The previous version wasn't that good but this one has worse UI and UX. UI: Inconsistent materials of icons and shapes, bad color scheme, inconsistent page theme, etc. UX: Don't understand the benefit of 'Favorit' menu, not so intuitive, expect users already know their products/services when we're not (diKado, for example). You guys should do more testing based on your customer demographic.

Worst QRIS UX ever. Too many steps, and when you enter your password, the nominal resets, making you enter random amount. I wonder how this blocker gets passed into production

Overall, this application really help me doing all kind of payment, but service often continues to improve, it feels very disturbed almost every day, please make it easier if possible...

Auto update and i had to uninstall and reinstall and still cant get on the app.. saw a few comments seems like its the thing.. please get the app working again.. Its the basic thing

Why i can't use this app to sell my secondary obligation? Why since late april whenever i click proceed the message shown are "DIGIBONDS402" "DIGIBONDS402"? Edit: it still the same today. I've tried to sell my bonds but it still give me the message: Alert DIGIBOND402 DIGIBOND402. Why this happened? Is this only happen to me?

Kok sekarang feature e-walllet (mau top up tap cash pakai NFC) nggak bisa terbuka ya. Mungkin perlu di patch / update. Info device: Samsung S21 ultra Android 14 One UI 6.1

I just updated the app and I am not fond of the new UI. The color combo is horrendeous and eye-piercing. The former design is much better as it looks compact and neat. The new design just complicates the steps for users who simply just want to do regular transfer or VA billing transfer. Sometimes the homepage won't even load properly and has to be refreshed. It's inconvenient!

I regret updating the application. The previous one run smoothly, but the new one really slow. I am trying to login many times but it always say no connection. I use 4G and wifi. I can open the old one yesterday and no problem. So don't blame the connection. Please degrade to the old one if the new one cannot live up the expectation. Thank you.

I used to like this app a lot. But recently since the-unknownly-crash happened a lot, it got my nerves. I needed to re-activate my account everytime I wanted to use it. Literally every single time! Please, if you don't want to lose your loyal customers, you need to fix this really really really asap. Anyway I have to consider another bank to save the money and get easy access to it if this problem won't fixed in near time. Thank you. Edit: have alr send detail by mail to contact. Please check.

After updating to the latest version, I cannot even log in to the app as it only shows a white screen. To clarify, I'm using the latest Android version. After calling the customer service, they mention supposedly there's a Cancel button at the bottom left of the screen so I can log in with MPIN, but there is none. It only shows a blank screen. The app developer should check the visibility of this button in all devices.

I have two bank accounts and the app can detect them. BUT I'm not able to select the any account when making any transaction while it's required to do so. I guess it's supposed to be a dropdown menu but who knows. I've reported the bug via email 2 months ago. No fixing since then. Also the fact that you need to create new password and mpin everytime you reinstall (you cant reuse the same ones!) is very inconvenient. Update: I've tried the suggestion but it doesn't work

Actually, this is the first time I rate an app one star for the design. This latest version (v 5.0) user experience and its interface are so bad like the color scheme is not compatible, incorrect spacing and text size selection, confusing icon and layout, etc. Personally, I prefer the previous design and think that it has already had its job done.

After upgrading to One UI 6, i cant open this applicaton, always get forced close. Already tried to reinstall application, enabling Start in background but still cannot work. If you have any solutions for this problem please tell me. (Samsung A52s)

Biaya transfer international bank korespondent luar negri is expensive, I just realized after I doing tf, is about $30sgd the fee, so amazing, disappointed. But can't refund also

First time experience is the worst. Creating account on BNI Mobile app is super bad. Session time is so short and I need to retry like 10 times and input my data again like 10 times. After the registration is done I need to input a new user id and the session time is super short. I reopened the app and try to get the user id as instructed, input my otp and it says error haha (Correct data). After 3 times input error now I can't make user id. It's really stupid. And they told me to go to KCP BNI

Worst ever mobile banking app I've ever used. I tried to install it in my new mobile. When it asked OTP confirmation through SMS, it could not go back to the app. I have to use WA in order to make it work. And this is just the start. The app asked me to take selfie for face recognition, that could not even take picture. I never had such difficulties with mobile bankings from other banks. This want to be sophisticated, but with no good technology. Just wasting consumers' time and money... BAD

I just re-log in to the apps and can't do anything. I even can't click account number button, see my balance, etc. Trying to report your CS but they keep abandoned my request. Please help!! I need to check my balance and transaction history for my loan payments purpose.

Disappointing. The latest version of the app is worse than before. Complicated, rigid, heavy. Problem with registration verification. It said that the code was wrong even though the code i had entered was correct. And the selfie, seriously? This is really too complicated for a mobile banking registration.
