Don't bother. This APP is useless. It can't locate chargers it throws constant errors when trying to activate chargers. As others have said there is at least a 5 to 10 seconds delay with every button push. The only part of the app that seems to function is the payment portion it refreshed itself four times so that it could take 80 dollars instead of the 20 I input . Unless you have 30 minutes to spend activating a charger just go find a wall outlet it will be more than this worthless app provide

Believe the reviews. I'm renting a car right now and this is the only service I had access to at my hotel. It took almost 30 minutes to successfully start the charge. The app continued to go in loops and ask for my information over and over, and when I tried calling the phone line to charge I was disconnected multiple times.

Literally the worst app. Takes about 10 minutes to load each page. I would rather use any charger in existence than have to use the blink charger and this app. From opening app to FINALLY getting my vehicle to charge it took 45 minutes because of the app crashing, not finding where I was, clicks not registering. And the $20 minimum was ridiculous as I only spent a quarter on the charge itself.

Map in app lags terribly. Stopped at a station found on the app only to find neither of the 2 stations operable. A Google review says the stations weren't available 2 days ago either. I don't see anywhere on the app to report station out of service, so maybe they just don't care that we're wasting precious battery power riding to stations we can't even use.

App is super slow even when in 5G network. When more than 1 charging port is available in a location there was no way to determine which one I was parked by. Failed to actually start charging. Would much have preferred to just pay by card but charger refused all transactions. An overall frustrating experience made worse by a clunky and low value app.

when I added my card, the app didn't mention putting money into the account. Trying to charge produced cryptic "something failed" errors. After I added funds, the app failed to talk to the charger. Eventually it tracked charge time but not energy. Then it failed to stop the charger after multiple tries. I finally forced it to stop by unplugging the cable.

So sluggish, it makes you select buttons multiple times and you end up misclicking. The QR reader on the charging station can't be read on the app and there's no station number. Took forever for it to see the nearest charger based on my location. Also no way to tell which charging plug you have. Requires you to prepay at $20 increments. Awful.

This app is incredibly slow, unresponsive, and inaccurate. It has placed charging stations in a field, makes others not visible, and loads continuously between menu features. I have recently downloaded Blink, ElectrifyAmerica, and EVgo, so it is surprising to see how poorly designed Blink's functions are when compared to the others. This is possibly the worst application i have used. We (Ev owners) will ask our property manager to search for other options if this will be our weekly experience.

Painfully slow and complicated app experience. Why not just take a credit card like the other chargers? Took 20 literal minutes from parking to charging. The app takes 5-10 seconds to respond to your finger, so you don't know if you've pressed a button or not. Then to kick you while you're down, they charge $10 for $7 of power. It's best to avoid Blnk altogether.

Unusable. Every click takes 10+ seconds to complete even just focusing in a text box. Besides that it's incredibly complicated. You need to register to add a credit card. You are then required to get a "Blink code". To do this you must put $20 into your account whether you opted for the auto-refill or not. Why not use phone tap & NFC? You can request a physical Blink card in the mail - again, why not use a phone? Cost of charging is more than double Tesla Supercharger rates. Don't bother.

the phone scanning was malfunctioning (forcing me to use the code function) and the app kept telling me my charging session ended and I would be charged an occupancy fee when my car was still charging and had hours ahead of it on the charge cycle. this was the worst charging system/app I've ever used. super stressful, not intuitive, and barely functional. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is that it did accomplish the mission of charging my car. it gets no further credit than tha

Worst app experience. It took over an hour to figure out. App is unbearably slow. Car was at 0% by the time I figured it out. One charger didn't work, the other didn't work when I called the number and set it up 3 different times. Eventually flagged someone down with a Tesla who agreed it was the worst charging experience ever and told me how to work it. Beyond furious right now.

First use issues were the QR function not working, and later it claimed that my vehicle was still in a charging stall when was not. Now, freezes on splash screen. On the rare times it doesn't, it freezes on attempting to log in. Deleting the app cache, data, restarting, and even reinstalling didn't alleviate the issue. Only use if situation is dire.

Absolutely terrible. The most unoptimized app I have ever used in the history of Android. Menus for selecting your state in the registration process lag, stutter, and completely freeze. A populated menu of states hard coded into the app take over a minute to load or even crash the app. The location search function (even using the exact location name) doesn't work - first by taking several minutes to load, then by not interacting or freezing when the location name does pop up. Skip it.

I was originally excited it was my first time using this particular charger it's my second charging experience the first one was with a competitor which went really well and very smooth. I went here set for 30 minutes and nothing happened at all not even one ounce of a charge. tried to give it another 15 minutes so collectively I sat there for 45 minutes with zero charge highly disappointed to say the least not to mention my time so I ended up going back to the first company that I've used.

Would give it a zero if I could. Worse app I have ever used. Things like the keyboard would close every 5 seconds, I was entering my zip code, the page changed before I was done and asked for my name, then when I finished it went back to the page with my partially entered zip code. It took me 20 min to make an account, then when I finally finished I could not pay because whenever I got close enough to the station to scan the QR code it would start the Google wallet tap payment and fail.

This has got to be the worst app ever. It is so slow. There are like 5-10 seconds between EVERY tap. Tried to reach Technical Support, and there is none for the app. The app is almost unusable. Edit: Original above 6/6. Added response 6/26. Support email address found and tried that route with Re: 719607 and issues were not addressed. App is still VERY slow.

The app's ui is clumsy, makes you re-enter cc info after you have already provided it, and it failed to initiate my charging session after multiple attempts. The charger had no reported issues, and the generic error message in the app provided no actionable info to resolve the issue or potentially report to tech support (whom I couldn't get in touch with over the phone). There also seems to be no way to retrieve the $20 that was automatically added to my account. Don't bother with this garbage.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had using a computing device. It is unfathomable how this app could have made it out of any kind of QA process like this. It has a lot of problems, but the sluggish unresponsiveness is legendary. I will use it because I have to use it to charge at Blink stations, I guess. But I would really, really rather not. Unbelievable.

Honestly, I don't know what's going on with this app. I've never used an app that is so slow. Just can't express how broken it feels. It's been over six months since I last used this app, and the update didn't change anything. I'm really wondering if the company even tests or reviews it because it is unacceptable. I always have to call to charge the car because the app is not only slow but also full of errors preventing a single session. But when I call I'm able to charge at that same station.
