Performance is somewhat good, but still lack of important features such as trx categorization, money tracker should be able to revisit prev month, visa card, physical card, scheduled trx. Moreover, it should be great if you can provide features for investment as well. I love BCA because its performance and reliable service in many condition. Hopefully blu able to provide a complete set of features for digital banking era while keep maintaining reliability as BCA services. 3 stars for now.

Please fix the slow performance on my phone realme narzo with Helio G90t and 4gigs ram, when swap to other menu it takes long for loads, I hope I can use this app for daily after you guys fix this prob

nah for Galaxy A51 it is so slow...,QRIS upon log screen unaccessible, also qris payment after log in not work inside sometime (it says disconnected or smth even I changed network mode). overall use is works, but slow load even I changed network.

The app works well but I hope it can perform better. It doesnt load fast and took a while before everything is ready, There are no cuztomization for shortcuts or page. It just feel slow, for this type of app, phone model should not matter, it should be well optimized across all devices. Also there is this annoying notification I cant disable on app setting.

Cape bgt pake aplikasi ini sumpah. Very lagging!! Very slow app!! It takes 5 mins to do simple transfer or even qris payment??? And its not my phone bcs literally i have other banking app and its nowhere near this slow. FIX THIS ASAP.

I like the apps overall, but the latest update is annoying. I was right in line to make payments, and the update is taking too long. The app should let us choose either update now or later.

Very troublesome just to open an account which i already have many other BCA accounts.. This is the first time i feel BCA's product is not convenient at all.. Which supposedly they have all my updated data

The app keeps crash and crash over time. It wants me to keep log in and kick me from the server. It's not due the bad connection or something else. Everytime I want to add a new bank account, it always display that something was wrong, but never give me any chance to add a new bank account. It make me frustrated and uninstalled the app.

Unstable app! After the latest update, I can't open the QRIS in the app, even after restarting my phone lol. I intentionally sent my money here because there is a promo in shihlin, but since I can't open the QRIS, I cant utilize the promo, and cause a queue lol.

The app feels sluggish and resource-intensive. My phone consistently heats up when using this app, whereas other digital banking apps run smoothly. Please fix the performance issues!

Since the first I installed this app, it never successfully logged in. I will have to cancel logging in, followed by manual login again every session. The feature such as request debit card and fund transfer never works. It's like they lock your fund foerever there. BCA, do something about it! Fix the damn bugs and glitches, update the software for users!!!

Everything is perfect except the lag, even with high spec and fast internet connection still takes time to do some requirements especially for qris scanning🤦🏻♀️

Need improvement for the fast and stable aspect; especially on the transaction process because it keeps failing when I want to make a transaction. Always need to try several times before it succeeded.

Need to drop my rating from 5 to 2 because of the UX. I have other apps that I've been using for transaction and they work perfectly fine. But somehow, blu takes too much to load even though I have good internet connection. It took me 3-5 minutes to do a transaction (which is very inconvenient to use), including QRIS that should've been faster that other methods. It would be nice if there's an optimalization for the UX, I really enjoyed using blu for my transaction.
