I'm fed up with this new voice mail application. It's doesn't show me any voice messages like the older one did. I rather I didn't upgrade this one. Please fix the error problem as well. I keep getting it saying error when trying to retrieve my information. Now I have to dial the voice mail in order to get my messages. When before I was Able to view them and delete or keep. Very unsatisfied!!! 😡

It literally just doesn't work... It's hard to review something you can't actually use. I can see missed calls and I'll sometimes get a notification saying I have a voicemail, but they don't show up. A few popped up last week that were a month old, but that was the one and only time this app worked. Even trying to call the voicemail directs me to this broken app. I don't even know where the disconnect is, but this app sucks and we have to use it =\

Get rid of this. Voicemail was fine before. Why does it need to access nearby devices? Why can it turn on notifications after I turn them off? Why can't I stop this from making my phone ding every 5 minutes when there is no voicemail? It's been over a year. I would think Boost would have gotten rid of it by now because I know I would if I could. I've been a customer for more than 15 years and really can't stand the control this app has over my phone. Get rid of it PLEASE

The app suggested an update, so I did it. Visual voicemail worked just fine until I updated it! Now I don't get any of my messages via visual voicemail, I have to actually call to get my voicemails. I don't even get notifications for voicemails the majority of the time. I am so frustrated! I've tried checking all the settings, disabling and then enabling the app......nothing is working. I tried calling customer service and they weren't helpful either, I did what they said and still nothing!

The worst. The banner page pops up randomly and all too frequently (while working in other apps). The "upgrade" has been processing for almost a month (!) without ever completing. The real shame is that whenever I try to call voicemail, I'm taken to the never ending upgrade page where it's still spinning it's wheels. How did this junk ever get past the development stage?

This app is useless. Boost is constantly upgrading and creating negative issues for users when there was nothing wrong with the original app. You have made it so frustrating in every way. Not only voicemail, but just about everything from the way your text messages look, to the screens and everything in between. My theory is, if it isn't broke don't fix it. I am seriously thinking about leaving Boost as well. Wouldn't recommend Boost Mobile to anyone.

Pop ups from hell! This "upgrade" is utterly useless trash! It doesn't even work, so why did they force it on us like this? The other app worked perfectly fine. This one keeps popping up with an error message that interrupts anything else I'm trying to do to tell me it isn't working but I can call to access my voicemail that way. Really? We're going backwards to do voicemail old school like that, but you call this useless trash an "upgrade"? Fix it or give us back the one that worked.

Unfortunately, this app being forced upon subscribers. I used to get push notifications through the old app where I could open and view my list of voice mails shown in order with caller ID. This new app just gives a push notification for me to call the phone number to retrieve my voicemails, and I have to listen to all of them. I don't seem to see the visual part, and I don't see where I can adjust it in the settings of the app. Not very "visual" to me.

I wish I could give it negative stars, this app has not worked on my boost phone or my husband's since like fall of 2022, it doesn't tell me when I have voicemails, doesn't open, takes forever to load, it lags very bad! And I never get notifications from this app at all except when it's an update or turning on visual voicemail but the notification doesn't go away no matter what you do. Like right now it's asking me to update visual voicemail but it says uninstall or enable but doesn't do either!

It has been constantly disabling itself and sending me notifications. To update. Clicking the notifications takes me to the play store and freezes every time. When i enable it, it works fine. Then the app disappears from my apps and reappears disabled and sending notifications all day.. fix it, or I'm block the app and ill find something else to use. This is ridiculous.. yall have complaints going back to 2023 and y'all still haven't fixed it. Smh

Lost all my old voice mails. I was forced to update to this new version supposed to be better & improved. I still can't get them, I have to call voice mail every time. It is very annoying. I do not recommend this app. Seriously thinking of switching to another. Two months later I am still having issues with this app. There were numerous important messages I never got. For instance my doctor's appointment needed to be rescheduled, they called me & left a message which I never got:( Frustrated!

I'd give this app zero stars if I could, this is a frustrating and infuriating way to receive and "organize" voicemails. Rather than having an inbox to view messages, the numbers they came from, or anything useful that comes standard with most other phones, you are forced to call a number that acts as a modern version of the archaic answering machine. If there's supposed to be a separate inbox, it doesn't work. I've missed too many important voicemails to count because of this.

There are people who are having luck with the app. That's all well and good, but most everyone is not lucky. My experience has been similar to all those 1 stars. The app lags, doesn't show voice mails that people text and call me that they left, and voice mails are archiving themselves, eating up my storage. I can't imagine anyone who would require a fancy voice mail with all the bells and whistles, when they could just have a basic, here's your voice mail if you care, instead. Unnecessary app.

This is the worst app ever!! The Boost agents act like it's the first time they have herd of the voice mail synchronization issue. They put you through to multiple level techs that do the exact same trouble shooting steps on every level, with no results. After multiple 2hr long calls, no solution was given. The app will not allow you to remove it. Boost will not allow access to any other visual voicemail apps, I've tried them all and they are blocked. I'm seriously looking into a new company

This used to work great until boost shifted to a new system in Dec. & forced an app update. It doesn't work at all now, not a single voice mail has gone into the visual voicemail app. It deleted voicemails I still wanted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, reset the app, and nothing works. I have wasted huge amounts of time with cust. serve. multiple times & nothing they suggested worked. I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different phone service just over this issue.

Had to give a rating of one because this scale does not allow for negative ratings. This app is not intuitive nor simple to use. If it was both there would an icon, on the screen (not a text that I would have first open the text app and then find a specific text...too much "hunting & pecking"), to tap on and the app would open! Also, once it opened it would be at my inbox ready for me to take an action. Please bring back the previous Boost voicemail. It was intuitive and simple to use!!

Voicemail is DEFECTIVE! First, when a new message is left, it records over the previous message from a different number. Second, often the time-stamp is wrong. Third, often when selecting a message, a different message is selected instead. These problems started after I installed the 11/13/23 version. BoostMobile/Dish have been notified of the above-mentioned problems; yet, nothing has changed!
