No voip call, please add the feature, should learn from halo bca app. Reading this app title, people expect voice call to customer service, not a mere bank service information.

Just wasting time and storage! Didn't help anything. My question and the answer doesn't fit et all. It's robot with automatic answer! not human.

Slow response from the CS. Cannot find the menu to call the CS directly like BCA Call Apps. Auto uninstall if there's no improvement.

The feature of live agent is helping, but unfortunately it needs a lot of improvement. The chat is very slow and it's hard to connect with the CS. Consume so much time and then the chat is ended because of no response from us, while in fact the chat is not yet received

I need to have the access to 1500046 contact center. But this app is not capable, unlike its title. This is a live chat only. And you are unable to do things that's need to be done unless from call. You guys should really change the App name to BNI Live Chat, instead of BNI Call. Giving false hope compared to other bank that can make a live call through app.
