Not sure why it required me to reconfi my vehicle every single time I added an item to my order🤔.....9 items later....uh...yeah, same car. Also, I'm not fond of apps assuming I'm adding a tip just to have someone confirm that all my items are in the bag. I tip when a server waits on me, brings and clears food, refills drinks, adds to my experience. I know what tipping is. It doesn't need to be added on for me to change. Give me a "would you like to tip" 👍, but don't assume. 😒

This app only works once and quite poorly, immediately after installation. After you exit the app, when you reopen it you get an error message. "Sorry, Last Connection Interrupted, Please Try Again Later." Force stop, checking all permissions are on, clearing cache, none of these work. You actually have to clear all the app data just like you reinstalled it to get it to work again. Whoever designed this app, or is maintaining BJ's servers, is incompetent. Fix this first, but plenty more wrong.

Ordering was good except that I couldn't tell the app when to place order. Sat at table in store, placed order through app, app scheduled to fire the order 2 hours later. Not clear where to state when to fire the order. Some functions are still missing for this location, like the Local Table feature. Otherwise, getting better. Still find that it takes about 30 seconds after any selection for the next window to appear. Can get irritating after a short while.

Mostly fine, but a little clunky. A little difficult to navigate forst few times (for beer club members) bit you get the hang of it. WORST issue is that it sucks at storing credit card info or generally updating CC card info. In fact, my card expired and the app doesn't work when either trying to delete the old card or edit the current card info with the new info. It simply fails to save (clicking the button at tye end does nothing). Can be frustrating

app is very Informative and easy to use. However there is no way to edit the E mail address for your acount. The information you input into the account such as email address and password can't be viewed during input. PW can be verified by a repeat input but if same error is made twice you are done. You can't verify or see the email during input and there is no way to edit it as everything is referenced to cell phone nos. Another account can be created using different email and phone no

We love the restaurant, but the app seems useless. We checked in on the wait list, but once we made it to the restaurant we were told that it doesn't matter, we get put on the bottom of the list as if we never used the app. If that's the case, don't put the option out there. Paying with the app has never worked. Once you hit the pay button, it just won't go through.

Would give zero stars, bit one star is the lowest. On main drop-down menu, there is no category for Orders. When I got to the restaurant, I spent several minutes looking for my order to confirm with the staff. That is a primary reason I even use this app. You have to dig down deep into rewards and history to find your current and past orders. This is a HUGE miss and should be fixed ASAP.

This app always says an error has occurred, in order to use it I need to uninstall it and reinstall. Also doesn't show my points or history. When I order online and pick up, I have mentioned these problems to manager. He has said that a lot of customers have the same problem and that they are trying to fix these things on the app. It has been over a year and the problem is still not fixed. Very frustrating.

Worst app ever. It's sluggish and often doesn't submit information. In some cases, you can put a note for a customization, e.g. "dressing on the side", but it's not consistent. On a group order, there's no obvious way to submit the payment. Turns out, you have to go to the left-hand menu and select Mobile Pay. This app often just flat out doesn't work, as well.

Very convenient. Impressively full featured. Love this app. Only issue was a couple times someone else (surprisingly the same person) was entered in as the beneficiary of our table's bill credit at the Westwood location and we never got the credit for our spend in my loyalty account. The waiter said he'd have it corrected and it never happened.

2nd time in 6 months that I've tried to create an account on this app and it keeps telling me that there's something wrong with the server. 2 different phones and in 2 different states. This is useless. Update: 1/28/2020 It's the 3rd time trying to register on the app and there are still server problems. Just get rid of the app already. I wish I could rate this a zero.

For the second time, I've placed an order to be delivered at a later time. For the second time, the order was immediately submitted, made, and delivered before the scheduled time. Why each time you change screens does a pop up appear to change the date, time, and address? It is unnecessary and just leads to wasted time and potential for error. Why do details change during each step of the payment process? Again, just leads to more errors.

Very functional but flawed. This app seemingly makes every link in my browser choose to open with. To be more clear, every link makes you choose to open either with the browsers installed on the phone, or the Bj's app. This is not normal behavior of the phone, it should open automatically. As long as the brewhouse app is installed, the browser will continue to do this. If at all possible please fix this issue.

This application has some nice functions, but it is quite slow, even over BJ's free Wi-Fi. The worst part is that it is so often worries about what it wants to do, rather than focusing on what I want to do. Too many upsells, too much waiting on the spinning pizza, and still no menu search function even after all these years.

No BJ company contact information to inquire for help, app doesn't allow change of email address or other updates. continues to display another State and wont allow preference changes as if its frozen. App itself is terrible. Food is good. I used to get emails once upon a time but that stopped. So, now I dont go, instead I visit other restaurants that remember I'm a customer.

Wing even pop up a keyboard so you COULD enter an address. Does NOT utilize GPS from my phone (Galaxy 22), and basically makes it impossible to locate any nearby restaurants ( i don't need to know where they are, I'm very familiar with the area and visit one local BJ's regularly, but it'd be nice to be able to access the wait list!) App is completely USELESS.

Absolutely horrible app. Tried and tried to create an account it was incredibly buggy, kept saying I had an account but I definitely don't. Then I just went ahead as a guest and placed an order. When I got to the tip area it had 3 pre-set tip amounts and also "other"... I clicked "other" and the next screen just said "thanks we've charged your account $xx.xx (the price plus one of the random pre-set tip amounts). So buggy! Terrible coding and UI.

Lately the app has gotten worse. It put 3 holds on my credit card for the posted order. I can only imagine the trauma if it was linked to a debit card and it had tripled the charge amount. Bank sees it as pending and I can't tell them it was an app error. I have used it before and progressively it has been getting worse. The first few times were okay.

This is one of the best restuarant apps I've ever used. The menu is complete, clear, and concise. The process is quick and seamless, they even allow you to store favorites and reorder from your history. I just found out that you can "group order," so if a bunch of you are wanting lunch with friends from work at a relatively precise time (they're always ready on time so far), either pick up or delivery, you can each order on your own apps and combine the delivery/takeout. How cool is that? Special instructions for your food order? Not a problem. There's plenty of opportunity to specify or even type a nice Thank You. Includes tip calculator and tipping option. Now I'm starting to feel bad for wait staff and cashiers like where the auto-checkout counters are at in other stores. The world's going labor free! Well, the app is great - so I, for one, welcome our automating food servers. And the food is excellent - plan to have leftovers.

Really covers all the bases. Tracks your points, let's you order ahead, skip lines, pay from your phone, find locations. Very nice. Fast. Responsive. No bugs! Revised: the app is still fine. The loyalty program sucks. I don't get to BJs that often to begin with - 80 Mike round trip for me - but I enjoyed it when I could. With COVID-19 thrown into the mix - I didn't get there for several months. Result: all my points "forfeited". Thanks for nothing. Done with the App. Done with BJs Brew house
