Trying to use this for work, on my Pixel 6a. Latest OS version, and this app won't even launch citing "developer options is turned on". Terrible, don't know why any business would partner with this garbage. Mobile first, this is the way the world works now.

This app is an embarassment, wildly outclassed by every similar app from B of A's rivals (e.g., Chase, Amex, Capital One). You can't make payments or see posted transactions. Why even offer an app if it can't complete these utterly basic functions that customers have expected for many years? The user interface is unintuituve/unattractive, zero effort was made. More like a barely-passable student project than work-product of a global bank. Makes me question the whole bank, its just that bad. Wow.

Unable to update unable to use. The app tells me to update from Google store, Google store has only the option to deinstall or open. Pressing open it takes me back to the app telling me to update. And I have to make that update, in order to do anything. Pointless

Probably the worst banking app I have used. It errors frequently, is really slow and poorly laid out. The authorisation tokens don't seem to last long so you frequently need to keep putting you details in. If I didn't have to use this for work, I would get rid of the card in a heartbeat.

I would give it a zero star if there was a choice. I'm forced to use the app due to company issued CC being BoA. The app is so slow and it takes a long time to navigate through any menu. In this day in age, other banking apps have gone so much further, better and faster. Time for BoA to get serious about their app.

Works but not great. I can get into my account and see my balances. Nothing special but functional. When trying to exit, however, it confirms the sign out, but you cannot close the app without forcing it to close. Poorly done.

Works very slow and has constant problems. Also lots of bugs, like right now it says there is a mandatory update that must be installed before use, except there isn't any update, so the app at the moment is utterly useless...

Absolutely terrible. Forced to use this app due to my company card. Extremely slow to do anything, takes 30 seconds just to open. Actively gets in the way when trying to authorise payments and refusing to do so until I have installed a mandatory update that may take 2 days to appear in the app store. Worse than useless.

Refuses to run on a phone with developer options enabled. No other app I have ever used requires this (including multiple banking apps/those that need security). I need dev options on, so this app completely fails to operate.

The negative reviews are justified, this app is really frustrating. It keeps on showing a 'loading' page with thr BoA logo for every slight action, even just scrolling down. This app is barely usable and just frustrating. It only needs to show me the transactions, now it's just show the total and I cannot see the breakdown anymore but a declined transaction is still visible. Just a pain to use.

The BofA Global app is not opening for Android users, as others on this forum are sharing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no resolution. Please investigate.

App crashes when I try to open it. If I do not get an app crash message, it just goes into the background and trying to select it causes the app crash dialog.

First, I'm forced to disable developer options to install/use the app. This's the first time I've seen that - 3 other banking apps and others are completely fine with it. Then to configure biometric authentication, the entire T&C's fit in one screen. So the "scroll down to accept" mechanism can't be triggered and I must use credentials. To make that worse: the login form is configured in such a way that LastPass doesn't recognize it. Due to SCV mandatory on all tx, this is a major hassle to use.

I would not recommend using this app. It's absolutely worthless, first it does not work unless you have developer options mode disabled. Even when you do finally log in to the app, no matter what button you hit you get a message saying "Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later" EVERY TIME. Our company is looking into other alternatives, about time !!

Utterly dysfunctional. Signing in took 10 attempts trying to use a saved password. It would just say unavailable try again later. Then you must read T&C and you must scroll down to accept. If your resolution is set high enough that all the terms fit on the screen, it will not let you select accept. I had to change my screen size so that I had to scroll to see them all before it activated the button. Then, it just closes, presumably crashing. Bravo.

We're required to use this to get reimbursed for business expenses but both the app and website lack basic abilities to see payments you've scheduled in the future or automate payments. This can lead to missed payments or double payments. It also can't be run with developer mode enabled. Only app on my phone that goes out of its way to check this. Unfortunately I need to have this enabled to configure the correct Bluetooth option. Focus on your own apps security, not the device.

Went from a Pixel 6 Pro to a One +12 and as others have said it crashes as soon I attempt to launch it. Reinstalling did nothing to remmedy the issue. An updated version on 7/31/24 was just downloaded to my phone, but the crashing issue still exists. I'm hopeful that this will be resolved still, but not holding my breath.
