Great until this latest version where you've 'withdrawn support' for my phone, so it now won't work *at all*. "This app won't work for your device" Google Play now says. Seen it working still on two other Android 9 phone types, but not this one, Redmi Note 5. Please fix this asap. No other app providers have done this. All others still work fine (ASOS, Temu, etc), just yours. Customer service response to 'just use the website' is not acceptable. I want to use this app like I can with all others.

Sorry to say, it's easy to book a order but too difficult either to change address or to cancel it and book again.Neither merchant or delivery service has customer care personnel just bot.

Very nice app. BUT, it's got a horrible refresh rate and the memories dementia. This thing is loading more than anything. MY CART KEEPS GETTING ERASED QUIT IT WITH THE NAYCHE!

Quality control must be killing the targets/quota I've actually come to notice some allocation stickers (the white paper with a barcode)... on labels reapplied. Speaking just from personal experience in a DC *another well known supplier.* just this small adjustment drastically effects a customers order! 90% of issues with customers receiving incorrect sizes will be traced back to this. That label must have been checked and corrected. Little things you don't recognise. They're always improving.

The app is very slow when you delete something out of your like list it reboots and goes back to the top. It's just too slow To even reload the page no I don't have Wi-Fi issues I have no problem with other apps it's just The functioning of the boohoo app. If they get that sorted I'll spend more time on the app

App has been glitching for a while now I can't even scroll without it freezing and closing down... this is so irritating and disappointing because it's one of my favorite sites... Pleeeeeeaase fix this 😩🤦🏾♀️

New scam: "50% off everything!" - small print: prices may not reflect previous prices. Meaning 50% off might actually be more than the previous non sale price. BoohooMAN: discount code for app users only. Me: downloads app, adds stuff to cart, enters discount code BoohooMAN: cannot apply discount code Brilliant scam to get more people to download the app and increase their numbers on the app store. Don't do it.

On the one hand, their selection and prices are good, but their sizes are straight up wacky (34 waist is considered an extra small what??? They don't include length just "regular, long and short" which is painful if you actually care about how things fit you) and they simply do not have many sizes available. I looked at fourteen different pairs of pants and none of them had any sizes above a 30 waist available. If you're skinny and you don't really care about how your fit fits you, here you go.

Big security issue.Someone gained access to my account and have ordered clothes using my credit card, which I have used to place an order before.It is really bad that someone logged into my account without any notification about it, plus it seems that credit card security code wasn't required, as there is no way someone would know those details, as that card is almost never used. I RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT SAVE ANY SENSITIVE DATA NOR BANK CARDS AT THEIR WEBSITE.They haven't even cancelled the orders

As a retailer, they're pretty good and reliable. However the app is terrible. Sorting search results doesn't work properly, navigation often loses where you're up to, forcing you to start again, and the gift code box at payment doesn't allow enough characters to enter the full code, meaning you can't redeem anything. If these get fixed I will update my review.

I love the store so when I found out it had an app I downloaded it immediately. However when I finish my login information Nice submitted it It kept giving me error messages saying that I was typing in the wrong password of the wrong email. I've changed my password numerous times just to try to login and every time it fails. This app is on my last nerves I highly DO NOT recommend it at this point just stay on the website.

continuously get error messages when trying to pay for something, when I know for sure there's nothing wrong with my card, I even tried multiple cards just to be sure. still won't let me check out amd it keeps deleting my cart. there's no way to contact customer service about it. this was a waste of a download. I've never had any concerns about any apps until now.

Really frustrating user experience on the app... cart keeps getting emptied at checkout and you're basically forced to start all over again. Happened to me 3 times! I noticed this happens when trying to buy items that are almost sold out (I.e. only 1 or 2 left in stock). I would have called it quits and not bought anything but I really wanted a specific shirt so I re-did the process 4 times before I could finally get a successful purchase. Total pain! Please fix this, devs. Thanks!

While the clothing and purchasing are good, I've been using this app for a while now. Its interface is complete garbage. I have high speed 5G, and when I'm using this app, some items don't have pictures until you click it, and after removing something off the wishlist, the screen transition is way too slow. The apps transitions are way too slow.

I am so unhappy with this app. The first time I ordered something from the app. It was telling me the items were in stock then I got an email telling me they messed up, and the items are not in stock. Ok cool, they give me a refund. I ordered again different items I liked. Now these items are in stock, I have been waiting for the delivery and tracking the package, All the way out for delivery only to get a text telling me insufficient address and my package is being returned to sender. Horrible!
