I am extremely disturbed by the service offered as the refund for cancellation appears to be somewhat not right. Though I had not cancelled any ticket, I have been sent a refund of Rs 156/- when I paid Rs 1207/- and the cancellation has happened (?) more than a month before the travel date. Another cancellation which I had to do hasn't been given the refund even after 2 days.

I used first time this app and a worst experience of life. I request to cancellation which is responded after 36 hours as train already cross the destination. No money refunded Also raised a complaint tickets back to back but again no response and customer care number also put u on hold upto hours and no response. It's just like a fraud with me, so never use this app. Please go through official site of railway Zero Star for Railyatri.

Poorest of user interface.. Tried to go back to home page but it only keeps swithing between 2 pages. IRCTC page also worst.. Took 2 hours to resolve booking issue and to reset password.. Lots of improvements are needed to allow users book ticket quickly without wasting much time!!!

Not a user friendly app. First of all it's a 3rd party app umlike IRCTC website. My tickets booked on website doesn't show up on the app and it doesn't allow me to cancel it either. There is no mention of customer service number either on the app or website and when i searched the google and called the number it was not attended. Very frustrating.

The worst app for booking tickets. I booked the ticket with free cancellation policy, after booking they initiated the cancellation amount back and ticket got cancelled. And my amount is not fully refunded. This is the second time this is happening. The worst app you could possibly imagine. Very disappointing experience.

Nice booking experience and service. However, when I tried to check my pnr status, it didn't work. This review may not be helpful for bus travellors since I still didn't try the features related to bus travel in the app but I guess that will be awesome too. You can use some amazing features from the app such as ordering food or snacks. Nearby hospital service is also available for any medical emergency.

The most horrible booking app I have ever came across in my lifetime, I would advise anyone who's trying to install this app to prefer any other application, more than thrice it has happened with me that they take the booking amount and then prompt the message that the booking has failed, and then the cherry on top being that the refund takes more than a month to reflect in your account. And don't even try to call the customer care it takes more than 2 hours to connect to the representative.

Payment done but ticket not issued (13.6.24) After cancellation refund not received till date but the app is showing that your a/c is credited at 3.10 am. What a joke!

Very bad app not reliable app. This app provide informatiin based on information provided by traveler if travler network not work then this app show wrong information and we cant rely on this app for train status

Very very worst and danger app. I here by i would tell everyone one thing this app is not safe for your personal data. I lost my personal data through this app. my data were found in darkweb. I have evidence also. Lot of data breaches in this app. Please be safe with this app

I am coming back again after 3 years to comment and still this app holds the same level of uselessness what it use to be 3 years earlier. the train status they are providing are all wrong and delayed .

Utter waste app , they didnt provide any customer support after the payment of 1697 they shows password incorrect ..i think the app is invented in 1990 so much lag not even to complete any things...after all my money is not refunded till now and not tracking is possible.....so everybody please be cautioned while using this app..

Scam app Never order any food from here Worst experience didn't even get the food and money was deducted Raised a ticket to resolve it But it was closed without even contacting me saying that it has been resolved I don't know by what medium they are trying to connect with me Did not receive any call from them neither received any mail regarding the same

App used to be giving good CNF probability and that was very reliable before but nowadays even the tickets with 96 percent chance (as per your algorithm) is getting waitlisted and I lost credibility & reliability in your app. Please improve your your app. Want the app which was once giving near accurate predictions for train tickets.

The train tracking and finding is OK but sometimes is useless as it doesn't give any information about trains locations. The other big problem is it mutes the audio when u open this app

I have booked my ticket well in advance with this app. When I booked the ticket it showed that my ticket was confirmed. On the day of journey it downgraded my ticket to waitlisting and my ticket got cancelled automatically and no refund was given. Don't use this app it is a type of online scam ⬇️⬇️⬇️❌❌❌

Worst app. Ordered Food didn't received anything at all. After the train left from the station food was to be delivered then they confirmed the order, then after one hour it showed delivered. Still trying to get my refund. 0 customer support. Not recommended to download

booked a ticket for travel.Interface is very slow.Somehow ticket got booked. I wanted to cancel the ticket later that day,but the application fails to load my bookings and I am unable to cancel my journey even after hitting the cancel booking option.At last I am loosing my money. terrible app and moreover the customer care fails to connect.. unworthy and cannot be trusted

I have been using this app for many years and the best feature I found was it's widget on home screen which shows updated PNR status and the number of days to the trip. However today i tried to save a PNR number and the same is not being saved not being shown home screen widget. Kindly look into this issue.

One of the worst app for checking train running status. Always provide inaccurate and wrong information . If unable to support the feature, better to remove instead of providing wrong information. I don't think that feature is not working for me only ,have checked this app in another mobile too and same issue.
