After few year use this app now boost charges for convenience fee 0.75 fee for credit card. Totally ridiculous app you had to pay for put money inside.. used every month to put money and i paid the bills now i need to deleted cause not worth anymore. Not worth it

Takde customer support langsung. Email pon tak pernah dapat reply. Worst experience nak activate Beyond card diorang ni - sampai sekarang tak dpt lagi nak activate the card. Imagine if we have issues dgn duit dalam card hilang ke, transaction unsuccesful ke, how kita nak dapat immediate assistance dari Boost? To me, dah level teruk sangat dah customer support Boost ni.

It logged me out every single time. Repeatedly tell me the features of the app, the same old features. I can't do any transactions cuz it kept prompting message saying, sorry there was a problem. Please try again.....

A good app to make bill payments and whichever vendor that accepts it. However, compared with old version the "missions" getting less to non existence and hard earned stars points expiry duration is very short so unless you are a very big spender u will have no chance to redeem any real goodies other than some cash vouchers. Lastly,"The pick and win contest" i've never won before even after so many times, so best spending ur on vouchers and bill discount-- missions suddenly non existent again

The UI design is very bad! I.e 1. I'm not even able to find out the right way to top up money into the E-wallet. 2. When I click on bank, it listed a list of "X", but do not provide a button for me to update my info or etc...Please learn more from touch and go... their UI design is much more user friendly ! There is a "big reload" button make available for their user....

After formatting my phone and try installing this back, this app said my phone is not supported for this app anymore. What is that? Now i cant use this app anymore. Thanks and it's been nice while it lasted. Update: thank you for your response. But you installed on my tablet, not my phone. Appreciated but wrong device.

I downloaded this mainly because of the investment jar, which I can't use it because I'm still stuck on account detail verification. The support website said it will take "1 Working day" to complete the verification, but it's been almost a week and my account is still not verified yet, please if you staffs can't verify an account in a day then don't promise your customer. DO YOUR JOB BETTER. To the people who want to find E-wallet money investment, touch and go GO+ is 100 times way better.

Apps is messy and overcrowded. Not as seamless as before. Too many issues, and confusing. I would suggest to separate balance indicator from boost bank and boost e-wallet. Combining the total balance is confusing whenever i want to use e-wallet features.

Horrible app. The app also crashes a lot, and doesn't allow me to use online banking to top up ewallet. So I transfer my money via duitnow to the ewallet, and now my money couldn't be withdrawn back to my bank account. Tried to put some money to try out their saving interests, but ended up holding my money in the ewallet, forcing me to use my money through the app. This is basically a scam.

It's been over a month that my bank account opening problem via wallet app is unresolved. I wrote to wallet CS team, and been passed to bank CS team. After waiting 2 weeks and sending a follow-up, I'm now being redirected back to wallet CS team. So much for being digital these days. Aspirational but still delusional in reality. I'll stick to credit cards.

I've not used this app for awhile so it signed me out. So to sign-in again I just input 'forgot password' so I can reset, after which it sends OTP, 'supposedly' la. Many many attempts to get the OTP, it never sent that SMS to me. Another thing I also remember reading up on was that Bank Negara mentioned that OTP is not allowed to be used anymore for authentication, but I wonder why Boost maintains this method. Can't you just eKYC or sthg to lemme in? 🫥

Always failed to startup. Always failed to connect.. what is the purpose to install an apps which always can't make payment on time.. never able to log in whenever try.. never improve for so long even so many update.. what the purpose of update and wasted the space by not doing anything..

When there is a copy connectivity issue, it will auto log me out. When I tried to enter my password, I get error. After that I use forgot password. Received the TAC and it asked for 1st 6 digits of my card. I confirmed it is the correct number but it asked me to contact the technical people. Now the problem with boost is that the support is very slow. It takes days before I can get reply. Other e wallet doesn't do that, it is fast.

Won't let you delete your account. The heart just keeps twirling, you get a text and nothing happens. App is broken. Terrible. Edit to add: I did reach out to support as suggested, I keep getting a response saying Your request has been updated, but with an empty response.

please make a user friendly system. only myCard, mytentea and passport are allowed to use this e-wallet. as a MyPR user (permanent resident). This e-walled cannot be used at all. It's a pity even though I have filled money in this e-walled. One more thing( permanent resident) cannot applying passport Malaysian. so I don't have a passport.

I have no idea what's happen after my device software upgrade. I'm not able to update and install apps. First, I had experienced unable update Boost app. Hence I uninstall it. Worst that I'm fail to install after I uninstall this apps. Luckily I manage to transfer apps from my old devices. Nevertheless, I'm still unable to update apps.

The recent updates are unstable. Keep logging me out. Really inconvenient. After a few rounds of updates, this issue still persists. What are the IT team doing there? It logged me out when I was trying to make payment. Tell me if this is convenient!!!!! I see no reasons wasting my time writing email to you. Just fire the IT team and improve the application. Else get ready to lose more users.

I paid my September SESB bill via Boost, but SESB never received the payment, and it still shows as "tunggakan." Boost's customer service is impossible to reach—only automated AI responses. Months later, the issue is still unresolved, and I’ve had to pay the bill twice. I’m switching to other e-wallets with better support. Boost is unreliable and lacks proper customer service. Very disappointed and will no longer use it.

The only e wallet that blocks you when you historically installed it on 5 devices. Once you change your 6th device, be prepared to transfer all the money and close your account, because you have been barred. What a stpd policy. The customer service was too slow and irresponsible to assist on this issue. Update: lol you asked me to email support, did it few times, only generic answers asking for my personal info without further follow up. Uninstalled this sht.

The support is quite disappointing as they tend to leave you hanging for days on end, even if the issue is with the app itself and affects time limited promos. Promos aren't very good and it's hard to get any cashback unless you plan on using this to pay bills. It also does tend to lag quite badly and sometimes the app becomes inaccessible because it 'needs to be updated' even tho that the update isn't an option in the play store. 2 stars because it does the minimum of what an ewallet does.
