I give it five stars, because the controls and gameplay is pretty great & it's NOT A PAY TO WIN GAME. It's a pretty fun challenging game. I'm already lvl 12 in one day. You can move the character off the platform if there is no wall or nothing on the side pretty much. I like that though. It does make it a little more challenging and running off walls is pretty fun. Pretty much it's a fun game and I'm glad you don't gotta buy stuff to keep going.

It's a fun game all around. There are a few bugs though. Sometimes there's just too much going on to be able to combat the enemy. I'm not talking about challenging. I mean enemies will be right next to eachother and you can only attack one leading the other to get a hit on you. Sometimes you'll fall from above and take damage because you hit something below you there was no way to see or avoid. Just small anoiances. I'll keep playing hoping for it to get better though.

A classic lane-runner game with a twist that I enjoy immensely. Plenty of characters, weapons, armor and pets to unlock and tons of levels to gain give me a reason to come back and play more. Not to mention the support is wonderful. Bugs get fixed, issues listened to and solved with help, and the fact that they play the game as well means they understand what you're talking about.

Fun upgrade to Subway Surfer, but needs a lot of polish. Sometimes when you finish a portal, the text can obscure any oncoming enemies and you'll unfairly get hit. The timing for the side swipes is all over the place. Also, when falling from a high place with an enemy in the lane next to you, you have to swipe left/right AND swipe down to kill it, which they don't tell you in any of the tutorials. This game is a good time waster, but the bugs make me close the app after only a few runs.

I'm very happy I found this game again, it's such a smooth and easy to play game that I find myself playing for easily hours on end! Theres something deeply satisfying when you're able to beat the baddies with a single swipe, plus I've always been drawn to games in which armor and weapons effect your stats. The pets and hero options are pretty great too! Overall, it's a very enjoyable game!

Fun game, great way to kill time. Cool adaptation of their other game Subway Surfers. But alot of the weapons and "pets" are only obtainable by buying them with "essence" which is hard to come by, unless you're willing to drop money on this game. Also some of the mechanics regarding enemies and some weapons require some tweaking in my opinion.

Really fun! Easy to get into and lots of variety. The only complaintI have is the with the controls. Sometimes the game thinks me swiping to switch lanes means tapping to use my weapon ability which then means I have to recharge my sword even though I didn't use it. There have been times the game thinks when I swipe to change to the lane next to me, it thinks I did it twice causing me to fall off the map.

A Really strong 3.5 The gains are offline play and the overall flow of the game is smooth. Us Players have plenty of opportunities to level up and get better power ups without touching or even breaking the bank. The downfalls are functionality and limited character options. There are several swiping glitches as well as normal glitches. For example, during the last half of a variation the lava dungeon portal where you throw the final blow upon the wizard the updraft behind him just doesn't work.

Blades of Brim is a really great game but unfortunately it's swipe mechanics aren't as fluid as subway surfers and doesn't register fast reactions please add different events, more heroes, more outfits and more reasons to play!! With that said, I really like it and I'm looking forward to see more out of this game (Also lower the prices of epics a little bit please)

Rated it 5 stars before but..... Every now and then the game has a small freeze during my run. Also the whole point of a game like this is to see how far one can go, but for some reason they make the portals/portal quest harder and or longer as the player account levels up. Thats, well thats just ridiculous...the difficulty should only increase based on how far a person is in their current run (it starts at 1 and increases by 1 everytime the player pass or destroy the crystal with the eyeball)

I love this! I've tried something similar but it was meh. I really hope you guys keep adding more ways to customize the characters with costumes, gear, etc. It would be great to customize characters different ways. Also would be awesome to interact with friends (maybe have clubs/guilds) or even a VS mode or coop mode. I know Subway Surfers isn't like that but it could be a way to make the game really standout.

The gameplay is unique and fun for an endless runner. And there are a lot of weapons and pets to collect. I only gave 3 stars because the Daily Quest doesn't work for me. I check in multiple times a day and it always seems to reset to day 1 even though I completed the task. So I can never get the extra rewards from consecutive days. Idk if it's a bug of if there's something I'm missing

Right up front, this game is an interesting twist on the whole infinite runner genre. Yes it's been done before, but this is the best combination I've seen personally. That said, it has some serious flaws, the largest of which is the fact the game will hiccup and suffer frame rate drops when things get busy onscreen, unfortunately this can lead to the game completely missing inputs which lead to untimely and unfair deaths. There are also a variety of graphical glitches and trays not closing properly as well

This game a lot of times feels unpolished, unrefined, and somewhat unfinished. I get frustrated that you can sometimes overshoot your landings which in turn causes you to miss some of the coins you are trying to obtain. Heart or health recovery would be nice as well as overall improvement for comboing enemies and objects which seems more often than not a bit flawed.

The frame rate drop issue from the latest update doesn't happen anymore. In fact, in terms of game play, the game is as flawless as it used to be. Giving it a 4 star for now because of visual bugs. For instance the background sky transitions are awkward and not as smooth as they used to be. This doesn't affect gameplay whatsoever, but I'd really like to see the smooth background transitions from before.

Pretty fun game, I used to play a couple years ago and recently redownloaded to play during quarantine. My only complaint (and biggest peeve) is that sometimes the quest bars at the bottom of the screen during runs will sometimes freeze or reset and even if I complete that task, will stay frozen and have the next quest build up behind it, as if I was in a portal realm. Kind of a pain to keep pausing to see my next task when its frozen. Other than that, awesome game!

Fun endless runner game. Lots of stuff to collect/upgrade to maintain interest. Not obnoxiously plagued with ads (eg, Subway Surfers). Had this game for a long time on an older device, collected pretty much everything b4 I had to delete it for storage. Glad to have it again now that I've upgraded. Though the controls for fast motions are a bit iffy. I get accidentally knocked off course a lot. Eg, jumping and swiping L/R to attack flappers don't always register both motions as swipes.

An endless runner with the added entertainment of combat. The parkour abilities in this game are more capable than others, creating multiple ways to overcome each obstacle. Having a hearts system instead of immediately losing to the first mistake is great, plus the hearts can be earned back in limited situations if you're good enough. The pets, armour, weapons, and abilities are varied and interesting, offering more options to adapt to your skills than any other runner I've played. I love it!

Very fun game, especially with combat and different dimensions. It is like the more advanced version of subways surfers. I have playing this for many years and disappointed on how little updates this game has gotten. Please add more levels, add a story, add more armors and weapons, add more characters. This game has huge potential and I would hate to see it being wasted. Please update regularly

Honestly, very surprised at how fun this is. More complex and challenging than a normal endless runner. Lot of grinding, but it's a mobile game: the main gameplay loop is the whole point anyway. Fun sense of progression. Only three levels as of right now, but it'll keep you entertained for a while. I finished all three included ones in a few days but I still play it a lot. TLDR: Subway surfers with combat and leveling
