This app is such an annoying app. Cause i always trying to make a logging but they give me such a some unexpectable reason which one is so bothering so that's why still I can't logging a account yet

Terrible looking UI. I understand this has to run on phones with very low specifications but still the UI is just too ugly.

This is a third class app. Whenever I try to pay my prepaid meter bill it automatically gets cancelled without any valid reason. I wanted to give 0.5 star but there is no option for that..

what's the problem!! Again & Again same problem faced using this app. i can't Login after on my data connection.it say cheeks your internet connection.. what is the solution of this problem.. 😡😡😡 solve this as first as possible..

I was functioning just fine couple of months ago , but recently it became too buggy to use , linking bkash to bank account doesn't work at all , completely broken ! Also bank to bkash transaction isn't working at all ! For a mainstream app such as this one , it shouldn't happen!

It's really Awesome very helpful. I am looking forward hopefully in the future Bkash can have more advanced and helpful features. But sometimes we face some login issues but otherwise everything is perfect in my eyes so far.

Annoying app system, sending code after 45 seconds. The code doesn't come right after trying again and again. My precious time runs out on login. Other apps are better than this. Disgusting. I am again complaining about it

Great app. But could use a UI redesign with modern UI. And we should also have an option to close our account from the app or change SIM number of the account. This will help a lot of person who don't use a sim anymore

This app basically made me go almost completely cashless, just because it's so convenient. I wish they utilized my phone's NFC so there was a tap to pay function instead of going through the app, hopefully they add it in the future.

I am Saching Pru Marma Rahul Dear Bikash 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩 disappointed with this update. I'm not being able to log in since the update. The OTP verification doesn't work at all, neither automatic detection nor manual input is working. I'm using the registered number on SIM slot 1 and all permissions are given, still no luck. The updated interface is even more disappointing, it's very cluttered and not user friendly at all. Expecting an immediate fix followed by a better interface.

I have been using bkash since 2019. Recently i have paid my electricity bill and i got my confirmation message as well. Afterwards i found out that bill is not paid yet, after that i talked to customer service trough live chat, they filled a complaint on top that i emailed them. However, i have to pay extra money (penalty) because due date is over ; my problem is not solved yet. This is really disappointing as a bkash user. Their customer service is one of the worst that i have ever seen!

Its been a week and i cant use the app at all. The otp system is horrendous, everytime i get a code, the app doesnt read it in time, and it keeps saying the time for otp is expired. Please fix this issue, and add a manual option for otp, or some other way to verify the number if possible. (All the app permissions are enabled FYI)

Amazing experience. Never had any issues with the app. But just got scammed recently. I know its the user's responsibility to check whether the recipient is trusted or not but it would be very helpful if functionalities of true caller can be added to check unknown numbers before sending money

bKash app is always great to use but recently I've been facing a problem. I can't get the Payoneer account linking page. Whenever I click on the option, it loads for some time and then just a blank page, no sign in option or anything. I've talked to the customer support by live chat and even emailed them but it did nothing.

The app was ok before but recently I don't know what they r up to really! Theres too many problems going on! That day while paying electricity bill, at end of the procedures it showed pay bill "failed" but the amount was gone my acc!. And yeah the meter wasn’t recharged nor did i get any further sms of paying the bill. I made a complaint and they said they r going to fix it in 2 days. Well atleast the money was back to my acc after 4 days.

I am probably having the worst experience with this app. I can't even create an account. When I take picture of my NID it says "System Error. Please try again later" I tried to create my account 1 month ago, same problem. I tried different number, different device. It's the same! I get the OTP, then I take picture of the front side of my NID, press submit-then it says System error. Extremely frustrating

This app is okay, but it could be better with improved UX at least for a banking app. Sometimes it feels buggy and unresponsive. Enhancing the UI to make it simpler, cleaner, pleasant, and convenient for all users, including those who are not tech-savvy, would also help. However, improving the UX should be a priority. Anyway, Keep up the good work, Peace! Edit: I actually have very stable internet connection and with S23 Ultra so not just from my side.

The latest update is not good. It takes more time to start and always asks location information at starting and is very irritating. The function also seems complex. Earlier version was very simple and fast. Please make it simple and easy. We don't need a complex app with so many features or offers. We need a simple app with basic functions.
