Can you not be giving me new ride while I'm on a ride? And it's no just that,the new order comes and covers the map which I navigate with,I can't be operating my phone trying to clear orders or to go and turn off the new request thing while im driving. I know the option to stop new request is there at least find a way to not let it cover the navigation map that is in use or remove it entirely. The point is I can't be going through my phone to look at new orders while I'm driving,it's distracting

I had a few hickups at the beginning on the display of the app .. until l used the app in conjunction with the Google maps . I could not follow the directions, i.e., on the precision of 'turns' . I had to figure it on how to efficiently and effectively use it after sn hour on the side of the road . Guess , I will be fine . Thanks.

The app is good and always accurate in terms of location. But sometimes, passengers choose the closest location to avoid being charge higher, and as a Rider, you can't change it anymore. The fare, is not fair enough to the Riders. I am encouraging on balancing between Rider's plight and Passenger's plight.

The navigation is a total dissapoinrment causing a lot of misunderstanding between the driver and the rider. While the rider may see 5 minutes on the app (based on the app's navigation, by the time the driver turned on Google map, it's showing almost 20mins! This has led to bitter experience and frustrations between the two. I think the developers should find a way to synchronise the navigation to Google map or better still, just adopt Google map!

Great app. It would be better if Acceptance rate is not affected by request outside your reduis. Rider should have an option to indicate if there is parking at pickup point or not. It is impossible to waite 3 minutes on high traffic area's and narrow roads # score is affected unnecessarily.

I love this app but needs to be careful because if a better app comes Bolt will be in trouble. Please try to fix the following. 1. Your navigation system needs to talk because we can't be looking the phone constantly while driving that a high risk especially in a area you ain't familiar. 2. Petrol prices are going up now and then please try to keep up with the market. 3. Most drivers hates long distances because they don't pay well. It's just a waste of fuel and kilometers.

Ur app is 100% good bt not safe for drivers. U need to add a feature whereby every client will fill in their identity numbers if they create a profile. No one can rob or get robbed if ID Nos are all there. Otherwise ur app is good with everything except safety. Thank you for creating it. Big up.All the developments u do are positive to us as community. Thank you Bolt bt please fix this issue of safety. Ur major competitor is Uber. Uber has safety features more than you guys.

D app is great , but it can be greater if bolt can scrap or remove d driver score policy. Nigeria has lots of unsave spot for driving expecially in lagos, driver know where is save for them and where is not save for them . driver who decline d most got blocked by bolt which is very wrong . As a result most drivers I know left bolt to other various platforms because of this so call drivers score issue . Other driving platforms do not av driver score policy yet they are excellent and friendly.

The app works great and Bolt is making constant improvements. The new widget function needs work before it will be useful. It should not for instance appear over the bolt app itself. It would also be great to be able to have the choice of new requests during or after current ride as an option under settings rather than a choice that can only be made during a trip.

Have to adjust from 4 to 3 star. Problem is with driver score. Let drivers who deserve points keep them and those who don't, lose them. After a driver has done everything humanly possible to complete a rider he still gets deducted points if the passenger cancels. The Stop New Request button comes on automatically so I have to keep an eye on it all day long otherwise points are lost when impatient riders cancel

I would have scored the app 100% but I can't . Why because with a rider in your car, you will still be given a request that you can't accept, and that makes your grade low. Different requests when you've not dropped the rider in your car. Please adjust on that.

The app is great and easy to use. The problem it sometimes freezes and it looks like you took a trip without the rider and it blocks the driver and you can't do anything. Ke nonsoso

Bad and limited application experience for customers and drivers, drivers are greatly underpaid. When i was underpaid, i was told that i could use my own pricing, but when i tried that feature i did not receive any jobs for hours if not ever, which makes that feature useless and its there just for Bolt to show alternative feature that doesnt work lol Probably the worst company to work for !!! Stay away!!!

Bolt app is good but to make it perfect please build your own SatNav Map same like Uber, we are struggling to manage the rides due to Google map integration issues with bolt app. Please make it refine. Also auto arrival notification to rider, and on one click and the ride. Many clicks and swipes divert attention on driving

Why is it when a rider cancels a trip, the scores drop regardless of whichever option the rider selected. The driver score will drop either by 1 or 2 instantly, but for the driver score to rise by 1, you will complete about 5 trips. It's very frustrating.

I love bolt as a company because it has helped me solve some financial issues. But the app mostly undercharged the riders. The bolt map needs to be updated as it misleads me most times. This affects both the timing. And if u're in a traffic, it doesn't stop but keeps reading on it's own. Sometimes bolt app will say, u that u have one meet to arrive but u still have like 52 minutes to arrive. The response team seems to be too slow because some of my messages are yet to be attended to. Thank you.

1. With the current fuel price, the pricing template is way off key and commission charged by Bolt is astronomical compared to other ride hailing apps. 2. The drivers start shouldn't be negatively affected after declining a poorly priced trip. 3. After driving to pickup location, the driver is never compensated, why? Happened to me several times and resulted in me rarely using bolt and switching to other ride hailing apps that keep updated with present realities. 4. Unimpressed with Bolt

Worst taxi app ever. Was good but now, it's annoying. Needs to be made more driver friendly. It's very distracting. You have to use a third party app like Waze or Google maps to navigate which can be time consuming in busy periods. Always asks you to confirm pricing method before going online, why can't it just keep my settings. Please fix these issues.

This app has been a mess throughout 2024. Always crashing and complaining about network while other apps use the same network. Whenever "Something went wrong" comes up, you're doomed. You can close and reopen the app, clear recent apps from memory, clear cache data from the app, and update the app the app all you like but won't work. Sometimes I'll have to login from another device before it works. After a while the other device took while start thr same thing all over again. It's a mess!

One may have a device that is not very strong to accommodate several open apps, so when one opts for Google maps, the phone freezes, and if there's any unaccepted request during the freeze, bolt rates you down. Sometimes for no reason, the rider cancels the trip when you have covered several kilometres to where they are, but there is never compensation for that. But the map mostly misleads. Uber map is the best.
