I went to this app per in game to collect my reward on my existing BonBon account and it couldn't locate the account, so I had to create a new one, yet I was able to find and add my old account!

why this app do not have web interface for users to access from PC since there is no app version available for PC like I using Windows and I cannot find anything. hope I can have access from pc when near future updates release

I joined it for LOP but the messages feature is VERY, very bugged. I need to close and reopen the app every reply or else the app freezes. Please look into this.

I'm unable to download this app in my phone...every time showed it will start downloading soon...but didn't happened... every time demands for password verification and phone version verification...after doing all damn things for multiple times... nothing happened...this app is suck...very disappointed..

PRO: Great way to share your interest; Can make lots of friends. CON: Unorganised; Tremendous lag; Redirection bug; DM is a mess as it's spammed with gifting history; Lack of supervision as I see lots are posting explicit posts; There's no "Long Post" for other circles except official pages; The words limits to little; Difficult to find certain post; Can't post horizontal with vertical images as the app would make them all horizontal, making it hard to see the image properly; Lack of updates.

The moderation isn't great. Too many unsolicited pictures of genitals arrive in one's inbox on a regular basis. There are also some annoying bugs.

It's pretty useless, only useful when comments on lop fb page got flagged as spam. Haven't login for awhile and when try login today, I forgot the password. Resetting the password is tedious, tried multiple times until finally a success but it wasn't the same account, no older posts and I've to rebind and rejoining the lop group.

Not gonna change unless the devs fixed it. I can't log-in. It always says 'error' even though I change my net from data to wifi. I'm trying to log-in starting yesterday but still, I can't. Please fix it.

This app is horrible. I tried to delete my account and so the system ask me to bind phone number, I used my own and my mom's phone number to bind it but there's a text that kept saying the mobile phone number has exceed the daily text limit. I asked the customer service and they said they don't have that option like what the hell!

The application is very good. I like that it has so many options (such as topics or sending gifts) and the idea of ​​daily tasks is great, but I can't give it more than 4 stars for two reasons: I tried and failed to create my circle (I tried to give it a name and the app closed) and it runs a bit slow. If anyone can help me with the problem of creating a circle, I'm sure I can give this app 5 stars, I mean ... it's amazing

I can't log-in at all using my Modo account. I attempted to log in, after pressing "Log in" the screen would turn black, crash, and return me back to the starting point. Tried using Facebook, but it literally did nothing. Uninstalled the app hoping it'll fix on its own, but obviously it did nothing. Still the same as the first I logged in.

The interface is very confusing, I'm not sure how to navigate. I joined for one game, so I'm trying to follow one circle and it's owner, but there's no way to see the latest post. Even when using filter, the order is still jumbled. A post will say "posted one hour ago" but when I open it it's from several months ago. I don't know what the rewards and coins, etc. are even used for. There's no clear instructions to understand the app dynamics. Update: I'm not reporting a problem, this is a rating.

This app is horrible! I only got this because of the game I play, but it's unorganized. And now, I can't even log in because my log in credentuals expired!? It prompts me to log in through phone credentials, but then it says it doesnt support the option. So now I can't even get back into my account.

Worst app! Download wouldn't go thru, app always crashes, and couldn't finish the registration. It took me 4 gadgets and forever just to download this thing for a game. Then they want players to participate in their weekly topic but they always count participation times less than the actual so they'd give you less than what you should get.

This app is a DISASTER. I only downloaded it because the game that I play requires you to in order to get extras, if you bind your account. But so far, it's been super buggy and nothing works. For example, if I try to contact the customer service chat on my Android device, the keyboard completely covers the text field so you have no idea what you're writing. It's like no one did any QA. I can't believe that Google would allow this in their store, it's a mess.
