Your subscription starts when your trial ends. After your free trial ends, your account will be charged the monthly subscription rate until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24-hours before the end of your free trial or current billing period. There’s no refund or credit for partial monthly or yearly subscription periods.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

I dont like that every episode is not available for some shows. I wish the airdates or years were listed. Dont like how things are grouped and separated, looney tunes especially. Sucks how every characrer is separate. You should be able to decided how things are listed by genre, series or year. You should be able to make your own playlists to rectify this. Sad to see the garfield intro remastered, it looks awful. The app is good, but could use these improvements.

Video plays perfectly for a few seconds, then shrinks to a super narrow format. I have to exit the video, then re-select. It only fixes the problem temporarily, then its right back to a squashed window view. I'll gladly change my rating if this bug is fixed, because everything else is spot on! Its just this bug makes it unwatchable.

This app doesn't work on some older devices and Boomerang troubleshooters do not seem to be interested in making it work for older devices either. I use a Google Nexus 6 (big screen + two front facing speakers) for the kids to be able to watch cartoons when we are out and about, so that they don't tie up my phone. Boomerang doesn't work on it any more. I wish they would make more of an effort to make it work across all devices.

I used to LOVE this app and even pre-ordered it before it was released, but this last update in November is TRASH! If you file a complaint, they just ask you for your phone and app version info. And that's it. No fixing of yhe problem. Just delete and re-download the app. Thousands of people are having the SAME issue with the new version. They need to reimburse people and put the old version back up until they can fix the issues and relaunch.

Doesn't work, and customer support is useless. Screen goes black as soon as content starts to play and can only hear the audio (i.e. no video). After contacting customer support, they suggested useless solutions like ensuring wifi is connected. I'm now paying for a year subscription for content I can't view. Does not work with GoogleTV. Do not use.

if I could give them negative stars, I would! Do NOT subscribe to this unless you want it forever!!! you can't get a hold of anyone and they don't refund EVER FOR ANYTHING, and it's apparently impossible or near impossible to cancel!! You purchase a subscription and can still only watch SOME of the content!!?? Ridiculous, if you pay for something you should have access to all the content!

I'm two days away from my subscription expiring so i decided to download the app to my phone as a last ditch attempt to convince myself to not let go of my childhood TV memories. I log in and start by clicking the first "Saturday Mornings" playlist and for the first 20 seconds everything is feeling good. Then the app's notorious design/programming strikes. EVERY old school cartoon has terrible aspect ratio problems and the image shrinks after several attempts to close the app and restart things.

Boomerang cartoons playback with distorted aspect ratio on my Sony android tv. When watching a video, the aspect ratio is correct at first, then after a few minutes it shrinks horizontally (squishes the image horizontally), making the image too skinny. It's not an issue with the TV, because this ONLY happens with the Boomerang app. It also usually only happens with scooby doo programs. I tried reinstalling the app, same result. Contacted Boomerang multiple times for support, never a response.

Before it was okay but afterwards the experience became unenjoyable. First of all, The UI is painful to use and there is no search option which makes it difficult to find stuff you're looking for. Secondly, When I was trying to watch old school stuff like Looney tunes, it changes the aspect ratio to an inaccurate size. And Thirdly, It crashes whenever I'm watching anything. So overall My experience with using this app has just been a total train wreck. Please fix this app.

This app used to be great. I loved being able to watch all the cartoons I grew up on. Now that I have a daughter, I wanted her to watch them too. Unfortunately, something happened, and now there's no visual when trying to watch something. Just a black screen with audio. I've contacted support, but nothing was done, and I'm running the most current Android update. Will gladly change my rating if things are fixed.

This app used to be great! Lately for some reason, it's horrible!! It is ridiculous. This app works on my cell phone and the wifi one my daughter uses. However, on both of our tablets, it doesn't work. Either the image is screwed up or the sounds play and no picture. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. I have restarted both tablets and still doesn't work. Boomerang get your act together please and get your app to work on the tablets!

theres a bunch of different ways to find what you're looking for but not everything shows up depending on how you search. and when you're streaming there is no next episode button. could have better streaming controls. and a skip intro button. it also doesn't consistently save your place on the last episode you watched. hopefully more variety is coming. doesnt have all episodes of shows. less than half of each of the scooby doo series.

New problem I watch this on my TV not casting just straight from the app on the tv and it plays in like portrait mode doesn't even fill the whole screen which is really stupid and annoying. I love the variety my only problem is when I finish movies it never goes away and stays in the "keep watching" row. Also when watching on TV it only shows in the middle instead of filling the wholescreen which is just annoying. Hopefully these things get fixed so I can bump up the review to 5 stars

It works on my phone, my laptop, and tablet, but WILL NOT WORK ON MY CHROMECAST! It looks like it is working, to begin with, but the instant you select a Movie, or Television show, everything goes black, and you then only hear the audio without video at all. Disney, Netflix, HBO, and Paramount all work without issue, but this application does not show video. I contacted support, and they could not fix it, and admitted it was on their side. Anyone else had this happen? PLEASE FIX IT!

Updated review: still no search or sorting improvements. Cannot save a series to a favorites list. App does not have a general Looney Tunes category that is specific to the original shows (early stuff from around 1933 to about 1964). Instead you get narrow categories ("Looney Tunes with Porky Pig for instance). Really just needs a modern search and sorting feature so you don't have to deal with autoplay pulling up modern, poorly made incarnations of classic shows.

The app is ok, at the time I was using it, I only wish they had a slightly wider selection. The issue I had was attempting to cancel my membership. You can continue or reaquire your memebership through the app no problem, but if you want to cancel you have to jump through hoops. It directs you to a site (w/o link) which then sends you to check your channel subscriptions on your amazon account. When I went to that page, there was no channel listed to manage. I'm waiting to see if I get charged.

A decent enough app. It does its job quite well. My main problem is that whenever I'm watching a show/movie that is meant to be seen in a 16:9 aspect ratio, it will change to a squashed 4:3 aspect ratio when I exit and return to the app. Only way to fix this is by restarting the app. Other than that and not being able to change the size of CC, it's a pretty nice service.

Would be nice if the control options weren't basic/nonexistent. No skip intro, no pop up menu to start from the beginning or to easily see more episodes for a show, no ability to create a playlist, no ability to create a watch list, etc. It's all just basic in comparison to better apps. And I hate that I physically have to hold down the back button to rewind something. Is this the 90s or almost 2022? Otherwise, I like the app, because, nostalgia!! Just update your app into the new millennium.

I want to watch all these old, good cartoons but the app stutters. It's like trying to get somewhere but your car is running out of gas. It's distracting and I can't enjoy the shows. I would gladly pay for an annual subscription if it weren't for directing, stuttering playback. If developers write back to visit their help page, no. Just fix it. I come to watch this app when I want to relax. I don't want to get irritated by helping developer troubleshoot a problem that I have never experienced with another video service.

A treasure grove of cartoons but the app is frustrating. No auto play and every time you do a search and scroll through the results it sends you all the way back to the search bar page making you have to go through everything twice. Happens every time and is really annoying. Also, no way to make play lists except for premade ones that nobody wants to watch, so not a good electronic babysitter. Would give it five stars if it could fix the bugs, get an autoplay or playlist creation feature.
