Works fine. Don't see the reason for the complaints here. It's just a bit tricky to connect, but otherwise it delivers on the promise. And it cleans good

App works. Sadly I cannot make the robot stop screaming at me. Volume control would be nice. Also you need to be careful to link the smart life app instead of searching for bluebot when linking to Google home.

Doesn't work with a 5ghz network, so I can't use it. Other than that the app is fine, but I haven't used it in a long time so I can't say anything regarding more recent updates.

App doesn't connect to my bluebot xtrem. Follow all, when I connect to the device wifi, I should be able to return to app but can't.

Very happy with my Bluebot and the accompanying app! Works like a charm! I've been using the combination for 2 months now and experienced no hickups at all so this is a keeper!

Really bad app. I don't normally leave bad reviews. But this thing is so bad and I will never ever buy Blaupunkt again. I thought this would be German quality. It's definitely not. 300 euro robot what a disgrace.

The app is okay but it constantly unpairs from my vacuum, which means I have to reconnect it all over again. Currently I can't even do that :/

Does not link my stupid vacuum after resetting the vacuum, deleting the app and reinstalling it. It's near impossible to link it once the robot loses its connection because it just forgets everything as soon as it falls without power.

bluebot does its work. creating a schedule in the app does work but only with autoclean... smartclean where you can select the order of rooms doesnt work, app doesn't look finished

One of the buggiest apps I've ever used. The Bluebot itself works well, but managing it with this app is beyond frustrating. Often it would take me less time to just use my old-fashioned vacuum cleaner than making my Bluebot do what I want with this app.

It's just so painful to map the complete apartment every time. Takes less time vacuum the whole place manually. App is really sub par , one of the most annoying apps I have ever come across.

Map restore doesn't work. Once the app was updated it doesn't work well at all. Robot is celaning really nice, but I might return it after just a few weeks of use 8nly cause of the app. Very pity!

Does what it needs to do, however, it needs polishing. It also doesn't look finished, with random text in some menus and the "Place Wall" button is missing, even though it exists in the manual.

Map restore doesn't work. It is not possible to manage maps after several save/restore iterations. Update: after firmware update maps can be restored. But maps management still needs improvement. Update 2: map management doesn't work again.

Poor map update. Not easy nor logical smart function. Robot do not recognize all rooms, it skips spots... Terrible. Next time I will chose another product. Really poor customer assistance. I am sure they will not be in contact to solve my request for support, it has been more than 3 weeks waiting.

Robot stopped working right after the warranty and it was a nightmare to contact any technical support. They seem experts in planned obsolescence. Buy other cleaning robot, that's my advice.

Cant imagine a company releasing an app this terrible for a product this price range. Maps do not function or are drawn so incorrectly the device cannot find its way through the house. Device itself will drive into area's marked as forbidden. Mopping function is a 50/50. When functioning won't use proper water level. Vacuum only does not only vacuum. Device will drive of the staircase. If my developer were as incompetent I'd 100% do the same. So many more complaints, so little characters
