Was really enjoying the game and then I spent $1.99 and now I get an ad from the in-game store every couple of missions raids dungeons idk of that's why it's happening or if it was on a timer or something but it's absolutely stupid idk whoa idea this was but it's got me seriously considering a refund request and Uninstall

The game was fine until it was updated. Now its always giving me some errors and bugs in the middle of the fight, so I have to reload the game all the time. 🤦🏻♂️ Now it's even worse. I couldn't even write a complaint to support since the game freezed as always and just kicked me out of the app. I've been playing this game for around 2 years and about to delete it. They can fix it and seems like not even trying.

Do not install or download! I have been playing for three months, at first it was a good game, untill the updates came. Since the first update, game is glitching like mad. I can not finish a single match without having to restart because a 'critical error' has occured. Cannot watch ads for rewards as game keep crashing. When doing a guild challenge, my score does not reflect on clan scores. When upgrading heroes, they only stay upgraded while online. Fix the game, please!

Arts great like most of these games, but Id just rather playing something with actual gameplay. The characters do everything, you just watch and upgrade when they win. The only thing you need to do is manage their upgrades and repeat. I don't see this as being a game really. Take the art away and you press a line in a box when its filled up. Like I said there is no game. You press go and watch, wait for the skills bar to fill up, and press it. That is mind numbly simple.

Impossible to start the game for the last several hours. It loads up to 100% and then it says critical error.

It's a good game, doesn't really do anything different to other games like it though. However the graphics are nice, animations are nice and the character models look great. BUT my biggest issue with the game is when your heroes have full energy and initiate their ability, it takes far too long for the skill to actually do anything, the wind up is FAR TOO LONG that half the time your hero is already dead before their skill does any damage or does anything at all.

The graphics are excellent, some of the best in the genre. Resource management is very tidy, and you can almost always trust an "upgrade this" button to actually yield the best improvement. Progress is fairly smooth, without "brick walls" that stop you for days. Also great is the networking: finally a game that doesn't reset all the time just because there's a little network hickup. The bad things: it's basically a beta version, with things still missing, especially communication among players. The number of heroes is fairly small. The game gets too repetitive too soon. The campaign story lacks novelty. After a while, the game becomes unusably slow, and has to be restarted. Summary: gameplay and graphics are superb, but the rest does not distinguish the game from what we've seen a thousand times before.

Possibly one of the best games like this that offers everything you seek in a game such as this. I hope you devs keep up the great work and add more of the same things that make it so great. Hope to see new things in the future. Will give it a five star review if you give me more... Absolutely Love it...

Its fun in the beginning. Reason why I dropped from 3 to 2 stars because there is no way to see improvement. I have all heroes & refuse to put any more of time and money into this game nor should you til upgrades

It's not actually black and white as the advertisement suggests. This was the main reason I downloaded the game. Big let down, the greyscale with red made for a unique game that appeared to stand out amongst the rest. I was sorely mistaken when I discovered it was less than colorful even with color. I see how it's enjoyable. Advertise the game properly. Thanks.

I really liked this game one of the only games with a good server reset time. I really just don't like the revamp of the training center with the increased cost and specialized camps. Honestly though it is fun game There are F2P options... even the middle maps are easier now to do. I might join back later I guess maybe just the fact you kept having to sacrifice other cards to get more stars was really hurting me. I don't know just wish a different currency for upgrading instead of sacrificing.

I've played this game for just under 300 days, with a fair in investment of four hundred dollars or so. It had a good pace to it at first. Forty a month gets you by. With the recent updates and expansion it has quickly turned the user experience south. Forcing at least twice what I'm spending to stay on pace. This one had potential but some executive managers are focused on more coin than fixing loading times or glitches. I'll be uninstalling so if it stays like this. Thank you

It's a fun game and one of the easier ones to build up & collect Legendary heroes without completely breaking the bank. Catching the bigger sales can net a lot of summons unlike too many other games. Looking forward to the events upcoming. Would give a 5 star rating but currently the Arena is broken when on defense. Will change rating when this is fixed.

I have been playing for quite some time now. You tease the players with two other game modes that have been in development for over a year now but you find time to release new characters to make it harder to level to incentivise spending more money and reworking the merging system so it takes more copies of those characters to level up. This is strictly a pay to win game that requires thousands of dollars and these greedy devs only care about how much money they can extract from you.

I downloaded the game for the experience of the advertisement I was forced to watch on a different game, but got another money-grabbing hero poor art and animation lexicon. Unfortunate to say, but you're just what I expected. Mixing heroes, fighting bosses is a fun idea, but the player is expexted to invest time and money to get to the state of the advertisement.

Once you get to a certain point in progression, the game almost comes to a screeching halt. The only way to continue is to pay through it or casually login for weeks to collect enough resource to build your teams so you can advance. For instance. Most of my characters I use are level 110 or near it. The computer characters are level 126 or so. There's almost no way to beat them unless you get lucky so you just have wait around for resources for weeks. It was really good, then it wasn't..lol

Pros: It's free to play, it's fun, good time killer. Cons: 1. The Treasure Maze is completely broken. The relics do absolutely nothing when against these overpowered enemies though the game says you're stronger than them still one shot you. 2. I've never seen a game where somehow leveling up actually punishes your game progress. Every now and then I would do the campaign, have a close fight, lose, level up/rearrange my team and now it's nowhere near a close battle like before.

I feel like 8 rated this game before, but I will do so again. The game feels terribly balanced, it almost feels impossible to make a front line or do anything with strategy. Some of the currencies are just non existent and most upgrades are entirely useless. The game is beautiful with tons of promise but lacks any sort of depth. Maybe it's just this genre, I'll likely quit this game in two weeks like I've done with all the others like it.

12/10. Finally a game that's fun with cool designs and in-depth lore that isn't hindered by ads, but uses them as a helpful tool for progress. And also has decent value in their in game purchases. Worth investing a purchase or two, it actually gives you a nice boost of you're willing to go with a mild progression path. But it always feels like you're progressing no matter what. Great work!

This game is was fun and very enjoyable when I need time to kill. This update that just happened, is ruining my experience. Game is super slow to load. After a fight and to get the rewards, it either takes forever to load or says I lost connection. I'm at my house with super fast wifi. This issue shouldn't be happening. You have a bug or fatal flaw which I hope will be fixed soon. Otherwise it's off to another game. This game is a two star until fixed.
