I have spent a lot of money on this app. This game is one of my favorite slot machines to play 5 stars for graphics and does pay out a lot sometimes. The problem is I was ranked ruby then the game had a technical error and threw me a whole level lower. It takes money, time, and gambling to get an entire level back up and after submitting my concerns with several staff they kept closing my conversation and saying it was my fault that I was using the wrong email and making excuses. Lost all my progress , switched carriers , had a phone for 2 years that had very limited space , come back and lost all my levels . Kind of crummy , Yes I did use Facebook to log in , you still lost my progress ... Kind of bummed out , still is an awesome game , best graphics hands down .

This game used to be a lot of fun. But now you hardly win anything at all. I'm guessing they made it harder to win to try to get people to buy their expensive coins. It's taken the fun out of playing.

Good to start with until you buy then the bonuses you bought dont register trying to get bonus or money back is impossible as they want you to take a screen shot of everything then theres no button to send screenshots too its a joke of a game i mean cummon get this rubbish fixed or i mean scam.........

It seems my rolls are being controlled or minipulated and that sucks because it means the game is scripted. Devs can lie and say its random but its not ive been playing for over two years.

The app is good, I love all the game options. My only complaint is when exiting a game to choose another, the app automatically puts you back to the beginning of the carousel and you have to scroll all the way back to where you were. VERY ANNOYING

1 star is too much. It used to be a good game, but now it's a poorly developed redesign that is either lack of vision by Zynga, or a devious way to ditch people who do well. My version of the game is a horrible "you choose" romance novel with only three slot machines. Seems like R&D dropped the ball, as they are severely out of touch with the realities of the modern world. This isn't the first time Zynga ruined a game by retooling what drew people to it, my guess is, it won't be the last.

I used to love this game but it has become more and more of a headache. The Bingo game is a BIG JOKE! Now its not allowing me to log in unless I play vip. It just goes back to the reload screen. And when I do actual get a chance to play it spins really fast and gives me nothing. Not even on the lowest bet. Purchasing coins is a rip off Alot of the times it doesn't give you the coins you purchased and then you have to wait an hour before you can call to get them. UNINSTALL!!

Now the ads won't play so the game doesn't think you watched it and therefore can't get your free spins on Double Horseshoe. I've only been able to get 10 spins so far by rebooting my phone twice. Ads stall after about 5 seconds. I've watched probably 30 or more. Same issue. And the Double Horseshoe game is still on my screen. Bizarre.

I have been playing for about 2 years. I like it the best. The only thing is it's hard to get ahead. You can loose 1 b very quickly. Customer svc use to be very good but now it takes days to get bugs fixed.You would have to play every day for 10 years to ever move up a level.like I said been playing 2 years and have not even got close to moving up a level. That's playing everyday.

Been playing this game for about 8 yrs.My fav until a year ago. They added Candyland Treasures.This was the best way to increase ur coins. After playing it for 6 months it starts acting up. I contacted them at least 4 times thoroughly explaining the issue & w/video clip proof. STILL haven't fixed it! I even told them how to test it so they'll see. Plus y'all have made it hard to get big wins, chests & the diamond league challenge prizes are to get better not worse especially the last prizes!
