The App is as good but it has no means of recording short-delivery /theft. A bigger issue is the co. itself. The 5th time I ordered, one item was missing. Blinkit acknowledged the item was not delivered and yet neither sent any notification nor refunded nor offered delivery until I went through their customer service. If you have ordered several items from Blinkit, make sure you received them all.

I don't use this app that much. Sometimes orders delivered in my area, sometimes it got cancelled and they mentioned that they can't deliver in my locality. This app is not useful for me if you can't deliver my order. Very bad experience I had because delivery partners also not well behaved.

Customer Service options is highly outdated. It's impossible to get the customer service support for any issue resolution. The items shown in the app and the items getting delivered is different. Most of the edible items delivered are either expired or getting expired very shortly. info@blinkit is also a bot I believe. I wish there was option for 0 star, I would love giving that

Regular bad quality issue with fresh veggies, loose fruits etc. Subsequently we have to waste our time on the app for replacement or refund. They then cancel the pickup and it is shown as customer has cancelled it. Absolutely frustrating as there is no connect with back end team to resolve the issue. Blinkit needs to learn from Amazon how these things are to be handled and have a team that is accessible to customers.

I am just being compelled to change my 5 star review to a ONE star review. Repeated poor experiences. If something is out of stock, say it's out of stock BEFORE it is ordered. So that we can order a substitute instead of letting poor CATS go hungry for a longer time. Not only did they deliver 30mins late but also cancelled 2 out of 3 items.👏 Time to switch to a substitute app, Zepto perhaps.

Blinkit promises 10-minute deliveries but consistently falls short. My orders often arrive 30 minutes late, making their marketing misleading. Adding to the frustration, they charge a surcharge for these late deliveries. While the app is user-friendly and offers a good product range, the persistent delays and unfair surcharges overshadow its potential. Until these issues are fixed, it's hard to recommend Blinkit for reliable quick deliveries.

Disappointing experience with Blinkit! Ordered groceries, but they delivered only half of the items. The delivery was on time, but that's about the only positive aspect of this experience. Unreliable service and a complete waste of time. Will not be using Blinkit again and would not recommend it to anyone.

One of the worst App and can never trust for product availability as it's cancelled last minute when the order is already delivered. Your totally incapable of running this App. Misleading customer about availability of product and cancel last minute. And on top of that you have the Audacity to charge for delivery plus Surge charge and handling charge.

Everything amount has been deducted but in app it shows payment failed then U have to pay cod while receiving the order. Also chat support team never helps. I need to dropped a mail regarding the issue & never gets resolution on time & cs executive always says that we didn't receive any amount twice. You only paid while receiving the order. Then had to raise complaint again & again, need to share bank statements & screenshots etc. Worst experience ever.

Blinkit used to be great with great reponse time and varied products. But it simply stopped services in certain areas it seems. No explanation, no deadline, nothing. It simply stops services. So no point keeping the app in our phone then. Uninstall and move on. There are quite a few insta delivery companies out there isn't it?

I am unable to see the food item photos in the listing screen, only when I click on a particular food item , then the photo is visible inside the modal. Please look into this matter , as it has been a very bad user experience for me. I have checked my Wifi and Internet connection, and even tried updating the app, but none worked.

Quite a good experience!! The recent 20-minutes delivery is very impressive, only need more product varities. Adding a review in 2024 - Still a favourite app, due to the delivery time management, mostly good products and especially I am very happy you have a wide variety of products even books, gifts, jewellery, makeup, plants and some clothes too! Most of my daily shopping is done here. Thanks.

Very bad support options, as only limited options are available in bot. Very slow support and grievance handling is also very slow even for food items. Unable to place fruits and Veg order using pluxee card. They deliver same product even in replacements and then you cannot use app to raise any further concern. Just email communication now.

I've been using Blinkit for grocery nd food products delivery, and I must say, it’s fantastic. The app is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward. Placing an order is quick, and the real-time tracking feature is very accurate.Delivery was prompt, within the promised few minutes, and The quality was excellent, and the packaging ensured there was no spillage. Customer service was also top-notch; they quickly resolved a minor issue I had with one of my orders.

I am extremely frustrated with the Blinkit app. There is no customer support number available, and the in-built chat option is completely useless. I have tried to use the coupon option multiple times, and despite meeting every condition, it still shows an error. For instance, I have a Kotak debit card, and I have added it to the payment option, yet it keeps saying that I need to add a Kotak debit card. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. Blinkit, fix your issues

Worst experience . I have ordered items and most of the item it is in bad condition and when I try to replace it then they didn't validate the product which they actually delivered few minutes ago. I will recommend you can prefer other platform to order grocery items or any eatable items.

Problem with delivery address: the geolocation keeps drifting to the back of my house and this is causing the delivery people to go to the wrong address. I would update the geolocation to the front and then it would drift to the back again and again. The delivery people and me keep getting frustrated over this. This technical issue needs to be addressed.
