I'm facing a problem to connect to the device. It gets disconnected every time. Even when it's connected after some time it gets disconnected. I can see that some are facing the same problem. Could you look into this. And add more watch faces. If possible could we get an option to add our own background picture in customise option.

Using the app for two days, with boat xtend watch. Currently no issues found. Alexa pairing is superb and happens automatically (authentication from amazon app). Also no issues on customizable watch faces. Nice feature. Accurate readings of sp02 and heart monitoring(cross checked with oxymeter). One thing to note that there you can store 6 watch faces at a time in memory, out 4 are pre-installed, in two are disgusting. So only two favourites allowed at a time. Boat Team...pls improve this.

Everytime when you need it. The watch shows connect it to the app. If we wanted to use phone everytime why are we buying this watch. It should be get connected once and then stay connected we don't have time to connect it every day. Moreover when the app gets connected to the watch and syncs the data app crashes and not open. Very bad experience with boat.

It's frustrating when my account logs out automatically, and I can't log back in despite repeated attempts. Even after I manage to log in, I encounter issues reconnecting my watch, with a message saying "binding failed, please try again!414". Despite numerous attempts, I can't seem to resolve this problem, and my watch just keeps showing "connecting" without displaying the time. It's become quite useless. On top of that, the app consumes a lot of battery, even when running in the background .

1. I can't personalise my watch face as per my convinence, there is fix place and colour for the digits, I wish if that becomes customisable it would be so perfect. I wish I could change the poaition and colour in the personalise face options. 2. Would be great if songs (name) could be seen and selecting the one from the playlist and playing is enabled! Here only forwarding/changing is possible, I wish I could select the song to be played directly from the watch rather than using my phone.

Problem to connect the smartwatch. Every time it gets disconnected after a while. And if u do not get notification, then found that it is disconnected from the device. Do not know why it is happening in Xtend. You should sort out the issue. Because smartwatch is only smart when your watch properly connected to the phone. It should not be disconnected automatically. Pls resolve this.

Earlier the app was working fine but now its functionalities are not performing as expected at all. Everytime I try to change the interface, track the details or just open the application to go through the features, it automatically shuts itself down and I need to start it all over again right from reconnecting. The connection gets interrupted on its own and it happens after every 10-15 seconds. This is highly disappointing as these products demand for a good amount of money to be purchased!

Writing this while my memory is still fresh. I had temporarily lost my watch, as I do with every other important thing. I searched for it everywhere my naked eye could see but couldn't find it. Despaired, I turned to this app, tried to locate it via the signal I could catch. Well enough, I roamed about and followed the signal to where it was the strongest - and finally! FINALLY found that I had it packed "safely" in my suitcase. So, if you ever lose your watch , you can find it via this app. 👍✨

Worst app. I checked this App for more than 6 months. The battery is draining like crazy. This single program drains the battery by 42% each day and takes all rights, including contacts, images, messages, music, storage, GPS, calls, and all notifications. It doesn't leave anything on your phone. This app will you complete control over your phone. If you do not provide any permissions, you will be unable to use the app and cannot force it to close.

There are no watch faces in the watch face market and it's really frustrating. And the app just keeps running in the background draining the battery. Do something about face market please. Edit: it's still not working properly. I wouldn't even give it one star. Can't delete customised watch face. And face market doesn't show anything. Takes 2 to 3 attempts to connect to phone. Horrible.

The app continues to drain my battery too much. Almost burning around 10-16% through the night. I have a phone with high battery life, but it just drains so much battery of my phone that I find it inconvenient often times. When I want to force stop the app ,it just doesn't work. Even when I'm not using the app, the watch keeps showing up my data. Even when I travel a small distance or just standing at a place, it keeps on measuring my steps.

I'm facing so many issues with the app, firstly all the data from the watch doesn't get transferred to the app even though my app and watch are most of the time connected. Also the data from previous days is just vanished, because of which I'm unable to keep a track of my exercise timings. Also, doesn't show the name in incoming calls 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻. Lots of such issues are being faced, please resolve them. Thanks!

If it's cheap (Boat Xtent) doesn't mean that's good. The app has got some serious issues like failing to connect (this is happening after recent updates) UX is also not good, map accuracy is poor in short product provides misleading information - the watch shows I've completed 10000 steps, when compared with Google fit it about less than 1000 steps (when I'm in door). Serious testing is needed before launch. This boat has lost its sail.

I feel this is very poorly optimised app. 1. The apps performance is very inconsistent, at times I am able to get the call notification on watch and at times there is none. At times I am able to see the caller name and at times I am not. 2. If I stand at a place and just move my hands it counts the steps. 3. The app keeps running in the background, I had changed my phone battery twice feeling there was an issue with my phone battery. It uset to drain from 100% to almost 20% throughout the nigh

This app is literally the worst. I feel sorry for everyone who first bought a boat smartwatch and then had to deal with this horribly obnoxious app. It should not even be considered an app. It never opens correctly, hardly opens I must say. Doesn't sync all the data. Doesn't connect to the watch by itself or even properly. It absolutely does nothing. It would be a rare occasion if the app opens without giving a headache to the user (that is, if it opens).

After using for 2 and half years finally I'm writing down here. The watch is awesome but the app is creating problems for me. For the past few months I'm unable to connect my watch with the app. I tried every known ways possible from my side. But the app just don't work at all. Whenever I open the app it just gets open for 1 second and then automatically switch back to my home screen. If you can then please help me out.

There are many bugs in the app. One major bug which I am facing currently is that I am not able to login to the android app itself. For some reason I had to reinstall the app, and post which when I am trying to login it shows me "Initialization Error" and does not let the use app. This makes the app unusable. Due to this, I have lost my old data and now not able to restore it in any way. Thanks developers for wiping my data permanently.
