App quality is so good. But one thing I didn't like a out this app I can't find STRIDE VOICE watch,this is 5 time for downloading the app. When I try to type STRIDE VOICE it shows 'NO DATA FOUND'. I followed all the instructions properly.I heard that boat wearables is good app but it disappointed me☹️☹️.

I love the app and it's features (while some things require some snooping around to find, it's nothing major). But the one thing it lacks is the customisability of watch faces. I'd love to be able to truly custom build my watchface. Like choose whether I want Analog or Digital dial face, maybe a few widgets like dynamic rings for various statuses etc. Also choose different text colours for different info texts. That's my only gripe about this app. Also maybe, ability to edit current watchfaces.

Does boAt support customers by providing components or just want to sell their products. I bought a bluetooth earbuds, during travel I lost the charging case, now the earbuds are useless as they can't be charged without the case and boAt doens't sell it seperately. Lost the case, lost my trust on the brand. boAt could help me and retained me as a user but they wanted me to buy a new earbuds set. Bad business action. Hope they change this practice.

I should be my choice on when to run this app on my phone and be able to stop it running in the background when I don't need it, but it doesn't allow me to. If the developers or boAt can give me their reason(s), let me have it.

Normally when i long press on the watchface menu opens but,I had recently updated my boat wave lite's firmware and this feature stopped working. And also when I click the settings icon on the top it gives me a long list of options. Iam like: "where did the settings go?". And also my spo2 measuring feature is broken like it doesn't show anything. But by putting the problems aside this app does have a lot of features.

Not satisfied with user interface and not options for much watchfaces. You can put some creative and stylished watchfaces. Hope you will do it more better.

This app auto starts every single time I open my phone. And the auto start option is not even opening from permission list. Which will eventually attack my battery life.

I have a boat lunar connect watch. I tried connecting it with the app but the app can't find the watch! It keeps saying no device found! I tried alot but didnt yet connect

Everything is good , I bought lunar watch tigon , I only problem I faced was inaccurate weather display, I did all the necessary settings, but still weather is displayed incorrectly, so please make another section for weather in boat wearables

I ordered Boat Rockerz 255 pro plus active black from Flipkart and after 2-3 months I face Button problem and I claimed my warranty and register for replacment. I got the replacment and in that replacment I got the total damaged(and also phycally) product with no tag attached on that(I can't even re-register now without tag). I tried to reach out through wp no, mail(with proof) and call but everywhere I am receving reply from bots. There is nothing human response I am getting.My ₹999 got waste.

Worst experience.. Asking for set up all the time i do it.. As soon as i close the and open it will ask to set up again... 🙄🙄🙄Such a horrible experience... Fed up of opening app. Again and setting up again n again.

In the recent version there is a problem in the interface. The screen remains same after click on OTP. OPT has arrived but the Interface does'n change . Please Update this version

Very poorly designed app and watch The app stoped syncing any of my activity data. Tried reset multiple times and it didn't work. Has never shown weather data for my location, got this replaced in warranty but still the same issues. Doesn't have BP monitor like even my less expensive zebronics has.

Hi sir, minutes hand and hours hands are in same size and length in some of watch faces of pre-installed in the wrist watch and in boat application. How to differentiate both hands ,if they are in same length? Give new updates and new watch faces in the application. Many times I gave the above said information via email. No response from you. Thank you.

On pressing women healthcare the app crashes. Can't feed date of periods. Also pls add widget to see battery left in custom watchface, or more preset w/ dat function. There's only 1 preset watchface which has dat function. Otherwise watch drains in midday n I'm stuck w/ black screen. D symbol in settings doesn't give enuf info. Hv to see app evrytym fr btrey %. Can't w/draw permissions of contacts, telephone n camera to app, when I don't want to use dat function in watch. Much imprvmnt rqrd.

I have been trying to login for the last 20 mins by using mobile number to sign in but it's not moving ahead to the next page despite receiving OTP. Tried uninstalling and installing the app for 4 times and tried on a different mobile as well but nothing helps. Bro fix your app bug then focus on product innovation. All your products are useless if a customer is just simply unable to sign up on the app.

My Storm Black got discharged and now its showing wrong date and time. I am trying to connect to the device to correct the time and date but this app doesn't have option to connect to the Storm (not showing name in the list). I tried connecting through option of Storm call but several hours got wasted. Now my watch is a show piece only. Not showing correct time and date then whats the use of the watch. Please help me out on this.

Lose the connectivity to the watch every time I move out of range and move back in range. When the above issue occurs, I will need to uninstall and reinstall the app to perform the watch setup from scratch as the app doesn't allow me to pair the device manually with the pre-installed app. This has been a painstaking process to own a Boat voice .

Does not meet any expectations and have bugs. The sleep data is destroyed if you sleep twice in a day. Have an afternoon nap and it will say you slept around midnight. Quite confusing. The cloud watch faces are very basic. The customize watch face allows you to create a digital one only. I expected to take an existing analog face and may be able to change the background or color etc, but those are not available. Not at all something interesting.

I'm using the Wave Call watch and app version 3.1.9. I like the watch in particular and the interface is smooth. Once the watch is connected to my phone, it works decently. But when the bluetooth connection with my phone is lost, I need to uninstall and reinstall the app and set it up from scratch to connect the watch again. It doesn't automatically connect once the phone is in range. This is annoying. Hope this can be fixed 🤞🏻
