thought the customer have booked the order mistakenly, so I cancelled the order from my end. Some time later it happened again. Stop using the app until they fixes this. Also the app has package value based pricing.

First experience itself was disappointing. I created the order for pickup and paid the full amount as required by the app. But delovery guy was delaying the pickup. I waited for a while but then it was enough - I had paid for instant delivery gence I asked rider to cancel if he can't pickup on time. He denied to cancel - I cancelled on app but full amount was not refunded to the payment source. Rely frustating first experience. Don't recommend Borzo to anyone. Uber package is much better!

While the app is convenient, the location option is exceptionally poor. The delivery partners keep on calling both the parties atleast 3-4 times. Often they will ask to cancel the request and do the delivery w/o the app's mediation to prevent commision cuts. High need to improve the location option as well as pay for the delivery partners. Extremely annoying to complete one pickup through this app.

Worst app, pathetic customer service basically you can't talk to anyone just have standard questions that helps no one. When placing an order they say they have a few delivery partners available and despite there being money in the app wallet the took money from my account. After booking the pickup they were searching for a delivery partner for 30 minutes, and the FAQs say it can take up to 2 hours to complete an order! I now remember why I uninstalled this app when I lived in Bombay.

Firstly, it is highly recommend to use cash payment method for this app because if they don't assign a courier and you cancel the order they don't do the refund. On the app it shows that it is initiated but never reflect in account. I'm writing here waiting for the refund of two cancelled orders where I was not assigned the courier. Additional, a courier is assigned very late so if it is urgent to courier something please don't rely on this platform because it is never going to happen.

Great app with a lot of potential, but the bugs just prevent it from improving. PLEASE fix the issue with adding a new card to your payment method. This has been present for months, and it's very disappointing to see that you haven't fixed it yet; especially with how Covid has encouraged digital payments. There's also the issue with the app strangely changing the delivery address you input once the order has been placed, which makes me have to edit the order again to change the address.
