Ever since I was referred by a friend to use this app, it's been nothing to write home about. I couldn't update my personal info. Also, after I updated the app, I couldn't log in again for over 2 days now. I think the idea behind the app is great, but the developers are not doing a great job.

The app is visually cool but functionally HORRIBLE. It's often not fonctional and takes a ton of waiting and restarting to work and it's really frustrating, so until it gets fixed I can't give the app more than one star.

I have installed this app 3 times. The problem started when I updated my app amd all mined tokens disappeared but my profile picture was seen. I wrote to support and was asked to uninstall and install again with my correct details. I did that but couldn't login again. Kindly resolve

This app and project developers are doing fraudulent. App isn't opening and still not any updates by the responsible person. Referral code system is missing by them. They cheat with referral code. They hide this option and not showing clearly.

I am unable to log in to my account after updating this app,. it will show logging in and then stops. This has gone on now for over a week and no solutions in sight and worst still no single response on these issues from you people. If you have not downloaded the app, please dont. Its a waste of time

Honestly I've gotten angry, I logged Into the app the day before yesterday to find 0! BONDEX... HOW?!!, I waited for 2 days but still the same issue, where are my bondex?!!!... Then I decided to delete and re login but guess what, it kept saying logging in, then it'll stop.... I did it 25 time" I counted" and it showed the same thing......just when I was about to join your 1st season airdrop this happens I'm really pissed u have no Idea how long I've waited and worked, just for this to happen...

Iam just mining since long... No idea when i would be able to draw.... I can review five stars upon withdrawal.... This app never works. Too hard to maintain daily streaks. I am trying since two days and i don't know whether mining session started or not...

I have not been able to log in ever since I updated my app. The older version i had, all of a sudden stopped working. It became stuck so i logged out but could no longer relog in. So i updated the app since last week and i have not been able to log in since then. Neither the google log in nor the email log in option has been able to log me in. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I also restarted my phone, yet the issue still persists.

I am using this since its beginnings at start this was awesome, but now it is like wasting time. Doesn't start, takes time mining Doesn't starts, we have to press again and again its still loading. This needs a lot of upgradation.

Don't know if you have noticed but some days my coins just disappear for no reason. And the mining button only works once in a blue moon. I've done everything, always update but same thing. Slowly losing hope in the project because since this year started this problems have been there and no solution yet.

What the hell is happening with the app every day I try to start mining the balance shows zero, after many tries and many hours by tapping on the restart button it starts working. And now I'm trying to restart mining it doesn't work, it's been 3 hrs passed and it didn't work. my balance is showing zero.

I've been using this app consistently to maintain my streak for higher rewards, but it's frustrating how often the app doesn't work properly. It breaks the streaks even though I'm logging in daily, and it's disappointing to lose rewards through no fault of my own. The app needs improvements to ensure users don't suffer because of these technical issues. Please fix this so users can enjoy the app without worrying about losing progress unfairly.

If you born poor it’s not your mistake, but you die poor it’s your mistake. Very good app when applied correctly there are some issues with customer service but eventually they get the job done overall a great experience!!!! if you're looking to find something to do there's always content for everybody and it is actually amazing the people that you connect with it's not like any other app out there. hands down this is the best app to meet and chat with people and the streamers.
