The app itself is great for finding out my rotas, duties etc now that we can also access DAS to request days off, swap shifts etc. This is fine if you are using an phone or IPAD - however it would be good if you could also get this on a desktop PC - it may be possible but I cant find anything in search results other than a link to the app on google which has to be installed on a mobile device. My invite letter from the company also doesn't mention a website link/password as you need to scan a QR code for log in. Would have got 5 stars if this feature was available.

Got a link, installed the app via phone number registration, entered the code, reset me back to enter code. Then got set up on email, done the send code again, boom resets. Uninstalled App, cleared data, installed and tried again, same thing. Whenever I put a 6 digit verification code it just bounces me back to the start. No option for web sign in. App doesnt work. Shite...

When i purchased a new phone, the App transferred across from my old device. However, it was not allowing me to log in - the "continue" and "help" buttons were converging and not taking me to the window to enter the 6 digit code (which i was receiving in my inbox). Emailed the help address and a VERY friendly guy (Ryan) emailed back and had the issue resolved with 90 minutes of reporting the issue! Excellent App to use - nice and easy . EXCELLENT customer service!!!

An app for work is a good idea but seriously it's not without it's issues. Once you've commented on a notification or post you keep getting updates for that specific post and you can't turn notifications off for this post like other apps. Please add this feature as it can give us the option to opt in or out of a post also it's very irritating for getting updates on issues for more that 24hrs old

So slow now!!?? Used to work fine. Now every time I try to use it I just get a blank screen. No matter how long I wit it stays blank. Have to come out of the app and reload several times before I get any content. Then if I click on anything, or try to message, same issue. It's soooooo bd now it's hardly worth using it all! It's literally quicker to drive to work and ask a supervisor 🤦♂️

When I open the app it loads the main part but not the content. I have to close it and clear it from my recent usage and the reopen to get it to work properly. This happens every time not just now and again. Also it would be useful if when posting an image or video you were able to post text at the same time, like you can with other social media apps.

After the latest update I can't swipe to the right to dismiss latest post it comes back and doesn't move

I've had good experience. Ease of use, all work-related matters are in one place, hence easy to refer back or recheck a past event. Only limitation is it lacks recording, receiving and sending audio messages. So it compels some workmates to send me audio message via other apps, e.g. like WhatsApp. That causes work-related info to scatter to other apps and hence difficult to trace back and/or refer to later on.

This app is useless. I tried logging In but it claims that the authentication failed and then when I tried to change/ reset my password it doesn't send me an email. This is absolutely trash and a waste of space.

The permission required to link google account is a joke! 1. Allow Blink to see AND download my personal files. 2. See, edit, share and permanently delete my personal calendars?! Surely that can't be right?!

Blink is OK. But since the last update. The swipe to dismiss feature is faulty. Even delete is playing up. Sort this out blink guru's

The apps resolution goes over my bottom controll button on my device and I have to close it down to get this corrected almost every time, very annoying s10 plus

EDIT: in response to the app support team...yes the App lags literally every single time i am using it. Has a lot of great functions and features, but the App LAGS SO MUCH!!!! Can't scroll for more than a couple seconds before it freezes up and starts lagging. I thought the recent update would have fixed the issue but it didn't. Web version is slightly better.
