One of the worst amongst banking apps. I tried several times to register but it shows view only rights are allowed. I have both an active debit card and an active account. I also informed the branch about this issue. No solution yet.

The previous application was restricted to few options but atleast it was working. They made uninstall the previous app and install this new application. The sim verification failed, I tried 100 times in real it didn't worked. I don't know whom to reach, it just an app why so many faults. My other banking app working fine with same sim but this is not. Why just why!!!!! Someone fix this, it's a due request 😭

Unable to transfer funds. It keeps saying transaction failed even though all details entered are correct. Quite frustrating. Edit: As suggested by the developers below, I sent them an email. It's been more than 10 days but there is no response. Reducing one more star.

Worst experience with this app unable to login it's showing blocked ac when I can in customer care they share me email id on that I email 4 times but still didn't receive any reply. I visited in home branch they said we cannot do anything for this there is no solution. If there is option of negative rating I will do that 1 rating also didn't deserve this app. I should update this app.

Very poor service of this app. 1. This app can open with only mobile network not with wifi while the other banking app can be open by both. 2. Long buffering time. This app is really very slow. 3. It is really very complicated for use while the older app was much simpler. 4. I even could not open NPS A/c with this app although I tried many times. It requires PRAN no but I did not receive it either by email or by text message.

Absolutely frustrating. The previous app was working good and this neo app is ridiculous. It does not open inspite of clearing cache and uninstalling and reinstalling. The support team will ask to write an email explaining the depth of the problem which looks more of an automated or copied message. There is no depth of this issue. It's very clear that the app is not opening so get ur mobile app support team to resolve this problem. I surely look forward to discontinue using BOI account.

I cannot recommend the Bank of India app in its current state. Until significant improvements are made to address the performance issues and user interface shortcomings, customers may be better off exploring alternative banking options. I am extremely disappointed with the Bank of India mobile app as it has consistently failed to work properly. Despite multiple attempts, the app refuses to open, rendering it completely useless.

This app is extremely frustrating. It doesn't allow me to send money to any UPI or beneficiary easily. After creating a beneficiary, it takes an unnecessarily long time to come out of the cooling period. Additionally, it fails to recognize any new UPI ID that I regularly use for transactions. I used to rely on the UPI app for transferring money, and I'm disappointed that it has been discontinued.

a couple months back I had unistall the app, and since then I've reinstalled it several time, but it always gets stuck after I enter the debit card details and shows "technical error- unable to reach the server". I can't even generate the M-PIN and have to restart the app and it still gets stuck at the same stage. Please fix this, it's really frustrating.

What is this non sense app .it always shows technical error saying cannot reach to system server. Didnot expect a national bank to have such app. And no action is being taken to rectify the app also by the bank. I am seeing this issue for more than a week now. Very dissappointing to see in today's market in which banking app is a mandatory requirement .

This app is not very intuitive. UPI maintenance is under profile along with Rewards. UPI Transfer menu has a Bank Transfer link inside. Scan & Pay is another menu. Number of clicks (or touches) required are high as compared to other banking apps.

A very very bad app. Trying to register my debit card and all it says is it's having technical issues... Put the sim in two seperate phones but the same issue happens... Why is it so difficult to make a good working app and this issues has been around for a very long time and it's not being fixed from boi. How long will the customers suffer. Please don't ask to send info on ur email like you have asked other customers. Just fix the dam thing so we the people can get on with our daily work..

Worst experience ever faced on any mobile banking app.previous app was user friendly for transactions but UI was not that much good. Coming to this app UI is good but not user friendly for transactions I was blocked on this app due to autofill in my mobile since 2 months and I got a message to reach out to bank about this problem but got no solution yet. neither app nor bank officials were able to solve my problem..please team look into it

Horrible performance, too many bugs, always have technical problems, not at all user friendly, mpin screen keep going away with unnecessary alerts on main screen before entering mpin, after entering everytime asks for otp, very inconvenient for old people who are not mobile savvy to use this app at all. BOI sucks

Worst app. Suddenly started not opening. Showing technical error "we were unable to reach our systems in time to proceed. Kindly reattempt this activity or contact our customer car if the issue persists. We apologise for the inconvenience." Not opening at all. Older app version is better. Learn something better from reputed private banks. You are way lagging behind in technology and customer service. And you will never try to improve.

It's a worst app. Every time I opened the app,it asks for four digit pin and when I use the same it says wrong pin. I have changed the pin three times and still not able to open the app. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the same, I have not been able to connect with my account. It's really pathetic. I visited the branch and the concerned person installed the app successfully. But, alas, I cannot access my account details. What a joke BOI is playing on its customers. 😰

If I could give negative stars I would have. Extremely bad interface and even worse Dashboard. it is very difficult to navigate and find things in this new app. The older app was far much better with easier accessibility than this poor excuse for neo app. Even its AI and customer service is stuck with pre-recorded messages and doesn't respond if I have properly for a query. With better methods for digitalisation and AI, BoI has actually regressed their app. Go back to previous App

It is a worst and nonsense app. My transaction is failed but my amount is debited from my bank account. When it will refund my amount to my bank account. Sometimes this app did not show some history because they looted from us. It is a low budget app that's working like a scam. Don't use it if you don't want to lose money. They asked me to share my customer ID and registered mobiled number. I send them everything to their link send by them but my problem is not solved by them. What is this????

Only if google had a -ve rating boi will top it: 1. They are the only bank which takes 24 hours to add a beneficiary for NEFT payment. All other major banks take 2-3 hours 2. Earlier, there used to be NG token.Thankfully it has died it's natural death 3. Probably the only likeable online product was the earlier app. the new one is attrociosly bad. Useless UI, difficult to navigate, the most frustrating set-up, 3 days cooling off. Does BOI want it's user to use the app or make it difficult?

App doesnt work properly when required. App is too slow gets stuck all the time, very poor performance and the functionality is not proper. We are unable to add beneficiary and adjust the limit. Third party transfer cant be done due to the techinical issues with the app. Unable to do the bill payments as well.The old app was way better than the new app.
