I've never found an app so stressful. wouldn't allow me to pay at checkout so I had to change to click and collect which is frustrating. worked non problem through website.

Never used to have a problem with the app but its gone awful. Constantly doesn't load or when it eventually does you get logged out randomly. You can't leave the app on in the background for a second because as soon as you click back on it, it goes back to the loading screen. Paid for premium for a year but can't be dealing with the app constantly not working to get any use out of it

App keeps constantly crashing and resetting after just a few minutes. Been happening the last few weeks. Tried uninstallling and reinstalled but still the same issue.

This app needs to take a leaf out of Shein's book and learn a thing or two. It's absolutely terrible. Say you're scrolling through pages of results then you randomly get logged out or there's an error and you have to start right from the beginning. It's absolutely abysmal. Also, why can't we just see the sizes actually available instead of having to add the item to our basket first? Better off looking on my laptop. Please improve the app!

There some areas that really bug me. 1. The clothing "descriptions" are the same across all items in a category eg jackets. So you can't find out much specific details about an item. 2. I think I remember there used to be a feature of promoting 'other items in this photo', which was great for getting the Whole outfit look, knowing things would match. That feature is not here, would love to see it! 3. Sometimes you just can't open the app. It just shows the Boohoo logo.

Boohoo now has a US version of this app, and I'm highly disappointed. The US app does not get the same discounts and sales like the UK version. The US version has limited sizing , and the UK version is more inclusive. The US version has an unappealing "plus size " selection that the UK version does not. Tried to order a dress that was available in my size (18) on the UK version for 17.60, and I couldn't do it cause the US app was now available. The biggest size was a 14 and the price 34.00.

Trying to make a return is a joke! Nothing is working right and they need to get rid of the Help button and contact us options because unfortunately they're useless. Eventually chanced messaging their Instagram page and got a lovely girl Jesie who sorted the issue for me

I used to love this app, but now it just freezes up the second I start scrolling through. I can't even renew my Premier subscription as it keeps chucking me out. And yes I have uninstalled the app and installed it again and again with no change.

I love Boohoo as a shop, buy the app is always so buggy and keeps freezing and crashing all the time!!! Please fix your bugs once and for all, it's horrible to use and it's been like this for the longest time, no updates so far fixed this issue...

I am absolutely disgusted with Boohoo. I am a premier member and have never had an issue, I've just returned a package with 2 items in it only to be refunded for 1 item. They are saying they didn't receive the 2nd item so they won't refund. They absolutely did receive it! I thought maybe a mistake on their part, but after looking into it they are doing this to A LOT of customers. Will never shop there again. BUYERS BEWARE! SCAMMING THIEVES

Recently my app keeps crashing.. I'm forced to close the app and wait and clear my cache frequently. I would have given a 5 star rating as I've been a boohoo customer for years, as I enjoy shopping and buying from this retailer I've even bought the boohoo premium multiple times over the past years. But this crashing business has to be sorted out it its becoming a real pain.

This online store has gotten worse over time. I do not like how they've gone paperless - the returns process is much more inconvenient. They sell awful products and have the audacity to make you pay £2.99 to return the product - just put the return label in like you used to! I'm not using this shop again, it's awful.

I love boohoo, their curve section has expanded alot over the years and their stuff fits really well. However sometimes the app can be a pain, I'm waiting for them to fix my account coz I paid for Premier but it's still trying to charge me delivery. Looks like a few others have this problem too...Customer service is awful, I started a chat with the automated bot and was put through to someone, my whole conversation from start to finish was just under an hour! Very slow at replying..

these items look awesome and I received them and they are so good I cannot wait to wear them. The material is perfect and the one dress hass the perfect inside liner ever. It's not straight down so it goes over your culo and no tugging and trying to suck in to get it on. I totally recommend this site if you wear plus size and you can't beat the prices❤️

Disappointed!!! The app is so slow and buggy. I was trying to order a dress that i really liked, and it wasn't allowing me to use paypal nor my card. It was saying it had a problem, please try again later. I am so annoyed that I had to put back my stuff in the wishlist. If i have to go back later to try get the dress, my size will already be sold out. Please fix the app, you're losing sales.

The clothes are amazing! I've been buying from this store for years. But every app update just gets worse and worse. They really need to fix some of these simple issues. Now when I want to scroll through clothing and I click on an item to look at it more closely, and then click the back button it brings me all the way back to the beginning of all the clothes I just scrolled through, and then it has to reload everything I just passed. This is a lot worse than it use to be. Please fix it.

This company is a scam. I ordered $100+ worth of clothing. I used their size chart & had reasonable expectations for the price. They MUST edit their images, bc I returned almost everything. Horrible quality, sizing all over the place. Fabrics = TERRIBLE. As if it couldn't get worse, I returned $105 worth of items & got an email telling me I'd recieve a $12 refund. For ONE item. Mind you, I followed return directions and everything had tags still. I emailed 3 times and no resolution.

Disappointed in this app. I have tried 3 times to pay for items and it glitches so bad and then kicks my items out of my shopping cart. So this is the third time I have had to go back through to add the items back. Something that should take me a few minutes has taken hours. I really want the items and am very discouraged from even trying anymore.

I normally make purchases through the website because the app always state that my wish list is empty when it isn't, and I can't see prices on my wish list items unless I click on the photo, I don't like how there is no listing of your items if it's no longer available. I feel shipping and handling is grossly overpriced and I prefer 50% sale items because it's more cost effective than the " up to 80%" off items.

This app has always been kind of glitchy, but I've used it anyway & have made who knows how many purchases via Boohoo for years. Lately, it's gotten so bad that I can barely use it. I've started to just shop on other boutiques where I don't have issues because I don't want to deal w/ this annoying app. I can't view my wishlist, I can't add anything to my wishlist. It constantly says, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." it's beyond frustrating. Edit: Finally deleted it after 8 months
