Its a scam. I was unable to withdraw my money so I sent it to a different wallet on a differwnt app and they sent it to an address not even remotely similar to the one I typed in. I have made multiple attempts to contact support in the past week but have not been responded to. Cant believe this app is allowed to be on the play store.

I have been using this App for years and it's okay. But right now I'm very upset with this App, I sent coins to someone and it has been pending going to three days now. To make it worst I can't communicate with the support care. My coin has been on pending. You people should please take care of any issue with this App, and let me get my coins back. That's a lot of money☺️☺️

Boo 👎👎two thumbs down on blockchain. had made an account previously. But for some darn reason, I always ended up receiving phishing attacks. So I was logged out of my original account. So after so much time passes by. I wanted to open up another account. But I'm having so much difficult time trying to verify my identity. It's been over a year trying to verify my identity. But never could. But the problem is that on the 2nd account blockchain exepted a deposit in to an unverifiable account

Its very easy to use, however a couple small details inside the App can make it a little simplier if they had small instructions detailed next to the SEND and RECEIVE options telling U whats next could make all the difference, instead of having U scroll through support to find Ur answer. During receive from an ATM with the confirming clock is always off a little bit with the time and dates. Its only after its cleared leaving U wonder up to a couple hours, if U need to take an extra step.

My QR scanner does not work, I can't add my address and transfer to wallet. No customer service, just bots on a chatting line that's built in the app. Very very useless, nobody can help and/or the the whole app crashes while talking to customer service and u have to start all over again with another person. But Blockchain took my money when I added it not I can't move it to my other wallet. I've even asked for help through email.....don't use Blockchain at all.

Absolute trash application. Cannot get it to work due to non stop bugs. Had to make a separate account after I verified my first one on PC, and then it got so buggy, it unverified itself and wouldn't let me log back in. Account #2 I was able to verify on my phone, but after 30 minutes attempting to buy bitcoin, and error after error I eventually gave up. Not worth the headache of an incomplete app that does nothing but pop up more "error" messages than anything else.

Bad experience overall. It's free but that's no excuse for putting out a glitchy faulty product. Not sure how your ⭐ rating is so good. I'm switching back to COINBASE WALLET app. It is also free and very stable & user-friendly. I have worn out my patience not being able to use the mobile app and only being able to check my balance with the PC. This isn't personal opinion,and does not reflect the views of Google, PlayStore, Alphabet or any other organizations or organisms.

So far a complete nightmare. After an initial promising start and 5 successful transactions now the account is unable to process anything. I have been told that a missing middle initial caused the problem. That is in the process of being remedied apparently so we will see. In 30 hours if I haven't had a successful further transaction then the account will be closed. Lots of intrusive ID provided (only missing a blood sample and an inside leg measurement). The app has also crashed many times.

Trading accounts and transfer accounts are different. I am not trading crypto, I'm pulling it out and holding it for eventual goods and services... not a useful application for this. The application is touchy, if you want to buy crypto or make a swap, if you swipe down on the displaying window, even a little too much, the current displaying window gets swiped down... Functionality isn't apparent when first viewing the application

App is running on one leg it's really slow. Nothing works. I can't even purchase anything now. Other times trading is so sluggish it's like internet has stopped. Switching between cash option and my bank not working at all. Why even allow options that won't work to even be on the buy screen. Unable to cash out until over $1050.00 really requiring fees to transact getting your money back. Plus after all that. Every move of your money in the app is drained by fees. So mad so unusable!!!

Blockchain don't seem to care about those who have accounts with them. For a while now, i have been unable to login to my app. When i log into the web wallet. I don't find my balance there. I saw a with a transaction of sending bitcoins which i didn't do. My wallet address has even been changed. I have sent mails several times but no response. This is really unfair.

I love the app. Its simple to use and understand. The problem i have with it that lead me to give it 2 stars is that fact that with every update ive gone through with the airdrops section NEVER changes. It always has the same 2 on there which have long been expired. Whats the point even having that section if you never update it with new airdrops. Its very annoying because airdrops are something im always looking out for over the web and i find tons, yet the app still hasnt put anything new

Very great experience for my beginner skillset. I've mostly used it to transfer funds to various sites for a multitude of reasons. It's been very consistent and has not crashed or anything for what I've needed it for. Real time statistics and the PIT is really awesome. If you're a beginner, definitely make this your go to secure mobile bitcoin transfer option, seriously.

Had been working fine until just recently. Now, it defaults to All Wallets, showing xlm first. So I have to switch to Bitcoin wallet. There it shows the same amount in both regular view and value when sent. Last sent item never got confirmations and appears to be lost in etherland. And it's no wonder. Just tried again. Seemed to go through just fine, but no joy. And then I noticed that both the payment I sent last night and the payment I just sent were dated (in the app) almost two weeks ago!!

I have had this app a little over two months, I have been having issues with this app over two months. At first, I couldn't buy or send anything. That was fixed. Now, the app won't load my wallet or prices. Went to the desktop site to try and report the problem, but I never get the email to verify my account. The second I can move my money out to a better management wallet I will do so. It's frustrating to attempt a transaction that should take a couple of minutes spiral into an hour of nothing

This app might function on its face, but it's security is just plain not there. My account was created because of migration from another app and things were a little bit touchy at first, but everything ran mostly issue free until some time Monday early in the morning. The only clue that something was compromised was an email stating suspicious activity in a different language, then a short while later, my entire wallet was cleared. Their response is they don't have access to my account anyways.

This wallet could use a 4 star rating every once in a while, definitely few and far between at the moment. So far I have not experienced any unreasonable fee losses from moving crypto around. However, I have encountered multiple errors as mentioned by others prior to updating the app. My biggest complaint is that I was not made aware that updating the app would resolve the issue. I realize that developing a good app can be a lot of work, but it is crucial to keep high traffic settings informed.

This app has gone from veing a good app to a poor one. It has been 3 months since I started the verification process. It says verified, but once you press buy/sell, it asks for verification again. You try to verification and it will say your account is verified. And then the loop continues. Funds stuck. There is no way to sell or withdraw. Customer service doesn't do anything.

Worked great for 2 weeks, but has had issues for months!! ALWAYS have to use my pin to login, because fingerprint scanner has "issues" every time! What's odd is it works flawlessly without a single issue in any other app, only with this app are there issues. Obviously the fingerprint scanner is fine, developers just blame it if they don't know what they're doing. I'm supposed to trust you with my stock investments, even though you can't even design a functional app??

My experience with the app hasn't been in-depth (easy UI, no crashes), but this review is for their customer service. I ended up not being able to recall my password, and the two strings I wrote down also proved unhelpful in brute forcing it. I reached out to support, and they offered me a workaround that, while a little bit drawn out (for good reason), let me access my money. The service was always friendly, easy to reach, and willing to do everything they could to help me. A+ support team!
