Its everything I want in a Mobile game. The ability to move freely with a tapping and swiping combat format. The graphics are very colorful and wonderful with the gameplay being the right amount of difficulty. Not to much, not to little. This game reminded me of the old PSP one which gave me nostalgia just by thought alone. Glad to see it's gone mobile now.

I've played blazblue ever since I first discovered blazblue continuum shift extend by accident in game stop (I don't remember when, but it's probably when it came out). Then I finished that game and the last entry blazblue central fiction on ps4 last year! This mobile game is something that I never stopped playing, even if I was done with the last one! Looking forward on what you guys would do next. Good luckš!

The only fighting app of its kind, and it's awesome. It IS POSSIBLE for servers to go down, as it happens with other apps too. But the people who love it seem to be quick to to bash ratings over it. Give the devs some time, or send an email to give them a heads-up. I love the characters and fluid responses during fights cuz they're not exaggerated. I would LOVE to be able to play this without signal cuz sometimes i lose it and that's no bueno. Suggestion: Other way to sign in WITHOUT FACEBOOK.

they did an update that ruined how text looks and that lead to a handful of items not even having any descriptions and overlapping text that's horrible to try and read. this review was 5 stars before but the devs haven't fixed this issue for a solid few months now:/ added note: everytime i tap on Hazama in the character menu (my strongest char), my game crashes. I'm not sure if it's an OS issue or app issue, but it worked fine before the previously mentioned update....

Excellent beat em up game. Amazing combos which give it a learning curve. PvP battles are also good. Cons: Overly complicated, Stat boost system. New Equipment, levelling up characters and skill points are fine. Beyond that, Class upgrade, equipment upgrade, factors, power boost, keys to unlock stages etc. game will be more fun ,simple, without these.

I've played this game twice on my different cellphones...but now I've installed it on my Samsung android and its not working ... I cannot even open it.. when I click on it to play my screen goes black and then I thought it must be due to network problem but no it stays the same.. I've waited for 15 minutes to let it pass but no, nothing happened.

The game's not bad but l'll say this now : if you're here looking for a game that's a mobile version of a mainline BlazBlue game with an expansive story mode and addictive fighting gameplay then look somewhere else The game's like a generic rpg mobile game except with beat em up gameplay instead , it reuses music from the games and the story seems to be a retelling of the games' story (except way cheaper looking). I guess it's fun for some time but overall pretty underwhelming in my opinion

I'm impressed at how fluid the combat is. Very good combat, but you couldn't expect less from ARC System am I right? The weapon gacha was a necessary concept for current demand and I think it fits well with the game. The handholding in the beginning is annoying, there should be a skip button as some players prefer to explore the game on their own, or at least check the instructions WHEN they want. But this is a problem with most games. The start of the game is boring, the enemies are far too easy, I ended up rushing through the first 4 or 5 levels without taking a single hit. I think they should be harder but also give you a dodge move with a short invincibility window, so you have to constantly fight while keeping an eye out for counters to dodge from. This makes fights more challenging and active. The dialogue is pretty good, I care for dialogue a lot, it keeps you wanting to play to watch more dialogues. The story is ok but I think there's more potential behind it. The characters and their designs are absolutely top notch as always of course. I think freedom is very important in videogames, perhaps you could think about making the story less linear.

I've been involved - more or less - with this game for the last two or three years now? I thoroughly enjoyed it for some time, but there was always a favoring towards paying players that kept them slightly out of reach of a free player. Of course, I've spent my own fair share of money on this game, but it eventually reached a point of selling pieces of the next tier equipment that wasn't even available to those who couldn't afford it yet. Mind that these single, or sometimes two, pieces of equipment are usually part of a $100 package. When there's - .. 14 now? - heroes, each with six slots of equipment, not to mention the likeliness of being put in the hands of RNGesus. On top of that, there has not been a meaningful update to this game in well over a year, and several old bugs remain today. The last real update added Mu-12, and there have been no new heroes since, despite a promise for more. The same events have been recycled several times over, total purchase events, prize wheel, lottery - all of which involve buying and/or spending diamonds. Fix the game. Then accept charity.

Can't review this correctly because it doesn't even open. Just stuck with a Grey screen. I've read quite a few other reviews and there are a handful of users who are also experiencing this issue. If it hasn't been fixed by now, it's probably poorly made and not worth your time. The games been out for a while, zero reason for the lack of attention it's patches and bug fixes get. Can probably guarantee there's little content as well.

Avoid this game at all costs. The game stopped any real updates years ago I don't know why this game is still up. The last time I logged in was 8 years ago and the content has not changed at all. They only do sales for whales and since the Japanese version stopped updating the game there will never be any more new characters added or content to do.

I really like the game and the story itself(since I also played the original one). The mechanics and control are the same, so I'm grateful for that. My only problem is that, the difficulty of getting the shards of every character. I would like to suggest to tone down the required shards needed for unlocking the specific character. Because for me, in the long run, people will get bored easily no matter how good the game is.

The occasional server problems are very bothersome. Was unable to play it for the past couple weeks because it gave a connection error while my connection was just fine. I could log in but couldn't enter the server. Sometimes the chat/multiplayer functions are shut down randomly for prolonged amounts of time with no explanation or notice as well. This is not only on my end, it's a server problem because I see people talking about it in the chat afterwards everytime this happens. So bothersome.

Love this game, it has cool graphics and smooth gameplay. But, please fix the energy recharging system so we can spend more time collecting the weapon materials (for example, reducing the energy cooldown by 1 minute and adding 3 levels on Energy tower). Plus, add some playable heroes like Es, Bullet, Susano'o, Izanami, Mai, Relius, etc. Thank you.

Still has a few bugs but nothing too annoying. One of the only mobile versions of a 2d fighter that's actually playable, even as a f2p player, although progress is a bit slower. Took a while but after the last few updates it's much more stable although it still loses its connection every now and then necessitating you to restart the app. Support is pretty responsive. I'm still waiting for that new character you've been promising for over a year now..

This was a really good example of how to do a mobile version of a classic fighting game. They haven't added any new content for several years now. You could probably still get a couple years of entertainment out of this game if you wanted before you run out of progression methods. But I wouldn't suggest spending money on this since they've obviously pulled the plug on actively maintaining the title at this point.

2016: For a couple of days after downloading this game I was able to play it, but recently the game loads up and stops at a black screen after the opening cutscene. I had updated my phone's software last night and I haven't been able to play the game since. I've even tried reinstalling the game. Could you release an update that fixes this issue. Please and thank you. P.S.: I really enjoy playing the game. Update 2022: Still not working just the app logo in the middle of the screen.

I played this back in 2016 or something. Awesome gameplay, soundtrack, and doesn't take much space. It is a shame that you need internet to work and the game has not been updated though. And even if it has great gameplay and such, beware of lots of microtransactions-that is if you choose to use them. You have to grind a lot for everything in game, and some updates take ridiculously long. Also the servers don't transfer data so be mindful of that.

The control scheme is the best I've seen for any mobile fighting game so far. The swipe system not only frees up the screen from being obscured by buttons, but also maintains a level of depth without sacrificing accessibility. Oh, and all game content can be grinded for free, albeit requiring quite a bit of time to do so. The gameplay itself, however, makes the grind worth doing.

The reason for the low score is because of how the servers are set up. You get the choice of three reagions to play in and numerous ch to play in, so far so good. Problem one: The channels appear to always be full. Problem two: You should only commit to one channel, because progress and unlocks DO NOT transfer between channels of within the same server. Problem three: You cannot connect to ANY channel, you somehow lose connection when selecting a channel forcing you back to the login screen.
