It took me a long while to try out this poker app due to low rating and being completely unknown to me. However, in my time since I started it's quickly become my favorite. I had one evening where geolocate wouldn't work properly and forced me to lose a tournament ticket I'd registered earlier. However sending an email a day or two later got this returned to me quickly and I've not had serious issues since then. The gameplay is the most real and players are less ridiculously clumsy in style.

Poker games freeze constantly usually at the worst times. Both Borgota and bet mgm. Please for the love of God fix this glitch. It's cost me more money than I even want to say! Now there have been 5 different times where I registered for tournaments for $55,35,20, and $10 twice where it never let me in to play and they won't refund the money. I don't recommend playing the very high cost tournaments because if this happens they say you're out of luck. Still no fix for the issue just donating pots

Online poker has been around for about two decades now. All of the obvious poker software issues were adressed in the first two or three years. So why they put the pre decision check button in the same spot where the call button is, is absolutely unacceptable! Busted two tournaments I was deep in because the person next to me shoved just as I pre checked. Smfh..

Geolocation issue The app regularly freezes up and boots me out of whatever game I'm playing and I am unable to get back to my table due to issues with Geolocation. The app is garbage! I deal with it because the games are so soft.

I signed up for Borgata poker because they said I would receive a bonus but I never got my bonus. App is also glitchy and if you get kicked out of a tournament because of bad service it's impossible to get back into the game you were playing. POKER STARS is way better in my opinion.

I have lost at least 150 dollars because the game crashes then says I'm not in a state that allows poker .when I'm kicked off im in a state that allows gambling. Then doesn't allow you back on to the game while the site says the game is still playing. Then any inside help says the game was fine. So there is nothing the site does to help you. And you never get your money back as a credit or in actual money. The poker app is not good

just played $10spins holdem game went all in and my hand was called wrong, I should have won that pot with pair of 10s against another player that had only a lower pair. Not to mention I won the grand prize $500.00 on their fall spin wheel on their casino app and it never credited to my acct & they WON'T HONOR THE $500.00. The convenience of them to just say oops there tech. Issues so according to terms its now void. Very, very slimy place. WARNING TO ALL I WOULD NOT PUT YOUR $ ON HERE .

Horrible...dont waste your time or money...tried playing in a tournamet, what a waste of money....app kept crashing, saying there was a bug, cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache again....still cant play...WHAT A WASTE!!! RUN VERY FAR FROM THIS APP...

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever used. Constantly tells me I'm outside the state, routinely crashes mid hand, occasionally won't allow you to join or re-join tables. Just awful. Lags. Glitchy. You name it.

I'm not typically a complainer, actually, this is the first review I've ever written on any app ever. It Freezes way too much I have lost quite a bit of money that way and don't bother going to support to tell them because they just tell you " We're really sorry to hear you're having trouble with our app, but try clearing your cached data and uninstalling & reinstalling the app and see if that helps!" 🙄

This poker app is the worst app on the playstore i was in a tournament which I was placed in the top 10 and suddenly it disconnected me. Saying can't find my location remind you I updated the app and tried to get back in on another device, which I reached out to customer service support and they told me that is my problem,that they can't do nothing about it that its in the policy if you get disconnected. So you basically lose your money if your on a tournament and get disconnected its horrible

It works and does most things but lacks in some very important aspects. Getting a seat in a cash game is next to impossible. Half the time you can't get the table to even come up on your screen if it's full. If you do there's no waiting list. On desktop you can go table by table. Desktop versions will always outperform mobile but should not be to this extreme. Also no way to get a notification when the tournament you signed up for or won a satellite for is starting.

I’ve been playing poker for 18 years, both online and live , and I’ve never encountered the strange frequency of missed combo draws like I have on this platform. It’s very concerning. On top of that, there are certain players who seem to run like gods every single time, which just doesn’t add up. Now, I’m not accusing the platform of cheating, but after all my experience, something definitely feels off here. I’ve decided to cut my losses and say goodbye to this platform. New players, be aware

So they won't tell you who regulates the games. They won't give there gaming license. Save your money. This game is rigged. They moron tech that answers there reviews is just that a moron. There no fair game play seal. You can sit at a table and tell how going to win it in the first 5 rounds. Mgm run borgata and that should tell you all you need to know. It should tell you something when you ask for the game license number and they won't give it to you. Oh and bylaw they have top

My first day I played 4 tournaments. I lost 4 all ins. 2 of the 4 were two outers. One guy had 2nd pair and a gutshot. What type of algorithm rewards stupidity like that. I am very suspicious of cheating maybe bots could be players themselves but in my 10 years of online poker I've never experienced what just happened on this app. I am very skeptical I will play a couple of more tournaments to see if any thing else weird happens. Maybe its just run bad highly doubtful though.

Update 5/14/2022 Same thing happened again, doing well in a tournament then the app logs me out and when I log back in and click the tournament I am automatically kicked out to the log in screen, this has happened on three separate devices, have no desire to deposit additional money with Borgata. Was working well then crashed mid-hand in a cash game resulting in a loss and a forced withdraw from the table after playing for over 2 hours, very disappointing.

It freezes you out almost every tournament I'm in. By the time I log back in it's too late with the chips I loose. And then you dont know how you lost them. It's a shame because I like this site. It's hard to invest more than a couple bucks in tournaments when this constantly happens. Your at a disadvantage. Once again as soon I move up to good position in a tournament. Bang! Disconnected can't confirm location. Wow I can't get my money out of here fast enough. This app is a complete joke!

Can it really be possible there's no audio cue for my turn to act or low time? There is on desktop, but not the app? same issue again, fix, your, geolocation. Getting kicked off good tables after hours of play without moving, then rejoining two minutes later is frustrating. Connecting is consistently glitchy besides geolocation issues anyway. No wait lists is annoying, no table selection in the app is annoying.

This app cannot handle play. Constantly disconnects even though you follow all requirements and connectivity with Geolocation. HORRIBLE BONUSES. As of 11-26-24 the connection is good, but it seems to favor the winner of lousy hands. The player with the best starting hand always seems to be lost by a player with the worst hand. Frustrating if you're a decent player.
