Cheaters!!!!!!!. Their agents don't carry any ID . Their customer portal is pathetic as well. All agents tell different things and cancel order last minute. They are just earning money by only refundable booking money which is actually non refundable which is written with small asterick. Better to go for Thomas Cook

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. They can't resolve technical issues on their own app. Don't use them it's an hassle to get things resolved. Regret buying card from them.

The worst experience is their internal systems. First while taking are orders, they don't take care to mention right details and the customers get harassed. Secondly for every specific request they will ask you to do a separate process which is dependent on the main process. They deduct amount whenever they want from forex card.

Pathetic Service, Card was not delivered on time and I had to go to their place to collect my card as my amount is struck with them. I even raised this concern with their support team but it's of no use. Worst service will not recommend it to anyone. I will also not use their service again after this.

As usual lousy service, I did LRS through ebix cash, for that also , I had to call these people atleast 20 times to make them work , same with this !!! YES Bank , just can't work !!! It's a hopeless Bank !!! It has been more than a week , I remitted money to this useless organisation, shared them whatever details they required, but still the card is not activated. Strongly recommend to not buy forex card/ currency from them. Extremely poor experience

Very unsupportive customers care. Don't go by what the BookMyForex website/app claims it to be. While it says the Forex delivery is completed the same day/next day, in reality it's doesn't. The transactions are though third party vendor who are unreachable by phone number provided (they don't pick up calls). So, in short, it is not trustable. Don't buy Forex/currency through this site if you have other options. Better buy at airport.

Worst experience ever. CARD NOT ACTIVE EVEN AFTER 48 HR OF DELIVERY. They do deliver in the same day but thats useless as they take forever to activate it. I got my card on Monday by 4 pm and it is not active yet. They only allow payment through netbanking and i tried with both my nationalized bank and it didn't work, once I used my dad's private bank it worked. Only a declaration was supposed to be required which I had to call twice to get and was promised it would be active yesterday.

The worst place to order forex. I have paid for 450 USD and got only 400 USD, they mentioned that they don't have denomination of 50 USD and agreed to provide refund to me. But I haven't received it after multiple follow-ups. I checked with banking partner and raised dispute. BookMyForex is saying refund done on their end, bank is saying it is not recieved to them. Where that money goes? The explanation given from Merchant to Bank on this is more frustrating as they says I'm trying to fool them.

Its only get uploaded when you upload currency in india... in uae i placed couple of orders and it was in processing. My funds were debited but currency was not uploaded in forex card. You cant upload currency when other country..so pls avoid using it. I wont recommend it to anyone.. i am updating my review from 5 star to 1 star. No point of using its equalent to cash as you cant upload forex when required. It will remain in processing only during vacations

Bookmyforex has sorted my foreign money issue. Also, I would like the person visited my place was really helpful and guided me through the whole process. All in all good trained personnel (kuldeep). I would definitely recommend this app to everyone.

This is one of the time wasting app is what I came to know in last few days. No one is responding properly. Even after rising multiple call back requests no one is responding . After conveying the issue again they are asking what is the issue. So bad experience.

Bought the card It's good they delivered it same day but then had the wrong phone no. for delivery, then Needed the FEMA forms further clarifications, then found issues with my other required documents. The card is still not active Ticket is raised but no refund or anything working I just keep mailing every working day why it's not active etc. The app and serves also crashes often. I bought cause of word of mouth publicity but having the worst service ever.

I have purchased 1000CAD from you in the 1st week of June24 . I have come down to Canada on June 12th. Your app had been working alright since last week. From 18th August onwards your app doesn't work. I don't know why. Please check Thanks. 21/8/24 you have sent me your app link at Google play. That also doesn't open. Please fix the problem.

Works well untill it doesn't. My app lost the ability to add more money to my forex card mid-trip and I had to rely on limited cash and my other credit card. When it works, the card is great once it has currency loaded. But loading currency mid-trip is slow and frustrating.

Smooth experience but scope of improvement. the card was delivered a little late but support was excellent with any issues that I faced. for many of the common things though, you need to reach out to support as you cannot do that yourself. also the mobile app login experience is not smooth. the site and mobile app doesn't use the same password for some reason and I had to do email login to get around it.

I have say with great reget that initially the service was good, but at my last transaction my experience is worst. 5 times I have called for my swift copy, but inspite of promising, and after almost 3 weeks I did not get the document. The complete charges are not disclosed initially. Later they charge any amount. Horrible experience.👎👎👎

Their rates are good. But this app is too broken and pathetic. Their communication and contact systems are poor. Reliable only but not quick in their communcations. Payments to them was very cumbersome with multiple inputs needed. Took a lot of time. Now that, having known abt them, I will want to go directly in person and finish off the process instead of emailing these book my forex people. Mostly their phone number does not work, email only for communication

The app is trash. They call themselves India's first and largest foreign exchange marketplace, still they cannot build a seamless application. More than 50% of the time, app doesn't load, server is down and is stuck on opening screen. I loaded money 12hours ago, & I can't access the app to check if the order was processed. I was traveling abroad and forgot my transaction pin. The app didn't load and I couldn't change my pin and use my card. This is very stupid and the team should fix this asap.

Th app will not allow me to link my forex card to my account and reload it. After multiple requests over a week they had deleted my old card association, but along with that they wiped off and deleted all my previous records and transactions. Phone representatives are totally useless other than saying drop an email about issue. Not even capable of understanding issue fully. Email responses try something and say issue is resolved. Horrible service!!!

Do not take this Forex card. Useless. Have been trying to add money for last 3 days and it just keeps saying experiencing issues with SBI and Axis banks. If there are issues that you are aware of why is no one working on fixing those. Why does the customer have to pay for it. Recommendation: Go for regular credit cards and enable international transactions on those. Much more reliable and extremely better customer service compared to book my forex
