Support was absolutely unacceptable. Specified to call when the couriers gets here. He comes, doesn't find the apartment (even though it's noted in the app), leaves the food back literally on THE STREET, i see that the order is delivered, come our after 3 minutes and there's no food anywhere. Contacted support and they basically told me "you were unavailable" even though i didn't receive any call or email, just app notifs which were turned off👌🏻didn't even try to contact the courier, sick

You pay a FULL tax on delivery and if someone else orders something else from around (with another full delivery tax paid), both orders are assigned to ONE courier. So, in total, we have ONE courier, TWO orders, TWO FULL delivery taxes and OF COURSE slow delivery on both orders. If it wasn't clear enough, if I pay a full delivery tax, I might get my order cold because in the meantime, the courier has to pick up and deliver another order to someone else :))

The support on this app is awful, the worst i've ever seen. It's their job but they act like you ask to give your life for them, i asked 4 times to cancel my order, and they didn't (asked while the order wasn't accepted and no courrier assigned, as fast as possible as i could, and the A.I support bot said that they will cancel my order, 4 requests later my order still went on..

I ordered at night and asked for it to be left at my door. I got the delivery notification and checked in 20 seconds - nothing. The courier hung up when I called. Support refused a refund, saying it was delivered, and closed my ticket. Contacted again, they showed a picture of the order at my door. The courier entered, put the order under my door, took a picture, left, and marked it as delivered. Nobody could have taken it away at 3 am in 20 seconds. I had other issues with couriers and support.

Terrible. The support is none. The restaurant had the delivery ready and the courier was frozen in the map. Delivery arrived one hour after ir was cooked, and with 30ºC all the vegetables had bad smell and it tasted bad, rotten food. All they did was give me a promo code for a free delivery on the next order. And what about this order? I had to pay for the rotten food. Never again.

The app doesn't work anymore. It shows a message that says it doesn't deliver to my location, although I've been using it for years in the same location. Tried with different location in the center of the city, still the same issue. EDIT: I was able to solve it by deleting my account and creating a new one.

the map stored in their systems is laughable at best and their customer support is terrible. I have tried multiple times to get them to add my address in the system so that couriers don't scold me anymore for the address being wrong. I used polite language and offered all the information they needed, yet they do not answer questions and just reply with a scripted message and mark the issue as solved. such a shame because their prices are more decent than the competition where I live

Horrible customer support. I feel bad for the delivery guys that have to put up with this sh... . The only person you can talk to is the AI it took 2 hours for the food to arrive from a place that it's 20 minutes from me. They made me delete the app and never order online again I rather enjoy a long walk than this. There is no option to get my money back but I have one TO REVOKE THE TIP FROM THE DELIVERY GUY. Embarassing, you should just close

Nearly all restaurants have 4.6 star rating or higher, impossible to tell good from bad. No option to hide restaurants you had a bad experience from nor any way to browse recent reviews. Also choice of restaurants is lame compared to other places although that's probably more my location than the apps fault.

They started sending couriers after multiple orders, and now every given estimate should actually be doubled to get the real estimate. Support is obviously primarily a chatbot. After getting to an operator, I've been told the same response that the estimates do not reflect reality and "unforseen events" may happen. Sending a courier after multiple orders was very much forseen. Uninstalled and never using this again.

Terrible client service. They're always busy. Whenever I wanted to contact them, I get transferred to someone from outside the country that says "sorry, we can't help". I started to use the app only to compare prices, which are well above other apps. Just use Tazz instead.

I had a disappointing experience with Bold Food, showing they don’t care about feedback or customer complaints. When my order had issues, they simply refunded my money through the app, as if that would fix the problem. This shows a lack of interest in resolving customer concerns or ensuring a positive experience. Their "refund and forget" strategy is unacceptable and disrespectful. Bold Food's terrible customer service and indifference make it clear they don’t value their clients. Avoid them.

Terrible, I can have great difficulty entering my delivery address. The app won't allow me to do so. Even the choose from the map option is useless. And I'm looking to give it a try, it rating number 15 amongst food and beverage apps. So, it's sad finding out this way why y'all are at that position as big as you are as an established corporation.

Please add the option to tip the courier after the delivery. It's more natural to tip after the service has already been done. Frankly, it's weird that the app still doesn't have this option, it's such a common feature. Also, no option to change the rating of an order. Why are these basic functionalities missing?

The fact that there is no option to see a list all restaurants without markets and shops is a mind-blowingly idiotic design choice which limits the usability of this app only to cases where you know exactly what you want to order in advance. Also no default address setting so you have to go to the menu and choose the location every time.

Every time I give them another chance (after waiting a year or so inbetween), I get fooled by a couple of normal running deliveries. And then there is a delivery that is hugely delayed, the food ruined, and, to make the experience even worse, the customer service, as always, notoriously unhelpful and rude. The app has many bugs often that stop it from working properly. It is an exercise in frustration, awful experience. I will uninstall this app again and I would also advise others to avoid it.

Even though the distance fees and time calculations are often inconsistent (I suggest manually looking up the location of the place you're ordering from, as I've accidentally made couriers cross excessive distances by not double checking), I've had way less overall problems with them than other delivery apps by far. They don't hide behind cryptic menus to prevent you from finding customer support, promotions aren't scammy, there's no weird tactics, variety is great.

Giving it a 3 star because I've had ny fair share of good experiences with the app but I've had times where the drivers come to the location but then they don't deliver, even when the instructions state that the driver should meet me at the reception. It's irritating because you lose money and time; and when you try to call the courier, they won't be reachable, even the bolt agents fail to contact them because the phone will be off.

Terrible experience. I was not able to place the order during 3 days! Without reason have been asked for account verification and after verification still was not able to place the order. Contacting support is waste of time. Generally they replay after several hours. Absolutely useless. I better will use Wolt or Glovo. P.S. I want to mention that Bolt Taxy works perfectly.

There's no support! They mention it everywhere in the "help" section and it's nowhere to be found. Like what is the actual heck with you? I get delivered botched food and I complain about it in the review and they specifically ask to go to support section, but it's not there! There are a lot of good things to be said about the app, with shiny interface and all, but get the basic functionality first, and add the bells and whistles later. This is how it's done in any proper development environment
