sometimes glitchy, however, boatsetter is incredibly responsive and helpful. I would recommend it.

App is not letting me upload pictures. Pictures meet required guidelines however when selected, nothing happens. I can't post without being able to include pictures.

I been using Boatsetter for many years . truly amazing experience . The platform is easy to used and they have an outstanding customer service team. I would high recommend Boatsetter to both boat owners and renters !

I am getting started on the app and I have questions about insurance requirements and in regards to the captain for hire part of the booking option. No place on the app actually explains this, I don't see even a frequently asked questions section. When I go to "support" it's the only link that doesn't work when you try to click on it. How to I actually speak to someone to ask some questions before I list my boat. Also I've tried to request a manager email be added about 10 times. Doesn't work.

Good but the app freezes a lot while typing messages. It doesn't crash really but it won't let me type fast the button presses get delayed and glitch taking minutes to type 10 words. Sometimes resetting the app helps sometimes not.

Stuff is really unclear while doing business with these guys. People that rent your stuff will find a way to rip you off and make it seem like you did something wrong I wouldn't rent a boat or let people that use this app to rent a boat to. I got a ticket for not having rental history and documents showing I gave them instructions that boat setter should have provided prior to renting and they never took any action to fix the solution. Just ignored the whole thing. Many more complications too

Do not use boatsetter as an owner. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Renter booked my boat back in early July for a 8/12 rental. So more than 30 days. He also booked a captain. So for a little more than a month ,on one of the busiest days, my boat was reserved. Well with less than 24 hours , the captain backed out, leaving both myself and the customer high and dry. Boatsetter refuses to compensate me for the lost revenue. They do not adhere to their policies. They also have refused to help

Lacks features that the mobile website has like the ability to edit times when approving bookings and also sending special offers. Check-in only is Available 1 hour before the scheduled time. If the renter arrives early you can't check in. Same with checkout. The alerts are super annoying because boatsetter sends text and email alerts too.

A good step forward but certainly not much help for an owner managing bookings! The app lacks an interface to manage existing bookings. The only way to see existing bookings is through the messages. The Trips button should be renamed Bookings and should have the tools to manage both inquires and approved bookings. It should be easy to see the dates and times of upcoming approved bookings right on the initial page. The current version of the app requires one to go through the messages, find the approved booking then click trip details. This is awkward and tedious at best.
