Once you deposit money and buy some crypto currency. It will not let you to log in. I am unable to log in for the past 8 months, better to avoid these kind of exchange. I had some money blocked with bitmart. Don't use it.

It is frustrating using this app. My money is stocked in the app. No verification sent and when it was finally sent the time is out. Is so so frustrating, pls upgrade, else it won't be good for your business.

Honestly i recommed bitmart to all new user, both novice and expert to step in to bitmart trading platform. Its very easy to use and friendly interface. In time of transaction very fast and it very secure and safe. In time of security thats were i admire them the most your fund are well secured. they have very high security level. The platform is nice and good looking, well designed also their giveaway or airdrop legit. BITMART IS THE BEST TRADING PLATFORM THEY ARE BEYOND TRADING.

It's a decent exchange to purchase crypto. Customer service response time is reasonable via email and chat. Only issues I've come across would be that sometimes it takes longer than expected to withdrawal/send crypto to another wallet.

I was recommended BitMart by a friend and I tried to check it out to see if it's really worth it but so far so good I've had good experience with Bitmart. The interface is good and easy to navigate through, I've performed deposit and withdrawal and both was instant with lot of tokens of your choice for trading. I'm recommending it to you guys out there also, give them a trial and thank me later.

I've purchased two cryptocurrencies through Bitmart exchange, and later withdrawals for these two cryptocurrencies have been disabled. My money has been stuck in Bitmart for months, and I've not been able to do anything about it. Dear customer, please think twice before dealing with this sketchy exchange as there is no customer service and no trust. I am willing to edit this review upon this issue being sorted out.

Minus zero star. Why don't I get sms to verify my account. Cannot contact customer support as that option doesn't work. This is an absolutely terrible system. You allow deposit, and then when trying to withdraw, it's not allowed. How come?????? Who can assist? I need to withdraw my money so I don't use this app anymore. Hope authorities can get this kind of scam exchanges, absolutely ridiculous!

Everything went well until I want to withdraw. Apparently for withdraw 800 you have to have 6500 deposited to upgrade to VIP2. If I would receive information earlier about VIP level and they benefit as well as how much VIP1 can withdraw. I would never used this app. Pretty much it's a scam because ther is no information about those VIP levels until you try to withdraw and you can't then customer service says you need to deposit more 6000 to withdraw 1000 where is the fairness in it.

A very very bad experience being a first timer with this useless app. I deposited money into my account, but wasn't credited for over 12hrs and counting. Blockchain explorer shows a successful transaction and even the cex I sent from. Trying to contact the customer service is to n avail also. Very useless app and team. I don't recommend anyone using this.

100% scam app and website. They pushed Option2Trade scam, now have deleted it off their app to cover it up. O2T was a scam, and Bitmart is in on it as well. Stay away from this or you will eventually lose all your money in the platform. Google needs to ban the app as it is 100% a scam. Edit: Don't worry about protecting your image, O2T will shed light on your shady business practices. TOTAL SCAM, AVOID. Edit 2: You guys accepted all O2T release tokens, dumped and delisted the token to separate.

I had a very bad experience.. i lost my profit as well as half my money . It has a bad interface as well during execution when you place a buy order at market price it doesnt get placed at the point where you placed but goes high .. and during sell it doesnt gets exited at profit but goes down to a loss and gets exited. I have suffered loss just because of their scam or ui lagginess . Please dont play with people's money . I will drag it to consumer court .

The worst exchange I've ever used. Won't let me log in which is pretty damn significant given the nature of the app. Says I'm typing the wrong password. Everytime I try to change it, it says I can't change it to my previous password. The same one it's telling me is the wrong password... So whatever, I'll change it to something else. Then I get hit with a server error and can't complete the request. So I'm stuck kicked out of my account, which again, given the nature of crypto, is unacceptable.

This latest update has so many issues. Placing orders and attempting to cancel orders has become a nightmare. I've been with Bitmart over a year and never experienced such poor functionality. Please fix the bugs, I don't even know if my old canceled orders are going to be filled or not for the app doesn't show they are active orders anymore but I can not place new orders from the same assets.

What an absolute piece of junk. I transferred some ETH over hoping to convert to BNB to buy other coins. Using swap, was stuck in an endless loop going from "You get" and "You pay". Maybe I wasn't able to swap ETH for BNB, but I don't know because the app is junk. Zero community support, I got on the forum only to find out that I couldn't post a new topic. Got hit with another transfer fee getting my ETH out, and uninstalled. Good riddance.

What a shame!!! Definitely NOT easy to use! Buying in to this is awful. No tutorials for phone use, only laptop. Nothing on how to deposit funds. I'd prefer something easier. No way to link your bank acct to your bitcoin for easier transactions. Looks like it's back to the other apps for me. This is definitely not an app for people that are newbies to crypto

Not the easiest app to navigate. Lots of ads and nonesense that you honestly dont need to see, but the exchange does what it needs to. I've never had a problem making orders, never had an issue with receving/withdrawing my crypto; so overall, not the worst but for sure not the best app to use. I will say, since ive been using it for the past year, the UI has improved a lot. Keep these updates coming.

I lose $650 just by accidentally transfer the wrong network, they charged you a fee every transaction but when you had an issue, they charged you so much money. Example: to fix transfer a wrong network, they will charge you about over $200 (equivalent 0.005 BCT), and you need to pay them at front and you will not know when you can get money back. They have no customer service to call, email or text on app only. Please carefully to use these app, I learned from the hard way. Good luck everyone!

alerts are a great tool. it works about 80% ,the Graphs always get all glitchy when u zoom in and out, the app crashes when trying to do many things (not always but enuff to make it a pain) just use the webpage as its actually good just use the app as a refrence because of the bug, also when in the buy and sell it can glitch and not let you put anything in or show any sales off to the left. When clicking into the assets it sometimes takes a little to load, others it dosent show anything.

Reduced a star. You suddenly can't transfer out funds unless you have their top tier service. Makes no sense. Ive transferred out before.. Tried to verify my identity to get the upper tier and you can only get as far as photo id, which is super glitchy and just keeps telling youit can't verify. Once done there you never get a "completed" message. Just a blank screen. Now it just says on the site that my verification is in process. No customer service response. Jesus.

Was able to transfer into my wallet until the security breach (which I wasn't aware of). After the update I was told the addresses had changed, thus my latest transfer was lost. Level 1 authentication was then required to withdraw funds. Deposit/Withdraw options are grayed out on certain coins and the ones that aren't require Level 2 authentication. You can no longer screenshot due to changes in the security policy- doubt I'll ever be able to get my money out of this scam of an exchange.
