When you add money to the wallet, it takes time to reflect in your wallet and charges are high otherwise it's a good app.

Please I'm unable to screenshot my wallet address rq code for easy transactions, it keep telling me that the app don't allow screenshots, why?

I've been using for awhile now. Lots of the times my transactions don't go trought giving 504 error code. In the past had issues with gift cards too... the support is terrible, once I opened a ticket and it took a week to hear back from their support... their site has a status that shows the state of their service and it is always showing no issues but doesn't reflect the actual status. I tried different os to make sure it is not my phone, pc, internet... I suggest you look for another option..

If there is anything worst, I would say it's below that. I sent coin to my wallet, I couldn't withdraw it anymore because they keep saying insufficient balance while I still see the money in the wallet. Customer care is zero and always try evading questions with unrelated responses. Give me my money let me leave your app. I tried recovering my wallet on another phone with 12 word phrase and it will keep loading until eternity without recovering anything.

It's not working anymore unlike before now even after update. First, it brings out the error: BADREQUEST Invalid proposal signature. And then I tried it again, it brings another error: Transaction fee (12492136 satoshis) is below the current minimum relay fee (100000000). I have $35 in doge and trying to pay $20. Please fix asap

Wish I could give app negative stars because the fees are so high it's no point using it. When you contact support about purchasing gift cards (thinking that the fee maybe lower) they'll still charge you a high fee. For example, if you spend $30 on this app you'll only be able to use $5. Avoid at all cost!

Not an app or service for me. I thought by linking Bitpay to my Coinbase account I'd be able to make purchases seamlessly. Unfortunately the linking process between the 2 doesn't work and Coinbase has told me that I need to send crypto to a receiving address on Bitpay. Why would I want to pay the fees twice? Once when transferring and again when making a purchase. I'll pass.

Useless for me. I have ALS. Trying to back up the security key is impossible. Cannot make a copy of a screenshot and cannot copy and paste and every time I go back to it to find a word it changes the word input order. Definitely not friendly for people with disabilities. ALS precludes me using my hands like I would prefer to but unfortunately I have no choice the disease takes away that ability.

Pitiful app. Errors all the time saying that "inputs are not defined" or something similar when trying to send bitcoin (when in fact, they were defined). Also the transaction history and balance fails to refresh in a timely manner. I sent funds to my wallet hours ago, they received confirmations according to blockchain but they don't show up in the wallet for usually half a day. These aren't new problems. This is clearly an intentional effort by bitpay to control coin flow for big wigs.

I started having issues with the App on my Apple phone and after updating it, removing and installing it a few times, it would never work again. Initially it was no big deal, i figured i would keep using the app on my Android phone. After my last phone upgrades, now I can no longer use that app as it keeps saying error no matter what I do. I am now wanting to send all crytpo off of their wallets so i can delete this app permanently.

Very disappointed and feel mislead. I promise to change my review if the developer sees this, and makes an effort to fix, or at least address my issues. And I really wanted this to be a good app since I like the idea of a bitcoin debit card. 1st of all, what made me decide to get it, was countless Facebook adds claiming that if you use a discount code, they will wave the fee for ordering a card (around $10). I spent about 20-30 attempts to use the code, but was told "incorrect code" and had to pay the $10 fee that was advertised as free. Put a small balance of bitcoin on my card, and it was declined at every store I tried it at. They advertise that you could store bitcoin on the card, but be able to spend the bitcoin at the store like a normal debit card. And lastly, they don't mention the extremely high "miner fees" for every transaction, so me sending $10 worth cost me total of $28

The app worked great just until the last big update in July 2022. In the last few days it somehow crashed two times and lost/deleted my active wallet both times. It didn't show any error message but after restart it didn't show my wallet (which was perfectly fine just a moment ago) either. The only available option was "Create or import a wallet." I had to recover from a recovery seed 2 times but this behavior is not good. Dear developers - please fix this ASAP! "Back" button doesnt work as well

I've been using bitpay for years now. Can't really get easier than this; perhaps I'm just biased because I've been using it forever. As far as using the card goes, I have had issues with it in the past (I'm talking almost two years ago) at stores and the like. I've just received a replacement card and I'm really hoping integration with the app goes well. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you use coinbase!

Received a notice to update... Now I can't open. So to be on the safe side I didn't click the notification to update the app, and instead went to the store to see if an update was available (there wasn't). So I open the app, and just get a white screen. Tried twice and uninstalled. Reinstalled and it worked once before getting a white screen again.

Not a good experience trying to set up a wallet (Android). I can create one but it never gives me the option to add a password. I go through the process setting up the account, and it never asks me for the first password or a recovery passphrase. It does ask me to input a Encrypted Passphrase which I set. The next step is that the app creates a wallet for me. When I go to back up, it tells me to "Enter encrypt password". I never set one so I have no idea what it is. I've deleted the old wallet and try to set up a new one, but goes through the same exact process and never asks me to set up the FIRST password, it just creates the wallet. So I'm in the never ending cycle. Really bad. Doubt I will ever use this.

It's pretty good. User interface is at least acceptable, and the fee schedule is fairly accurate, although you can set your own fees too, which I like. Ports for Windows and Linux also exist, and I've tried them, but they're basically the same thing and this one is the best because it feels in place, whereas the desktop versions try to emulate a phone. Ew. Coins are stored locally, although you can share your keyphrase between different platforms.

It was fantastic but recently have been getting the error message, for me to wait 2 minutes, for about 1 and 1/2 months now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the result is the same. It just keeps repeating try again in 2 minutes even after waiting 2 min. Edit: I took a screenshot of what happened and tried to send it but that's when I couldn't email the development team. To fix the issue I wiped the data and cache and imported my wallet from another device that it was loaded on.
