there needs to be a limit on the distance. since it the distance does not shoe on the initial Image you could be swiping on a person that may or may not be in the same state. i understand that maybe there are not enough users in someones area but having people swipe into a different state or crazy distances like 250 miles away doesn't help a person who is actually using the app to find a match and to date. thanks for listening but other then that this app is wonderful for the black community.

This app can't even get pass the registration process without consistently failing. Tried to register but it wasn't recognizing my input. As a result it would just falter back to the app opening image. Couldn't make any edits without it saying "Oops an error occurred" for literally everything. So nothing could be edited or saved. I couldn't even delete my account with it crashing. Not sure if it's an android problem, but it's a huge one. 5 minutes after downloading it and already uninstalling it

I didn't like how this app operates. So all you see are pictures of potential matches, and only gives age and location. Even if they or you want to say something about yourself, there is only room for like a sentence to do so. I ended up swiping left on a lot of men because there was just one picture. When you do swipe right, then you can inquire if they are what you are looking for....that's if they even message back. So if you are a person that swipes right on everyone, this is your app.

This is the most HORRIBLE APP EVER! I contacted them 4 times to cancel my subscription because the steps they gave me to cancel definitely aren't working on their website. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TOO HELP. It sends me straight to order games, etc. I have an android cellphone, and they talk about iPhone,IPad, etc, but not about the android at all! Seems like I'm going to have to contact my credit card company on this issue!!

I've had this app for years. Now, all of a sudden, it keeps logging me out. It has done this 9-10x in a row. It keeps asking for a phone number to verify, but I don't have my number on the account. I have to uninstall the app and then re-download. Once I've re-download the app, I can only open it from the app store. After about 10 mins, I can no longer access it from the app store. It logs out again, and it's the same process.... Ughhhhh. Fix it😔😔😔

The app won't even let me verify. I will use my phone number and give the correct code. But I will be stuck on "verifying" screen and cannot proceed. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix any issues. I even used a different Google account on. Different phone, and it didn't change anything. Yall need to fix your app. Based on other reviews, your system is bugged to the point of garbage, and in need of major maintenance.

Feels like a rip off unless you spend money on elite package as premium is pretty much the same as usuinhnit regularly without paying. I paid for a month premium subscription and in 2 days, it's a repeat of "singles" that are 200 miles away ONLY. I would not recommend this app and I canceled my subscription so when it ends I won't waste any more money to get few messages and few conversations. I wish I could get my money back or just only have this premium service for a week only

This app is trash. It takes your money and then totally ignores your range and distance preferences. We're now up to 600 miles away with the VAST majority of the women it's showing me being between 125-300 miles (several states) away. You can't tell me that's because there aren't women in Phoenix using the app?! It's a huge city! I recognize too that the algorithm is probably doing that based on my preferences, it's not a coincidence that EVERY WOMAN it shows me is "my type" now..that worse!

I've reached out to the app customer service several times with no response. Shortly after I paid for a week membership (approximately 6 to 8 hrs ) I was denied access. I've tried multiple times to gain access. It replies 2 exceptions occured.... No clarification, no way to cancel my subscription, no contact with anyone from the app...... NOTHING. Buyer Beware!

APP NOT WORKING! Paid for the 6-month subscription. App has always been glitchy when trying to see your messages but now when I click on the messages Ive received, the app just closes. Why is it when you pay for these apps, you can never get your money's worth? My phone now says the app has a bug. I should've stuck with the free option, there's really not much of a difference between the two. You need to fix these glitches OR GIVE PEOPLE BACK THEIR MONEY!

My daughter put me on this app, and I thought it might be fun, but after my profile was created, the matches were thousands of miles away. Then to make matters worse a error message has been on the screen 4 hours after my first use of the app stating you ran out of matches, but still keep sending me notifications that I have 13 new likes. That to me just doesn't make sense!! I have sent an email but I guess the app is just trash!

I wish I had read the reviews before paying my money. People have been been low scoring this app for quite a long time and nothing has improved. It's not user-friendly at all. I don't see how one can manage the account or to indicate distance and age preferences. For the cost, BLK should be better. I don't even think the communications are real. I am trying to figure out how to not automatically renew. Very dissatisfied.

None of the matches that show are within your preferences. Whats the point of asking for them if you're just going to ignore them!? The message feature takes a min to update: it shows the dot when there's no new message and it doesn't always show when there is a new message. There're better apps out there.

Everyone is 150 miles away, and dont give me that "we expanded your search" cus I just got the app. Mysteriously as well, the people who like me only pop up in the stack once in a purple moon. Great experience here. Edit: No, its obvious this is the way it is so that you pay for the ability to see your likes instead of swiping through 1000 people you know we dont want to match with to maybe get someone who aligns with the preferences. 150+ miles is way too far even when you have a car.

The app is good until a new update happens. I've been paying for a subscription that I can't use. Every time an update happens, it states that I have a subscription to a different account, and I don't. I tried clearing cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, and still nthn. Support doest help....they will tell me to do something that I have already advised them that I've done.

App decided to delete my account randomly, and theres not even an option to sign in. As soon as you open the app you have to create another account, then sign out, and it still won't let you sign into your old account. Every time I quit the app and reopen, I have to make a new account . All of my matches are just gone. Whoever programmed this piece of garbage should get jail time. Not to mention nearly every feature is behind a paywall. Zero stars.

I'm very disappointed with this app. I'm paying to see profiles that are 100-600 miles away. I've changed settings, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changes. I never see any local profiles. A complete waste of time and money. if I could give a negative zero star I would. and a customer contact reply is some generic BS that doesn't help at all.

unable to log in with phone # anymore. the box to enter the phone number cones up but doesn't give the ability to enter data. No cursor in the box or focus on the data entry portion of the box. Only able to click ok. it seems like it might work with Facebook. I have a private Facebook account and have no interest in making it public to any other app. Nor do I have any interest in giving Facebook easy access to more of my life. Edit: 2024-05-02 Seems the issue has been resolved.

One of the most poorly designed apps I've seen in a long time. Congratulations for suckering me and thousands of others into paying for a subscription. I cancelled 20 minutes into making the purchase. The algorithm is terrible and matches don't coincide with any of my saved preferences. I'm just grateful I only paid for a one month subscription. I would love to know how this is rated so high. Probably the designers and people they know boosting the ratings.

Underwhelming at best. I paid for the app straight away only to find that the additional filters I choose didn't matter. The options coming through were not even close to my preferences albeit everyone is beautiful in their own way. I submitted a ticket right away to get a refund, and the person who replied sent me a generic knowledge article that wasn't really Relevant to my question. When I followed up, the next person they sent me sometime similar. Don't recommend, not worth the trouble.
